Rainy season, do the streets get flooded? Any flood issue in the neighborhood? How far is the ER hospitals, grocery markets, shopping? 7-eleven’s?

IMO there is a shortage of nice places in the Duma area. I think there are enough guys that will just be happy to find a nice beachfront place and 20k vs 28k will make no difference to them.
I guess these prices are ok at the moment with the high US exchange , I'm not pushing any political agenda but from a currency view with a republic government the dollar is due to tank down to all other currencies, so all Philippines rental prices are at max
Almost wonderful - only problem; I could hear the dog barking -- I like peace and quiet, so if the dog barks regularly, that will ruin the experience.
I like it--lots of room in this 1 bedroom, 1 CR apartment & right on the beach.
