    I felt that I have to comment when I see fish cake being added to the hor fun.
    While many hor fun sellers nowadays add fish cake, it was unheard of when I was a child. Fish cake is cheaper than fish slices which it replaces. Pig stomach slices, sotong (or squid) and prawns are also missing in the video. I personally will not patronise the hor fun seller if I know that they add fish cakes as this "cheapens" the lovely traditional Singaporean dish.
