Very nice home for the money. I know you probably can't get this; but I'm not a fan of brown in general. This home would be great if you could get white trim and cabinets, and a light grey/whitish wallboard and flooring....but for the size and price, I'd take it as is. I'm single with a dog and live very gingerly, so nothing gets abused, the basics would be fine by me! Nice home and tour, thanks!
@@mjc42701not this model, they do not change anything on the “tru” line. That’s what makes them so affordable, they just do the same thing being built over and over. No changes!
@mjc42701 yes except these TRU models, they come as is, no customizations except for 2 choices of outside vinyl color and brick skirting color, there is no other choices, this is how they keep the price low, because these models are mass produced, i just bought the 5 bedroom version it is a basic, bare bones homes, however the beauty of these homes is that they are upgrade-friendly so you can always make it however you want it on your own
@joelnazaretian7513 for the price i have income left over to do all the upgrades and changes that i want lol, where can you get a 5 bedroom 3 bath home for under 100k in today's housing market🤷♀️
Hello, Congratulations on your new home! Could you share the information on the 5 bedroom pride and where you got it please before I sign on the 4 bedroom version? Thanks
It’s nice but in 2024 we shouldn’t be seeing the wall strips. I bought a doublewide back in 2021 and it’s beautiful but it has those gnarly strips. C’mon people it’s 2024, that should be straight up sheet rock with no strips! It takes away from the home.

If you order a home from Clayton they can do that for you, all models have a selection of wall colors, flooring and cabinets.

Looks old fashion.Like going to Grandparents home.
The decorations look 70's but I guess retro is back.
It really is a basic, bare bones home, but very upgrade-friendly, so for the price you can make it look as fancy as you want
Nice price.

I agree. It feels more like a site built home with finished sheet rock
