In most cases missing textures in Gmod means that you don't have CS:S or HL2 installed. Some maps pull data from those games. installing them might fix it. I also things there are addons for gmod that add the map data from those games.
If you can see the guns they're using... it's not CS:S, because those would be errors as well. It could be HL2:EP1, or HL2:EP3. Some maps may even go crazy and use things from Portal 2, or other games that GMod support.
Really? Hmm, maybe the included the weapon models as base for GMod then. I just know it's almost always best to enable all the games: at least the valve ones if you don't have a strong enough computer to sit through the loading of each game.

The glitchy sky is caused by a missing sky texture, maybe it didn't load right. I once had this problem when I tried to make a csgo map and used a tf2 sky texture.

He strikes me as the kind of person that's tough to get along with, BUT when you get to know him he's interesting, creative, and eccentric and it starts to make sense. There are moments when he goes out on a limb and frustrates everyone -- like the firecrackers and the John Wick VFX video -- and there are moments when he goes out on a limb and creates something awesome -- like the body suit video game. Luckily we all get to experience him through TH-cam, haha.
Do you guys know that there are new ttt roles ? Besides the usual there's also the Jester, the Phoenix and the Survivalist. Also, do you know that not RDMing can actually make the game a lot more fun ? (not trying to be toxic towards you, just saying...). You may want to check on Niko's graphics card. When I had a dying graphics card, it did that exact same thing (except that it always did it, not a one time thing).
Use the traitor equipment more often guys seriously. Every episode of TTT. You never use the knife or silencers or anything. It would maybe help and be more fun to play with more people. Just throwing ideas out there.
You have to install Counter-Strike: Source for Garry's Mod to be able to mount the textures and models (to fix the error model, missing textures/skybox error). Thumbs up so he will see.

I believe Niko needs to download the CS Source textures in order to have all the textures. (Lookup CS source texture download on TH-cam don't buy the game unless you want to)
