If they want that falling intro to be more accurate, they have to awkwardly float 25ft in the air for a few minutes, then fall laying down and take half damage.
Im sure they already thought of that. But you have to consider that the drones could totally get broken from like one bad shot. (IT WOULD STILL BE COOL AS HECK THOUGH!)

No they do not ruin "every tactical approach". They try their best to stay out of view. Obviously they can't be perfect, but they aren't just standing in plain sight 24/7 they tend to know what they're doing. The trade off is more than worthwhile because they don't give away positions nearly as much as you seem to assume and the footage makes the video better.
yes i am assuming that they give the position away ... the same btw like you assume they dont. or that you assume their footage makes it more worthwhile. If you are not part of their team i don't know how you are so sure you know any more than i do.
If you are still looking for suggestions on new game modes for air-soft I have one for you. I'm not sure if it has been suggested before and if it has apologies and disregard. Game-mode: Predator Requirements: 2 spawn sections opposite from each-other with a good distance between them. Objective: 1 player is the predator they have the ability to run at will the other players (usually 6-8) are the "prey." The prey cannot run at all only walk and their goal is to make it to predator spawn without being shot by the predator. Predator can one shot Prey if head-shot 2 for body. Predator has to eliminate all Prey from playing field before one makes it to the Predator spawn. Predator cannot spawn camp their spawn and wait for Prey to come to them, they must actively hunt the prey away from the Predator spawn. After a few games mix it up a bit if you enjoy it, Add another predator the the challenge and double the Prey or increase hits needed for kill. The mode has alot of wiggle room to ensure it remains fun. Swap predators out after every round and see who is the best Predator by timing the sessions and the Predator with the fastest wipe time is "Top of the food chain." The Prey least killed by the Predator would be called "survivor" or something similar you can always play around with names like "Not dinner" etc. Hope this sparked your interest and will maybe see it soon :D Great work guys

Hey D, You think you can squeeze in 4 more people? With 12 players, you can have 3 full 4-man-teams. Perhaps 4v4 gunfights will be even more spectacular. But yeah, the editing needed to balance the footage from 12 gopros may be a nightmare.
