    Or the cork could shoot off the minute you loosen the cage like mine just did. 😳 Scared the crap out of me!

    use a napkin/paper towel to cover the top underneath the thumb.

      Having a dishtowel or a napkin is definitely great for proper service, especially when you want to catch all the foam! But at home (and for the sake of demonstration), not having one is still acceptable
