To make cottage cheese, just squeeze in a lemon when the milk is boiling. It will slowly separate and curdle to form cottage cheese. Then you truly make your own cheese.

While this is certainly interesting and I appreciate the effort, I cannot wrap my head around how anyone would put EGGS in cheese. Then again, I should really not be surprised that've never had cheese that actually tasted good while being in Japan and Korea and literally the first thing I had back in Europe after half a year was some good ol' cheese sandwiches. Sourdough bread. 6 month ripened yummy Gruyere. Alpine mountain cheese. Creamy Camembert. Tangy perfect Pecorino. I could go on and on...

Add little lemon juice or viniger on boiling milk ,stir and strain to get cottage cheese..
... If you cover that with a cloth and put some weight on top you can make " panneer."...
And if you make small balls and put that in a boiling sugar syrup u can make" rasgulla"
You can make so many recepies using this.
    .
    .
Idk why he added milk on cottage cheese then again strained! U should directly added more cottage cheese!

Some people who make stews, boil the vegetables. Instead if steeping them. Milk is the same but worse. Boiling ruins it over rapid time. I wonder if steeping yields better results. I am not knocking this show in any way. Some people are simply unaware of the difference of boiling, slow boiling, and steeping. If this works with boiling, I bet steeping gives better results is all I'm saying. Because this is a neat idea worth adding input to. It is fantastic to know one does not need to ferment curds to get them. This was awesome and thank you !! Cheers.
Edit...o my word!!! Such a yummy video, now I'm hungry now I'm hungry now I'm hungry must do nom nom nom :D. Imagine garlic curd bread same as garlic cheese bread mmmmmmmm
