Hi love your channel I'm thinking in moving to Seguin Texas this winter I'm here from the Midwest here in Illinois close to the wisconsin border I've been a landscaper lawn care guy my whole life how do you think New Braunfels is a great place to start a lawn care landscaping business?
True. I agree with you. Hill Country and Veramendi offer two different life styles. One with the peace and quiet Hill Country living offers, and a little more space in between, and Veramendi closer neighbors, closer to everything in the heart of NB, and all those amenities coming your way. 500 of the 2400 acres will be green space. Two larger than Landa parks, plus pocket parks, a resort style community pool and splash area, another new elementary school, retail, restaurants, church, medical campus, and more.
Yea its me again, didnt realize theres so many videos youve made. Once i pull my investments i might go to the Hill Country. Right now i live near klien rd. So on the opposite end. Btw i did work in Copper ridge.
@@raadalawanrealtor No, property of 10 acres. Family has had it for 30 yrs, has a nice house, green house, horse stable and shop on it. We are putting it up in March. So i will be looking around.
@@raadalawanrealtor Next year. I'm hoping that prices might come down a little. I'm looking at the Bulverde and Springs area a little further north. I will have to go to San Antonio in person this year, but a lot of new developments want an insane property tax rate of 2.74%. I'd like to have a yard with some privacy. Often the older houses only offer you that. So I'd like to know what areas I should consider.
Sorry time do not see the big price difference. I live in Burmuda Dunes CC. Armed and gated. East of Palm Springs. Love the weather. 4 bed. 3 full bath. 3695sq feet. Brand new pool. 3 car garage little over a half acre. I paid 370.000 private golf course. Where they use to have the Bob Hope Special. Multiple movie star homes in here.
Beautiful homes for sure. My wife and I are thinking about moving to New Braunfel's but want room for a 30 foot RV too. Just beginning to look and are hopeful to find something there. Look for my email and get back to me if you have suggestions or ideas.
Molliesdad, thank you for watching. Just saw a couple RV's at River Chase community. I will look for your email. Older communities are more lax than the newer ones on allowing you to park your RV in your own driveway. If you have acreage, that's a different story
@@nbgirl483 correct. You cannot have an rv in your parking lot in 99.9% of our HOA's. The older, older HOA's may be a little more flexible. Some HOA's will allow rv's in back if it's not seen from the front.

You may consider Veramendi too. It's new; has it's own elementary school; has amenities; and is on Loop 337.

What’s the city code for building in-law suites in back yard?
Like a detached apartment? Allowed
Any place where families can still move where you get good prices and good schools without breaking the bank?
Yes

You left out that it is big rattlesnake country. Lol
Thanks for watching Paul. Funny you mention that, that's another video for some day. I get a lot of incoming families asking that lol
I live literally next door to Copper Ridge and I’ve only seen one rattlesnake in 14 years.
The 2 story is about 900000 in the single story I says 700000 I would rather have the single story my legs are too old for the steps 😆
You're super close on the two-story, it's $824,900. And one story is $889,000. The two story received an offer same day we shot the video!
