It’s the button on the left side if the handle bars. If it doesn’t turn on there is a plug on the wire harness in the front unplug it then plug it back in.
Good review. Thanks for sharing. But you spelled the name wrong. Look at the bike. It's Velectrec. Velectric (with an "i" is a different bike company).
Can you tell me what the maximum height of the handlebars is? I can't find that info anywhere, nor can I find a phone number for them. I like the seat right over the pedals, and the seat height is good cuz I like my height up at 40 inches, so I like the handlebars to go up to 46 inches from the ground or as close to that as possible. I've looked all over for the best bike for me and this one seems to be it, but I would like to know the handlebar height max, or a phone number to call them at, or last would be an email. THanks in advance!
The handlebars on this bike are at 43 inches. If you’re looking for a bike that compares I would look at the MOVCAN V80 it’s almost the same bike, but a few of the parts are built better. The v80 is faster and goes 28 mph.
How do I turn the headlamp on?

Does the bike weight 50 pounds with the battery? Wonder if I can carry it up my staircase for a condo
I haven't put it on a scale but it is definitely easy to carry. How many flights of stairs?
@@E_bikeDadone flight of 15 stairs. I’m curious if the weight is accurate I tried to reach out to the company but I haven’t heard a response yet
I'll try and weight it tomorrow
@@Zhines1 how did you reach out to the company, I can't find any contact info.
We just got this bike and it weighed in at 65 pounds. We like it, but it’s a little on the heavy side.

My bad thanks for catching that. I have a bad habit of voice texting everything and forgetting to spell check it.
What brand is the seat from your other bike
It’s called the x-wing by new age
24.5 indicated is 19 mph on GPS. It is worthless to do tests with speedometers.
@@donaldschutt2571 yes all the displays never have the right speed. I wish they had a way to calibrate it to put the right speed on it

How do you enter the advanced settings and whats the passcode
To open the advanced settings turn the bike on then hold the + and - at the same time.
I’m having an error code 30. Anyone have a fix?
What does the manual say that code is? I don’t have mine with me.
