As an ex Kenyan who lives in a luxurious home across from NY in my newly adopted country, US, my suburban home has central HVAC ( central heating and air conditioning), built in dishwasher and vacuum, in ground sprinkler system, Alexa lighting, automatic garage door, home theatre, and Nest door locks and Nest indoor and outdoor cameras, all of these controlled on IPhone as well as built in IPad located on the main floor with pulse notifications. It’s what they call a smart millennial home. Of course there is the laundry washer and dryer that is in every home here because people don’t have servants in US and Canada. Canada is a world leader in modern living with state of the art sophisticated homes in every city and rural region. As beautiful Kenyan homes are, these smart features can be easily and cheaply incorporated, provided Kenya has N.American kind of digital capability support and reliable infrastructure back up. That can boost Kenya real estate status. Like parts of US , Kenya has security issues. Incorporating security devices is a must so that home owner can monitor abnormal activity on CCTV remotely.

The architectural design is really modern with meticulous finishing however, I fail to understand why we still need to have those old school ugly looking classroom windows. I know insecurity is an issues but that should not give our architects a reason to be lazy we can do better
For the price the house plan is seriously wanting. I don't know if its the camera but the stairways look cramped, the passages are narrow and space is not utilized too well. The master bedroom is ordinary size and its tiny dressing area is claustrophobic. The kitchen does not even have a space for the fridge! And the living room is also cramped. Sorry but this is NOT a good deal.
It's called double volume ceiling where the roof encompasses 2 floors. However, the developer provides you with the possibility to customize the interior to your taste. So you can choose to do away with the double volume and have an additional room on top of the sitting room. I've done that with mine in order to get a family room.
