This house is my dream house it gave me sleepless night after watching the premier yesterday I did not sleep, it stuck in mind, I had to come back to watch the video again and again, the compound is massive with the green grass.
I usually hate those ugly, nightmarish glass monstrosities that people call modern houses. They look ghoulish, soulless, and menacing, BUT I LOVE THIS HOUSE. The design is clean but not cold, abstract/minimalist. I love how it still maintains the warm and cozy feeling, which is what a family home MUST have, imho. The space has been used so beautifully- the lights, the walls, the windows. The only thing I'd get rid of is that blue fence, quite ghastly, and I'd definitely spruce up the compound, BUT This makes you want to go home. Definitely worth it. Thank you for showing this beautiful property. There's hope yet for modern residential architecture.

Hello there, this specific house is already sold. But the developer has two other exact houses coming up in the same location. The houses should be ready by end of October. If you would like a site visit, give Ray a call via +254719186889 and he will advice. There is a common gate serving the small estate where the guard is situated. The houses don’t come with a back up, unless you fix one for yourself. The new houses are slightly cheaper than this because the plot of land they stand on is slightly smaller than the on in this video, but still a very good deal considering the location.
In such a place you're paying for the land. The house otherwise is average, no imagination, the roof is basic, looks hurried, the stones to the backyard are poorly placed, the spaces are misplaced, huge corridors, tiny bathrooms. Wish the tanks and solar heater were hidden or put out of the peoples reach or view. That space needs a green area, maybe a top gazibo, with a nice sitting area. Great content. Let me know if you'd like to see some apartments in Tatu city... I would be willing to facilitate with management..
