The place is nice physically but they have no sugar, no towels, I was told by the guy on the 24 hour snack bar that they don’t have sugar and if I want to get some to put on my coffee I should go to the lobby bar which is far away, he literally gave me a coffee with no sugar . Disappointed 😢
How can one pay just a little more to get a suite? When I look, it's a lot more. Any recommendations? Also, does the family section offer suites? Great vid! Thinking of visiting in August.
Thank you for your feedback! Prices vary and honestly it is really worth it to stay at the suite because it is in the Club adults only area with your own restaurant and bar with premium alcohol. Family section doesn’t have suites. They only have two luxury suites in the Club area. The hotel is beautiful and if you prefer the family section it is beautiful everywhere! Beach is gorgeous too! We would highly recommend visiting this great brand new resort.

Went in August and was the WORST hotel in Cuba I have ever visited. Sure it looks new and nice but it was missing everything. No towels, no toilet paper, no eggs, no mixes for drinks. The food was comparable to prison food. I wouldn't go back if someone paid for my trip!

Cuba should take a break from having tourists with all the shortages. They can't even feed their own people. I don't understand how they keep opening more hotels when they don't have enough supplies for their current hotels! @@thesunseeker1387
@elzke8265 Cuba had problems with supplies and people live worse than ever. Prepare for your trip. Bring towels, shampoo, soup, toilet paper, then (salt, paper and sugar just in case ). Bring small bottles of water. Lower expectations regarding options for type of food Enjoy weather and beach and clean your body from industrial sugar and gmo food that western countries have
Reading alot of reviews stating no pasta, French fries, pizza and ice cream. Lack of selection for breakfast..very concerning as we plan to be there for March break with 2 kids. Nervous and hope management will be prepared for this week of March 11-19 and not just cater to adult section

I cannot understand why they only have pool ladders and not a zero grade entrance or actual pool stairs, not very friendly for people with bad knees or handicapped!!

Pizza yes. Night club no. But close to the resort there is plaza with night club and you have organised transport from the hotel 👍So all good 😀
