Going there For 2 weeks starting Nov.21st in Prestige 16+

The beach is just soso. Hard to stay on the seat too much angle. Keep on sliding down. Also a fews rocks in the water. Best parts is the garden.Been there beginning of may 2024. Sunwing the representant never at the hotel.

Great video, I have been to this resort 16 times. Just got back in April and going back again in September. I don't go to Cuba for the food..only for the Sun, the beach and the people at this resort......cheers from Toronto Canada.

Definitely not five star,food is disasters

Amazing place.We’ve been to Dominican republic 5 times and the first time we went was in that resort.The old name was Be live Collection Canoa.We are planning to go back in November this year and i can’t wait to visit the new resort♥️♥️🌴👙

There's no respect for the Native American who works so hard in such deplorable conditions and is forced to live in the projects created by masterminds. Go ahead and offend yourselves with the facts. Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

Out of all the resorts you have been to in cuba, would you recommend the selectum? From your videos it looks one of the nicest, any other recommendations?

We stayed in this hotel last year in April. Nice hotel, beautiful grounds ,but food was awful. Even though they have basic food selection they don’t know how to cook at all !!!Amazing beach…shearing with local people. ( very loud music and so much garbage) . Noticed that service get worse and food shortages past few years.

On May 24, I will go there.

Very informative but I have a question about medical treatment. How much they charged for the medical intervention in case something happens at the hotel ? I have heard stories about medical treatment in Cuba is really expensive for tourists! Insurance companies cover the expenses?
