how has been your experience with this one?
I'm surprised at the movement transfer of the pocket spring mattress in this video. I have an 8 year old Sleepwell pocket spring mattress which till date doesn't transfer any motion whatsoever. It wasn't even that expensive, maybe 23k for a King size if I remember correctly(I did get 3-4k discount on it). I drink wine on the bed and the wine glass has never tumbled over even when I have tried standing and jumping on it(I'm a 6' 1" ft tall guy so the movement pressure should be quite a lot). Though I'm considering hybrid latex memory foam or a purely latex mattress now for breathability, cooler temperatures and body adaptable softness. Pocket spring mattresses are too firm(mine got firmer over the years) and don't help with the body contours. I guess companies like Sleepwell have increased their prices while cutting down on their costs using lower quality materials. Nice video, Saumya. I am convinced about the Hybrid mattress but I'm going to try more of the natural latex ones. Especially trying to find a latex mattress which has 3-4 layers of natural latex which can be customized to my requirements.

I also like this feature. I think all company should follow it in your mattresses by provide removable top part only of zipper cover at outside as well as at inside cover to easy wash.

I have the sleepycat latex mattress bought in 2019 and have faced many issues with it...first on paper the mattress is described to be a 7 inch one whereas the product delivered was barely 5 inch...when we asked hem abt this their reply was to 'give it time' and it will puff up to the desired size.. this however was the least of our issues as the mattress started disintegrating within 6 months of usage into sand like particles...everytime we changed the bed covers the mattress wld be dusty with these particles..my son even developed an asthma problem sleeping on this mattress...when we finally went back to the company with our problems as true sleepycats they slept on it giving no solution..
Bottom line, products re not long lasting and they don't deliver on promises...sleepycat is apt name as the customer service is truly a sleepy cat so don't expect critical problem resolutions from them...
Sunday mattress provides 2 inch of latex. Is that better than this? My friend has a very negative review for sleepycat mattress

Hey CK! Thanks 😊 I normally get queen sized bedsheets or fitted sheets. Normally that would support upto 8 inch thickness.
@@TheGrapevineIndia Finally, I could get the right size bedsheet from Ikea that fits my 6-inch-thick mattress. Their single bedsheet in 150 cm x 260 cm which is a perfect fit in length as well as width for a 36-inch x 78-inch single bed mattress. Sharing this info just in case someone else too has struggled to find the right sized bedsheets. Or maybe you could use this information to help other people's queries.

Is it natural latex or synthetic latex? Company should give 2 inch latex with 4 inch Hr because memory foam in middle have no sense in mattresses and reduce the price difference between single and king size mattresses because price of single size mattresses(36×72) should be half of king size mattresses(72×72).
Hey Saumya, I'm confused between Sleepycat's Hybrid latex mattress and Ultima mattress. I usually switch between side and stomach sleeping and worried that the memory foam top in ultima will trap heat. Also the latex layer in the hybrid one is not a pin core model. Will it be hot too? I weigh exactly 80kgs.

Yeah exactly i noticed the same. There is no pin hole. May be this js old model when there was no pin hole
What is latex thickness for 8 inch version ? Also the latex is not pin hole, so traps heat. Please mention proper cons for a complete review. Makes it look more like a sponsored video than a review

Latex is not pin core? Will it not trap heat? Also, I'd it natural latex?
I heard Dunlop process is best in latex.
Talalay latex is best for use as comfort layer in hybrid mattresses due to soft but Dunlop is better for complete latex mattresses due to hard in bottom and soft at top.

@@coolmonkey5269 I think you should purchase of topper either 1 inch or 2 inch to take benefit of latex according to your budget. Affordable Dunlop and talalay latex topper is provided by springtek and sleep spa respectively.
Hi saumya...i am using sleepycat hydrib latex mattress from couple of days....u said it gives good support for back and neck....but still i am not satisfied....can plz suggest....better orthopaedic mattress which does not give any pain for side and back sleepers
This mattress is good for nearly 80 kg weight due to firmness score of 8/10.
Plz do note that it's not 100% natural latex. The company has not disclosed details on the latex layer which is doubtful.

Hi John, typically ones like this amzn.to/3w4c6NX or from Wakefit or other brands are about 1 inch. If you need more, either have to get a full latex mattress or a latex mattress topper which is about 2 inches amzn.to/3ZMXwZ4
I have been suggested 2 inch latex natural + 1 inch softy foam+ 3 inch bonded 100 density foam for 6 inch queen sized mattress. My age is 57 years. Presently no back pain no back pain. Is this mattress right combination and can be used as Ortho mattress?
It's firmness is 8 out of 10 that shows the person weight should be nearly 80.
I bought last week this hybrid latex mattress but inside material they have given only foam not a latex

It is enough for 80 to 100kg person due to firmness score of 8/10. You should take morning or aloha ortho latex mattresses if you are not satisfied with the firmness of Sleepycat hybrid latex mattresses.
