Hanging Baby Back Ribs | Oklahoma Joe's Bronco

In this video I hang Baby Back Ribs in my Oklahoma Joe's Bronco. I used H-E-B Charcoal. To season the baby backs I used Kettle Freaks Pork Rub. Total cook time was 3 hrs. Every hour I would spritz the ribs with Apple Juice. The last ten minutes of the cook I placed the ribs onto the cooking grate and glazed the ribs with Texas Pepper Jelly Rib Candy glaze. The ribs took on a beautiful color and were more mouth watery with the added rib glaze. 4-25-2020
