Ivan Drago's equipment of choice :) The presenter even looks and sounds a bit like Dolph... This stuff really is nice. I got to play on a rack and platform, with bar and bumpers. I doubt any individual piece gets better. And combined, it's very likely the very best around. On some level, this is what all commercial/athletic facilities should have installed. It takes ALL unintended variability out of the environment. Everything is precise, and nothing at all gets unnecessarily in the way. If you add a pair of 1/2kg change plates, that change is the only change you experience on your next attempt. No "do I stand in the exact same spot on the exact same tile in the platform this time", nor "has the tile I stand on gotten a bit compressed over months of use by hundreds of lifters" kind of possible tripups which could become relevant at the very upper limit. OTOH, it requires users to not drag gravel studded sneakers in from the outside. You need lifting shoes for this. Reserved for use in clean surroundings... The whole setup really needs a more considered and conscious approach to truly shine. It could also leave me worrying that I could only catch a certain weight, or walk out and back a squat, on a platform, and with equipment, this smooth, precise and exquisite. Perhaps not an issue for world class weight lifters, whose competition environment is equally controlled and sanitised. But for more regular gym rats, even pro athletes who sometimes find themselves on the road forced to work out in less pristine facilities, I almost wonder if backing off the "perfection" of it all just a little bit, wouldn't render things a bit more real world applicable for many people. Even many very serious lifters, who don't specifically compete in weightlifting at the very top level. While this may result in having to leave a couple of those 1/2kg change plates off for some lifts, it could also add to confidence that you can indeed get a prescribed workout in, should you be stuck in a less exalted facility for a session or two.
I believe I can install the Smith machine on power rack. So, it will be combo (rack & smith ) Please confirm and let’s see some videos about that. … In future, u should think about half rack and smith machine combo.
Hi @SportsmanTadeusz, To properly assess your training needs, including attachments, platform type, and other factors relevant to your training space, we recommend contacting info@eleiko.com. They will then connect you with your nearest sales office to discuss your specific requirements.
I wish i hadn't gone with Eleiko. Now i am stuck with an XF80 half rack that can no longer be converted into a full rack and i don't want to swap to the Prestera line - the weird steel tubing profile as well as hole spacing is just a nightmare. Eleiko's basically telling you that once you buy a rack from them you've chosen to live in their ecosystem forever. I happen to be not ok with this.

@@eleikosport I get it. You want to maximize your revenues by making equipment with weird box steel dimensions and hole diameter / spacing so that a customer is stuck with your ecosystem for life. Nothing wrong with that. I myself was more than happy to go with the XF80 line. That was until i learned that that line was being phased out in favour of the newer Prestera. Again, nothing wrong with that either but i would have thought the spare parts and accessories for the XF line would still be available so that someone like myself would still have been able to convert the system, in my case from a half rack to a full rack. I was wrong. Now i am stuck with my half rack that can no longer be converted and there are no attachments left - i had my eyes on the revolving pull up handles, the dip bar attachment, the landmine and other accessories. All gone. Now it's all Prestera. That is a huge disappointment. I've already got in touch with the authorised dealer where i am based and he told me that there are no more XF80 parts to do the conversion. I myself don't want to "upgrade" to a Prestera rack. I only bought my XF80 in 2022. Such a huge disappointment. I hope you'll learn from my experience and take my complaint under consideration. Surely i can't be the only one with an XF80 rack that can no longer be customised or accessorised.
@PerryEmpson I left the gym about 6 months ago, partly due to the new kit so my memory is weak on this one tbh. It wasn't very good kit, for example some of the benches were broken, like after 4 weeks of being installed, the numbers were hard to see on most of the racks and pulley systems, it was all a bit budget. I was disappointed with Elieiko, but I guess they have to scale. But it's not the same as the old stuff. I guess they have a higher end range too. Just my opinion 👍
Beautiful rack / rack system, but Oscar's new mustache steals the entire show 😎😅🤘 looking forward to more upgrades for the Prestera!
So perfect and beautifully elegant
#PERFECT 💯✅
Every function a lifter needs in a rack #LOVEIT 🔥
amazing

Also that moustache looks cool on you oscar
Are the uprights stainless steel tubing, or raw tubing coated in stainless steel?
