  • From Jay P. Morgan,
    In today's DIY Equipment lesson from The Slanted Lens, Lars Lindstrom, our cameraman will teach you how to create a portable green screen on a small budget. The total cost of the green screen created is about $14.
    You will need:
    1- green gabardine fabric (from Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts) wider the better - 60";
    2- "A" clamps;
    PVC pipe (from Home Depot).
    We hope you will find this segment useful. Keep those cameras rolling and keep on clickn'.

    You're right! I'll right something up and post it in the description of the video. the most important thing is to make sure you give yourself enough distance between the green screen to 1.) make sure you don't get color bleed on yourself, and 2.) to give enough room between your key light and the green screen as to not cast a shadow behind you. hope this helps!

    what about the lighting? I'm trying to do it in my bedroom because I broadcast my video game play. Its not working too well. • @spelunkerd
    @spelunkerd 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I've found even 1" PVC pipe to bend in the middle. A more stiff alternative would be to use EMT electrical conduit, which would allow you to use 3/4" pipe with better stiffness. It's also very inexpensive.

    Seems people think that mic stands cost hundreds of dollars? WHERE? I have been doing audio for a long time and basic new ones are 30 maybe, used even cheaper. I found some on guitar center's site for 15 dollars for a heavy base weighted mic stand, add a few bucks for the clips he's mentioned and its not that expensive. Where does the 300 dollars come from? Nice Tutorial guys thanks!
