How To Avoid All The Assassins In "Nothing is True" In Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag Ghost Stealth

Mission: Nothing is True/ Locate James Kidd
Some consider this mission to be one of the hardest in Black Flag due to these restrictions (don't cause an alert, don't kill any enemy); I decided to add two more restrictions to it ( no use of any tool and no knockouts) since I thought it was a fun idea. This mission can be done easily by following this path.
