- See what I eat in a day!
Today's video is a quick snapshot look at a fairly typical day of eating at our place... LOTS of veggies!
We aim to eat a predominantly Whole Food Plant Based as much as possible, and like to have a bit of fun with our meals.
Today's lunch & dinner are both classed as vegetarian, but could easily be made vegan by omitting the feta & the honey (and both meals would be equally as delicious without these items!)

Hi Nikki, great video with some good easy, cheap and healthy meals. I really love your laid back attitude to
making food for your family. I am also loving the fact that you are including some scenes of where you are staying as i really enjoyed your other channel too. I understand the work involved in making videos and I really look forward to yours. I hope you have a great week. 🥦🥘☕
Thanks Barbara! ❤️ That is really lovely of you to say.
I'd love to make more of the travel videos, but it's a lot of work recording & editing for 2 channels ... I'd end up feeling like I have my face in my phone all day everyday & being very antisocial! Maybe one day I'll work out a better system!
Hope you're having a fantastic week & thank you so much for all your support! ❤️
Have you tried making your own chai?
Toasting pine nuts makes them even more delicious too
Not yet, but maybe in the future.
Call me weird, but I quite like the blanched pinenuts straight out of the packet!
@@NikkiBeal they are nice anyway but extra tasty toasted..
