I’m 58 and we worked for everything we got and I graduated in 1983. Life was better because you respected your elders and yourself. We grew vegetables in our garden and canned everything food. We took drippings, lard to make food and we even made homemade butter. We made our own clothes and had chores, went to school and had jobs. Life wasn’t easy, but we appreciated everything we had.

Patara, my husband is 90years old. I've had to keep fox, the news stations etc off the tv as much as I can because he gets so worked up! This world is so sad right now. People have forgoten how we've gotten where we are. Thank You to all veterens and active service. We pray for you every day.
I like Real America's Voice news/tv. I watch it on ROKU because I gave up all msm channels, only have internet service. I like OANN too. I watch Patara on my phone or computer.

I don't recognize our country anymore. My heart breaks for my daughter and the future ahead of her. Makes me really sad. I'm glad my grandparents aren't here to see this. They gave up everything and came to this country to give us this great life and we are about to lose it all. They worked so hard and were so proud to be American. Their sacrifice was and is what drives me to this day. We have to stay together and take our country back.

I am 78 my parent died 4 years ago at 94 I say everyday I am so glad they are not here to see this country. I have 3 brothers that served 2 Marines 1 Army my father served in the Air Force. They all hunt and fished and we ate game. You are a servant of God called to this heavy job of opening eyes and ears. We all know it would be your best life to love on and raise your animals and spend time with your family and friends. Keep the faith and good fight for all out here that look forward to morning coffee with you. 🙏🙏🙏💕
I am 75. Things are making sense now..things that have bothered me for so long. The hardest thing was knowing my life was pretty much a lie.
It’s hard to see people (family and friends) that are STILL NOT AWAKE!!!!! They will never get it until it’s too late! Our Pastor told us on Sunday that we need to prepare.

I am 74, and I know I am in the last years of my life. I won't live to see much of what is coming, and I'm thankful for that. But it breaks my heart to think of what my children and grandchildren will have to live through. I pray every day and night for them and hope they have learned what we tried to teach them.

I'm 64, retired a few months ago while I still have my health to do things and spend time with my family and friends. I agree with what you said about my generation growing up; my parents didn't have much but we didn't go without and I enjoyed my life. When I look back the last 10-15 years or longer, and especially the last 8, I'm having a hard time thinking that it's real.
People that just listen to the noon and nightly news have no idea how bad things are!
If people don't like what you say why don't they just not watch?? That kills me, I'm adult enough that if something bothers me I watch something else instead. I don't need to fuss, quarrel, or blame them for their opinion.
I took up your 5 cans challenge here in NZ when you started it. 2 weeks ago as I was sitting at the airport to go see my mum on the other side of the world, I got a call to say you have no job to come back to. I'm so glad for all those cans now I'm back. Thank you ❤

My mother was born in 1909. I grew up on stories of her life as a child, teens and her life. On to the depression, her job in an ammunition factory and forward. I grew up in the Fifties and Sixties. I’ve heard and seen so much. Now this!!

I'm a decade younger and my Grandmother was born in 1898 - her Grandfather fought in the Civil War. Her husband had a Grandfather who did as well, and 90 years earlier his relatives joined the Massachusetts Militia the day after Lexington & Concord, on 20 April 1775. My family has been going to war since the founding of our country.

Mental health especially right now is absolutely critical! We just lost a couple of friends in a mutual murder/suicide (they shot at each other!). It brought it really to my mind that we need to do a much better job of looking out for each other.
Everyone is stressed, we know you can never be fully prepared, but taking some time for a mental health break is so impressive.
The other night I spoke with somebody very special to me about our gardening plans. Something so simple, but it was wonderful. I was so relaxed afterwards that I fell asleep.

My husband and I are your parents age, but we grew up in very different ways. I grew up in a family that was very self sufficient and raised during the depression and aware of hard times. My husband on the other hand lived in a what you might call privileged home. He doesn't see what's happening, or believe things are going to get bad.

Im 54 and i remember just how great our country was. Sad to say that our country is falling apart at the seams 😢. I'm still doing the five can a week challenge. If our government wanted a secure border, it would've been secured years ago.
My great grandma lived to be 104 years old she drank and smoked, she was a hoot. Im 63 and even though we were in war a few times when I was young we werent forced to take on adult worries.
My husband’s grandmother lived to be 107! She was still smart as anything!!!

Yes, I’m 65 last month and I’m in that group that is feeling just a bit overwhelmed. Most of which comes from my inability to convince others what we are facing. ESP. My own family. And the fact that they think I am just mentally declining. Breaks my heart. They aren’t prepared, as hard as I’ve tried. Grandchildren stopped visiting cause I “scared them with my politic stuff”. So I’ve all butshut up. If they can’t see it now……nothing I can do.

There was a video posted today on X done by a young guy in Texas that was in his truck driving past the park where the razor wire is....he continued down the road a half mile and there was a wide open gate in the wall. Another mile, another gate and on it went. I was shocked. Hunt it down. I am sure there's an explanation but I don't have one.

I am 69 years old and I never had a easy life, but I have been very aware of things happening I started building my pantry up about 4 years ago. There are a lot of things happening that we can't do anything about, but it is how we react and prepare that will make a difference in how you weather the storm. Be thankful for those that are brave enough to warn you and give tips on preparing. Prepare your home and your heart for a storm, do all you can possibly do, then pray about the things you can not change.
Oh my gosh, I am old enough that you could be my daughter 😂 My parents believed preparedness in the 1960's. I still have a container of rice they had stored! I think a lot of people around my age find everything happening now is so hard to believe. We just thought all of this would never happen. But it is and it stuns the mind. However, we have to deal with the now and quit looking back, wishing for how it used to be. We have to put on our old grannie panties and keep preparing....hard!!

People are very emotional right now (justifiable), which causes them to react quickly and emotionally, even if they are not as informed as they need to be. Not always the best results come from this.
Thats exactly the way ive been thinking like why with everything going on in texas why would Governor be taking a vacay? Or was there other talks going on behind the scenes. I do stand with the people of texas who are going through all of this and i pray for the peaceful protesters/convoy.

I’m 66 and my purpose is very obvious! I have daughters 46, and 23.. hard working one is an RN and one works with people of different abilities, as did,I retired from that field after 33 years, I have shared how they need to prepared to take the pressure off the struggle of others,get tough,be ready, no panic! That isn’t helpful, my grand daughter is being sent to Iraq for a year.we have to be spiritually strong.
Iam awake. But now what?. I have been awake all my life, since I was a kid. I feel very helpless as a man, husband, father and u.s. citizen(naturally born). Iam 48. My dad is 89 yrs and says he’s never seen anything like what we are experiencing in this country.

I spoke to a sweet woman today and she touched my heart. I felt so proud of her, while also feeling bad for her. She was on the phone with me regarding my insurance plan, I had questions lol, but found out that she is 75. I'm proud that she is able to work at the age of 75, but felt bad because my idea and vision of retirement is of taking it easy. Granted we have a farm so will never retire, but this is my husband's dream and therefore my dream.

I'm 75 and in the 60s we did have a few problems. Of course we weren't so connected as we are today. Believe me I have always been prepared. My family where farmers . Saving was a must for our long winter months. My eyes are open and Jesus is in my heart.

64 here. Brought up in a great family worked for 45 years saved and scrimped and made it! Worried about grands and great grand and I just don’t know how they are gonna survive. Ive had a great life but I am preparing so that they’ll be able to carry on into the future..
