This literally my issue right now. This is such a helpful video!! Thank you so much l❤️🙏 the issues are more massive than simple expectations, however the anger and frustration is eating me up and making me feel bad. I can look at things in a better way now, which will bring me more peace of mind and able to be the loving, caring person I actually am without this hostility and me beating myself up for not being able to accept a situation and feeling upset!!
