There is one point which I thought was potentially dangerous. The light controlled crossing in Alvaston just past the Blue Peter. The driver did not appear to slow up much approaching the lights which were initially at red. Although he/she did cross when the light had changed to green, it was obvious that the driver would have gone through at amber. The danger is here that there could have been someone on the crossing in front of the vehicles waiting at the crossing. You can't guarantee that someone isn't going to suddenly dive across even though the pedestrian lights are red.
