I have not one but two close friends who got screwed over by their parents accruing debt in their name as kids. We’re now all in our mid to late twenties and it still affects them.
I have read that parents can open up credit cards under their children's names in order to help them build credit as they age. My husband and I are looking into a card for each of our kids (and NEVER EVER using or abusing them) so our kids have credit established when they are older. It is sooo sad that parents screw their own children over. Some adults just shouldn't have kids.
@@kianna270yeah it is legal but there are no ramifications for parents who just do that for a new credit line for themselves and the kid never see that account
@@Meaglovesyou18My mom put me as an authorized user on one of her cards when I was younger and it has helped me tremendously as an adult. It was a card through a gas station so I would only use it to fill up my car and she would pay it off every month. When I turned 18 I had a credit score of 700+ and was able to by a car w/o a co-signer when I was 19. I definitely recommend it!
Story 1. The mom is correct. Rabies is no joke. Bat droppings can be toxic. Little kids put everything in their mouths. If they don't have reliable hot water, how will dad wash his hands after a diaper change? Also, if mom got ill from drinking the water, e-coli or salmonella can kill a baby. On an island, with no health care near-by? Absolutely not! Dads usually dismiss important things. Just get the cottage/ cabin safe first, then bring a toddler.
@@succubitch1054it’s Morgan following Justin’s energy - bc I could tell she first was immediately going to side with the mother on this story, but when justin came out saying “oh the mom is dramatizing everything” she toned her opinion down. If any other of her friends we’re there instead of justin it’d be another story.
I think Justin got hyper-fixated on the “negative” language of the mom without realizing that the shack is in fact a “negative” place. It’s not comparable to Morgan’s farm at all. They need to put themselves in these people’s shoes a lot of the times. Would they personally stay in a place like this? Would they personally be okay with having their infant child go to a place like this with only one caretaker? Would they personally be totally fine with their partner disregarding/questioning a firm boundary they’ve set?
Oh my god, the first story I am already furious with this. She literally went there for years and spoke about MANY medical issues she had to deal with. A grown adult. That would kill babies so quickly.
Story 1 yall literally minimized all of her legit concerns amd then made up your own assumptions to make her look like a whiney controlling mother who has actual concerns like idk, unfiliterdd lake water. Boohoo you dont like the language used. Years there have been serious issues every time they go there. Its not one bad experience. Its every damn year amd severe health issues. Yall are just writing off the serious concerns
Literally. This is one of the worst takes they’ve had. I don’t even want to finish the story or the episode at this point with them just ignoring everything she says.
I was so relieved to see in the comments I wasn’t the only one who thought the mom definitely had the right to be concerned. As a parent, it’s a safety issue.
Exactly I’m not a mom but I know taking a toddler to a place where the water isn’t safe and they can potentially be exposed to rabies isn’t a good idea.
Yeah I have no idea how Justin and Morgan got this one so wrong. The mom spent years going to this place and it causes her a lot of anxiety. From what she described it does not sound like a place people should be inhabiting until more work is done. Having to fly back home to get rabies treatment, undrinkable water, are you serious? Don’t take a kid there, and way more importantly, when your wife has valid concerns and feels uncomfortable don’t just say you’re taking your son across the border without her agreeing to it?? So confusing
Even if HALF of what she’s saying is true, why would you wanna take a 2yr old there?? Power is out on a reg, water isn’t safe, what sounds great about that for a baby? Also she’s said she’s been a ton of times & there’s always a problem. I wouldn’t wanna keep going either or take any one else with me. 🤦🏽♀️ Also bats aren’t puppies or kittens. 🥴
Thank you. Like literally undrinkable water and it sounds like every time people go there someone ends up going to the hospital for exposure to something??? It’s been like this for years, you’d think if he cares about the place and going there with family so much he’s actually fix it up
Story 1: Jesus christ, I wrote a whole paragraph and had to delete it because I was so angry 😅 labelling the mum as boring and a prissy while you completely ignore her valid safety concerns? Continually comparing the farm to a shack on an island with a lack of running water, frequent rabies exposure and no medical care? I hope you guys read the comments because that was the most horrendous and infuriating take.
So you're fully saying that you expect absolutely everyone to have the same level of knowledge of everything as you along reeking an energy that says "if you know less than me you are less than me."
@@aliciakidd7940 What on earth are you on about? This is not about a lack of knowledge? The risks were clearly laid out by the Mum (rabies), choosing to ignore the facts laid out in front of you is ignorance, not a lack of knowledge. It is a choice. Choosing to then label the Mum as boring and prissy for having VALID safety concerns, is also a choice.
@@aliciakidd7940 I fear this is common sense even without an education if the PARENTS HAVE GOTTEN SICK MUTIPULE TIMES HOW CAN THE MOM NOT EXPECT SOMWTHING BAD TO HAPPEN
Story 1: Calling the mom "prissy" and "dramatic" for her valid fears and concerns is kinda ick to me. A two year old baby can not properly communicate. They have lots of needs and requirements and are VERY sustainable to illness. Rabies is brutal. Once symptoms show, it's basically a death sentence in adults. I can not imagine what it would do to a 2 year old. Also, the cabin isn't in a safe enough condition for adults. Lack of safe drinking water, unreliable electricity, and bat exposure/unsafe housing conditions. A 2 year old will put anything in their mouths, which in this case could be tooks, screws, wood shavings, or bat droppings! Also, how can a 2 year old properly verbalize they were bit by a bat? This could be a bonding thing for the family, when the cabin is livable, and sustainable, the child is old enough to slightly self govern/advocate and communicate, and both parents are either present, or comfortable with the child going. Also, the cabin is on an ISLAND??? As in no quick access to medical care?? These are not "prissy" concerns, especially concerning a child. Idk, normally great takes here, but that one gave me some quick vibes. Womens concerns are often dismissed and overlooked, then we are left to deal with the emotional and even physical outcomes of not just us but others around us. Not only does OP have her husband dismissing her concerns, but also Justin, who did it almost the moment Morgan finished reading the story.
You said it best, I felt the exact same way. Justin’s take is terrible it’s upsetting that Morgan just went along with it. I know that she would’ve had a different take if it was a different guest.
Exactly that part!!! I was so confused why this level-headed woman was suddenly agreeing with this mans entire dismissal of a womans very valid concerns bc she seemed "negative" and then I realized it was her boyfriend. So often do we go along with others when being outspoken would be more difficult.
I know he was such an A for saying that. Dude, the house is barely habitable for adults. No power, like 10 hours to get there, if there's an accident with the kid what's happens? Her concerns were absolutely valid. The dude doesn't even know how a two year old look like or what they're capable to do.
Like.... Wiiiild take to hear, "the water isn't entirely potable and sometimes there's no electricity" (so we wouldn't be able to boil it to make it safe to drink) isn't a fucking dealbreaker. Even if the bat infestation is dealt with and cleaned, No Guaranteed Access To Safe Drinking Water feels like a pretty hard No
did anyone else feel like justin was super off in this episode? i had a hard time watching. It felt like anything morgan said he had to fight against. also not wanting your 2 year old to die of rabies isn't a crazy stand to take.
yes!! lots of people are noticing and comenting a lot about how bad his takes have been this episode, and he’s usually not like this at all! usually he’s more levelheaded, sonit must have been an off day for him, or he’s going though something. it’s frustrating to watch/listen tho
@@loveenasaran4705he's disagreeing with her, that's not the same as gaslighting. How is he making her question her ability to recall events or her perception of reality? We can't accuse him of abuse just because he had a few stupid opinions. Sometimes people are just wrong or disagree.
@@loveenasaran4705don't throw the word gaslighting around. That's not what is happening here. I think he may have just been having an off day. Justin has also had a habit of trying to look at things from a different perspective than most do. He doesn't not seem abusive nor manipulative and if you truly think that then you haven't been gaslit or manipulated 😅 this isn't it.
Okay, commenting again after listening to the entire first story, and Justin sounds like he has some personal things to unpack. Why was he so quick to demonize this mom for valid concerns? Why was he tone policing all the women in these stories this episode in general? I feel like he needs to bring these weird reactions up with his therapist...I usually like him, but he was giving some off vibes this time. Im so relieved im clearly not the only one who noticed.
honestly, this take was giving big NLOG vibes, and it didn't sit super well with me, especially since Morgan is usually very outspoken about not using reductive or stigmatising language - like how they made real efforts in early episodes not to call every bad person a narcissist. Idk what was going on behind the scenes of that episode but it was just so off
@@lily-zg6io where's the lie? For real though with the NLOG, some real vintage NLOG though, back to the "I'm not like other girls I got camping and eat burgers". I'm sorry I just drank the super caffeinated lemonade from panera. So I'm typing like a mile a minute.
I never comment. I was relieved to see that others had the same reaction to story 1. It’s clear morgan and Justin are not parents, which is fine, but it is not unusual for a mom to not want their 2 year old to be away from them for a week under any circumstances. You and other commenters on the post don’t seem to understand the significance of being in a remote location where you can not access emergency medical care for hours. The mom experienced personally having to get rabies treatment (again ignorance of bat guano from our hosts), it is no surprise that she would not feel safe with her young child in this environment with or without her. The mom is totally reasonable. What bothered me more (and again glad to see others noticed this too) is Morgan caving to Justin’s opinion. He was so clear about the mom being irrational, like it was a fact, it felt gross, and then Morgan went along with it. When she has friends cohost she sometimes hears their opinion and shifts, but this felt different, like she didn’t even give her initial opinion. Just disappointed.
Couldn’t agree more with what you said. I never comment either but Justin was being absolutely absurd and totally disregarding the mom’s very valid concerns and Morgan going alone with it was sad.
agreed, I already noticed Morgan sometimes, well quite often actually, takes the opinion of the co host and goes with it, even if it directly contradicts something she stand for before or after. We have a saying for that in czech republic but i'm not sure how it will translate, but she basically leans where the wind blows at that moment
I really went back and forth on whether I would comment at all, cause I was worried this would come of as a hate comment, but it seems I'm not the only one who really struggled to watch this. I often disagree with Justin, which is totally fine, cause people have different opinions...but his takes here were honestly worrying. Making a concerned mom out to be crazy is honestly wild, she doesn't want her toddler exposed to rabies, and doesn't feel comfortable being away from him for so long...which is so so normal. Playing her out to be some paranoid woman who is exaggerating...that's kinda messed up. I had to quit after the first story, but from reading other comments, his takes didn't get any better. Something about this episode just felt off. My apologies if this comes off as hateful, I really don't mean it to be.
what i love about the first story is they just gloss over the fact that the cabin has no safe drinking water, intermittent electricity, is only accessible by boat if something did happen, and at least one person has had to get a rabies shot after being there, but apparently the word 'threatening' is the thing to be concerned about. amazing!
Thank you! I’m sorry but no. I don’t think dad is thinking very clearly and mom is being pretty reasonable with her concerns. Sometimes some parents just don’t think a certain way because they have tunnel vision on something that is important to just them.
To cite WHO: "Contaminated water and poor sanitation are linked to transmission of diseases such as cholera, diarrhoea, dysentery, hepatitis A, typhoid and polio". Electrics (we lived without hot water etc before), only accessible by boat etc are not that relevant to me. Ppl underestimate the importance of safe drinking water! 😅 Some kids in Africa go blind from unsafe drinking water. Rabis and dad being irresponsible are definitely big nono.
“he wasn’t the greatest guy” about the guy from s3 is an interesting way to describe a misogynist who doesn’t view women as people… 5 min after calling the woman in the story a “psycho”…. i don’t agree with her actions, and i think the age gap/power dynamic is the most problematic thing on her side, but let’s not forget the way that man talked about and treated women. he’s not fucking innocent, and he’s not just a slightly bad guy. he is a misogynist. feeling a little disappointed in the way justin diminished that.
I completely agree. I couldn’t make it through the whole episode because his misogyny was getting on my nerves 😬 I honestly can’t believe they posted this one
@@sarahanderson8005 i’m really glad to see more comments affirming how i felt this whole episode. it really pissed me off, and this is my fav channel. thought i was just in a bad mood for a sec, but ig we’re all feeling the off vibe.
Let’s frame this situation properly because on the some level, what she did was crazy weird. She is 26, been dating her boyfriend for 2 years and slept with his brother who is currently 19. Anyone see the math with that? She knew his brother as a MINOR and still slept with him. Not even acknowledging that their age gap is that of a senior in college and a sophomore in high school, he was a minor when they knew each other. It’s a really weird decision to purposely choose someone who you met as a minor to mess with, especially as a 26 yo.
@@k.marcieyeah and the og commenter acknowledged the age gap was weird, but the entire point is to NOT diminish the fact the guy was a cheating, RAGING misogynist
I’m actually so disappointed in Justin with this episode. I kind of worry about Morgan with all these similar comments too, she has been open about how much the response to the podcast fills her with anxiety. Kind of hoping she sees what we’re saying and that Justin isn’t acting like this towards her if they happen to discuss it (which has probably already happened). Do better Justin.
I do want to add though as someone that studies rabies specifically, it is quite rare that a bat will transmit to a human. That’s more likely in people with high frequency in contact with bats such as cavers or rescuers. The #1 cause of rabies transmission to humans is dog bites! So yes, 100% get inoculated if you wake up to a bat in your bedroom or if you felt one swoop by/contact you outside as their bites are hard to feel. But it’s equally important that we are getting our pets vaccinated to help towards eradication efforts. if you are bitten by a dog unknown to you or without proof of vaccination, get to the doctor for inoculation asap as well!
Story one, exposing a baby to rabies so they have a “fun experience” is child neglect and endangerment. The father is prioritizing fun over safety is irresponsible at best. It’s not like he fixed the problem considering a week before this someone else was exposed to bats at the cabin. Rabies symptoms don’t get recognized until it’s killing you. That baby is lucky his mother is willing to put her foot down to protect him.
It'd only be fun for the father tho, the baby would probably miss mum and be terrified of the bats flying aroung and making noises. This man should just go alone and try his luck with exposure to rabies in order to have "fun" and "create memories"
My cousin almost died from bats just LIVING in her attic when she was a kid. No direct contact at all. She needed an entire blood transfusion at age 7, because she was sick from the bats living in the attic (urine etc). Just inhaling that made her almost die. I could only imagine a 2 year old
This is what I’m saying. I’m so annoyed for OP getting slammed by Morgan and Justin over something genuinely concerning. People don’t think it’s an issue until they experience it and I can tell you rn any bat encounter is something serious even though they are “everywhere”
Maybe we should rent them a home with some bats in the attic and see how they feel then. As another commenter said it’s not even about having kids, it’s common sense!! They call it the terrible twos for a reason. That is no place for a curious child to get into everything. I can’t believe their take on this!!
First story- you don’t do things with your child when both parents aren’t comfortable with it- and that’s it. She’s not comfortable with him going to that cabin she’s not even comfortable going there so dad has to respect that. They can find a compromise in the future with renovations etc. if it just wasn’t her thing I don’t think she’d be so concerned about her kid being there. My daughter is 5 and I wouldn’t take her or let her go to the cabin as described. If the child needs any kind of medical attention seems like it not going to be easily accessible. Some parents would be ok with it and that’s fine but if you are two parents in the same family who don’t agree more work is needed in finding a way to be on the same team.
Moms do all kinds of things without the father's approval. I don't think the father needs approval for everything he wants to do and she disagrees with
@@juanmedina254 I don’t think anyone would question a father taking baby out for a day hike. We would question a mother taking a child to a known-bat infested cabin for over a week without the father’s consent. The border patrol also questions it as it requires both parents permission for a child to cross from the U.S. lol.
i for sure thought morgan would be on the mums side in the first story given her medical background, those conditions sound terrifying for a child to be in
Morgan was so rude to her recent guest who said she doesn’t get the hype around engagement rings and she’d personally be happy with anything, but then she lots toxic crap like this slide from her boyfriend? Yikes. Bending to his will like this is gross and not a good look.
The patronizing comments Justin made about girls enjoying true crime but getting scared by scary movies felt so fucking weird to me. He made a lot of weird comments actually.
@@Turnshavetabled-o3xI have always thought the high road thing was stupid. Why is it the person on the receiving end should take the high road. The way I see it, depending on what’s going on, take the low road if you feel it’s just. You shouldn’t start shit if you aren’t okay with receiving it.
Ya this is the first time I’ve really noticed these kinds of comments from him and I find it really worrying. Hoping he’s just having a bad day but always these kinds of comments ever coming out of your partners mouth is always cause for concern
I've never been more ashamed of being a woman than I have been going through these common threads. Half of you are acting like he's a monster for his perspective and opinion. That he's lesser than because he knows less than. And what's particularly horrifying is that none of you would be saying any of this the same way if it was a woman who was saying it. What happened to everybody going for the "I need to share my emotions to their emotions and then work through it together" approach lol I guess when you refuse to acknowledge you have a victim mindset you allow it to really dictate your overall opinion and see nothing wrong with the way victims can only feel better, If they refuse to acknowledge, by tearing other people down. I hope there are some people that have high enough critical thinking skills to realize that we're talking between two barely 30 something people talking about experiences they've never been in let's not act like they're the ones going through the story and making the actions because that's just a level of ignorance that reaches, the movie, Idiocracy levels.
Also it's clearly an actual problem more than Justin believes as South Park wouldn't have been so successful when making an entire episode series about people being detrimentally into murder corn (replacing the c with a p) lol The irony he's pointing out is common and nothing wrong with pointing it out, Well it's not a problem until someone can't not discern the difference between an opinion and agree with and being personally attack.
can't help but be surprised on morgan's take for the first story. justin being weirdly defensive and making assumptions like he's being personally attacked by the mom lol
She has acknowledged that she struggles to go against anyone she has on. She is trying to work on it and has done better with most other people these days. I think it is harder for her when it is Justin. He also isn’t usually like this so I think he might just be dealing with some personal issues of some kind that are coloring his takes this day. He is a great co-host on Father Knows Something and has been on previous episodes of THT, so he is not behaving as he typically does.
I am so thrown by Justin's take (and Morgan's agreement) to the first story about the kid. Rabies is LITERALLY 100% fatal if untreated before symptoms appear. Children can die quickly from dehydration from food poisoning and unfiltered water. Both of those have been proven present at this location as mom as well as the MIL have been affected by both. Justin keeps saying "they have to swoop at you" - this is ignoring why bats inside is such an issue. Who's to say they didn't touch you while you're sleeping?? Mom is not just making up weird potential problems, she's bringing up issues PROVEN to be there. Dad already has a history of putting off seeking medical attention. Again, once rabies symptoms appear, you WILL die, it's fatal at that point . Couple that with geographic issues getting to that medical care, and this kid is in BIG danger there. And we have no idea if Dad is good with understanding exactly how much work it takes to keep tabs on his toddler. That's aside from all the actual proven problems, which are enough of a reason to put this off. This was a weird take.
I know more women who enjoy horror movies than men!!! Most lesbians and gay men love horror movies. I'm like the one queer person who I know that doesn't.
"That should be in the initial writing" she described getting violently ill there and being exposed to rabies. Thats a safety concern in the initial writing

Right omg I was pissed how he minimized the mom in story 1's many visits to the cabin that ended horribly as "one bad experience" She listed them all out and he is like letme compare it to my one issue at the farm and tell Morgan how lucky she is that I continue to go back to the farm with her... like what???
same...Justin's red flags were flying left and right on this one. The water chugging felt disrespectful to Morgan, I can't quite articulate it but bad bad vibes @@jdub6521
She was for sure trying to redirect his energy. You could almost feel how awkward the filming was. Justin made this whole episode uncomfortable. I had to force myself to not flight, he was irritating me so bad 😮💨
Story 3: he didn’t take a bite out of just the C. He ate the com in communication. Signing up for tinder behind her back? Morgan was right. He was already cheating. Horrible people sometimes.
He's always diminishing scummy behaviors from men 🙄. It's like a denial of how much men can act badly. Like, he, of couuurse, completely passes over his whole Andrew Tate discourse at the beginning.
Story 1: you guys did NOT listen to her experiences at ALL. If it’s not safe for the adults, like say they may get rabies, it’s not safe for kids. YET anyways. Like they can just fix it up and wait until it’s safe bc she’s obviously had health issues that come from this place. How is this not valid?!
I listened and I agree with their takes wholeheartedly. OP is ridiculously dramatic. Bring your own water? Just like camping. Same solutions. It's just camping that you are describing 🤣🤣🤣 Do you know what boondocking is? It's legal in every national park in the US. Hundreds of thousands of people do it with their kids all year long and have an amazing time. Justin was right. The kid needs to be exposed to nature. It's a part of us.
@@m.m.440Even if they didn't bring their own water, as most people do when camping or backpacking, they can makeshift a filter. The dad GREW UP at this cabin. He made it to adulthood. The wife is dramatic and very controlling. Their marriage likely will not survive, and it won't be the husband's fault lol.
Justin’s take in the first story was insane. He made it seem like the mom is hindering a father/son bonding moment when in actuality she was trying to keep her son safe. There’s bats with RABIES in the damn cabin. Do you know the fatality rate that disease carries and the aftercare you have to endure if your exposed or bit by an infected animal. Where are the priorities?!?
And also how is going to a remote cabin gonna bond you with a toddler? If it was a teen I might understand the take, they can hang out together alone in a nice way. But you’ll bond just as much with a toddler at home as the cabin, maybe even more
I think the word threat is appropriate. From how she described the cabin, including needing to get vaccinated for rabies which is a huge deal, and that it’s in a different country. You can’t just take your child to a different country without the other parents permission.
Speaking as someone who had to get vaccinated after a bat exposure.... heck no! I love camping, I've gone through caves with bats, I do lots of outdoor stuff. No way would I be taking a literal child to a cabin known to have bats living in it, especially not one so secluded. My rabies vaccination is one of my earliest memories, and a glimpse of the bats swooping over my head while I cried in bed.
I agree that the mom is spot on with using the word threat. If you really think about it what is the dad going to do with a two year old in the middle of nowhere? It’s not like they could do normal camping shit like hiking or fishing because the child isn’t old enough or physically able to do those things. What other reason is there to take his kid with him except to scare/threaten the mom by bringing their child into a situation that he knows she feels is unsafe? That sounds like a threat to me.
100% agree with all 3 comments! Maybe this is me over analyzing but idk if they are tired or trying to get a reaction from us(the viewers) but I just expected them to have very different takes. Understandable if they are tired from reno or trying to get reaction with reddit stories popping off
When I tell you my jaw DROPPED when I heard their take on this one!! This whole episode honesty, I *usually* agree with every take they have. Everything was way off this time, but the first story’s take was WAY OFF. As a mom, I’m not letting ANYONE take my kids to a place where I feel is unsafe, that mom was totally right to feel that way!! I’m just blown away about it. I’d like to think maybe it’s because they aren’t parents yet, but I feel like this is common sense. Disappointing for sure.
This! I have to get rabies shots along with tetanus toxoid because I was bit by a dog and in the Philippines we take every precaution especially with rabies even if you were bit by your own dog. IT IS NOT A JOKE!!! I had to go in multiple times and it is a bit painful since they need to inject it subcutaneous. Your skin would literally have a blister looking (but thicker) blob on your shoulder for a good hour. I would not want a kid to go through that. Even tho while I was at the animal bite center a toddler was in the waiting area with me with bite marks on the face.😢
For real. I hated almost all of the opinions. Too much disregards over the thought process of the OPs. 'Well then they shouldnt have done this, what kind of outcome do they expect?" Is just plain bad.
Yeasss! I thought it was just me. Glad I read this comment. I’m a newer listener and this is an old episode. I hope he redeems himself🙄 doubtful though lolll
Story 1: Damn, can’t believe not wanting to get treated for rabies a 2nd time and drinking unfiltered water from a lake is ‘prissy’ 😂 It’s like they didn’t listen to the mom’s experiences at all. Sounds like dad hasn’t made the cabin safe despite the consistent issues and dangers mom pointed out. Little shocked that Morgan and Justin are so insensitive to the fact that MULTIPLE people were exposed to rabies at this cabin.
Morgan probably thinks she understands rabies just from being raised on a farm. That is pure conjecture on my part though. But many people really don’t understand how dangerous rabies is, and water parasites too. Either of them if not treated swiftly will kill you.
Okay but she didn’t need to drink the damn lake water. Common sense is to bring a filter or your own water 🙃 I think she fabricated this a bit to help her case.
This is actually sad and Infuriating to watch. Morgan was right in story one and let Justin mansplain some absolute bullshit about fathers rights to her until she agreed it was almost ready to call it okay? I’m so glad she kept sticking up for that mother. Watching a man try to tell a woman about how off a mothers feelings are was actually so uncomfortable. he literally wanted to take a baby to a rabies infested cabin against his wife’s will and with no consideration for her comfort with hers sons safety. A two year old cannot say he was bitten by a bat. A two year old cannot form fucking sentences. If he was exposed he’d fucking die. Justin actually has been on some kind of personality decline recently, he really seems to be getting a horrible ego and I’m starting to dislike the way he talks over her in these. Her language was absolutely fucking valid. He is disregarding her feelings in something as serious as their childs safety. This man does have consent issues, she has every right to use that word. Consent isn’t just about sexual assault and for as long as men think that consent starts and ends in the bedroom they will continue to justify their mistreatment of women’s and childrens consent in every other place. This is just sad. I used to love Justin, I just don’t know what Andrew tatecore bullshit he’s been on lately
Couldn’t agree more. Justin’s views on things have slowly been declining. Even the way he talks over and gaslights Morgan constantly and she can’t see it. It breaks my heart. I find it sooooo hard to listen to his episodes these days. I cringe every time he has an opinion as he is soooo sheltered and clearly just doesn’t get it!
Agree with all of this! He was so condescending with her! And wtf with calling that mother prissy?! Women are actually wired to become more anxious after a child is born because that’s how they keep babies alive. (You know by not letting the baby’s dad needlessly expose the baby to rabies and other stupid nonsense.) Medical fucking fact! To make out that she was prissy and unreasonable based on the language she used while siding with the father and suggesting that she was making up that the father was threatening to take the baby without permission?! As if no father in the world has ever threatened his partner or child or exposed them to harm?! Talk about gaslighting!
Yeah I thought it was really weird how much he was arguing with her over that story, I thought it was pretty cut and dry. I didn’t look at the comments at first, thought I was crazy, felt like he kept playing devils advocate to the EXTREMElol. I lowkey think they may have had a fight or disagreement before this and it carried on into the podcast. It just gave me major “I’m mad at you, so I’m gonna deny and disagree with everything you say” energy lol, but I could be totally wrong as well. 😅
Honestly I don't think he's at Andrew Tate level, but I agree with you that the way he was talking over her & saying weirdly condescending stuff was bullshit. Every time he had his "hot take" she literally seemed kind of thrown off by it & tried to save the moment by agreeing with him or re-routing the conversation
Story 5...it was the daughter's mother's house. And oh well, she has to find a new place. But the husband was wrong for not explaining this to her 10 years earlier when they first got married.
OP got free housing for 10 years! With inheritances, I think we should to abide by the decease's preferences. Can't imagine the late wife wants HER house to go to the new wife rather than her daughter.
Yeah exactly I was a little confused on why she was so oblivious as to why she won’t get the house, she should be so blessed she’s getting left with a bunch of his money
Story 1: rabies shots are $20,000 without insurance and it’s a series of multiple shots all at the same time. I had one after being bit by a rat. My three year old would not be going.
Nooooooo tf they’re not 😭😭😭 this has to be false ommffggggg. And I’m sure only in America right?? I fcking HATE this country, especially the healthcare system.
@@everleighxoxox I got charged more than that initially. I ended up getting a “Grant” from the drug manufacturer themselves and only got left with about $4k on my credit.
Yes they are that much! I got them when I was 15 or 16 here in New York. Luckily had insurance which covered it all (they still sent the bill to my parents and my parents put it through to their insurance). But it was INSANE! My parents kept the paperwork all these years just to show people that it was literally like 20K
What the hell? They're like 100 dollars here in Japan. I know that only because my friend has got one a few years back 😅 that's just horrendous that y'all have to pay so much for something so lifesaving 😭
I have to disagree with you guys’ take on the first story. The mom is completely valid and looking out for the safety of her child. Being exposed to rabies and bat poop is not worth it at all for a trip the kid won’t even remember. The dad would be putting the child in danger.
I know we’re talking about Justin bad takes in the stores but can we talk about their “first date” and how he lied and tricked her into it thinking he just wanted to be friends. And he did it cause she was responding to him. Weird and creepy behavior. Starting a relationship on a lie is never good. Also randomly touching her leg. Also when telling to story he sounds so condescending.
I can’t believe this is one of the only comments I’m seeing addressing this. Every single woman knows how it feels to think you have a genuine friendship with a man, only to find out he was stringing you along and baiting you with kindness secretly hoping you would fall in love with him for being a “nice guy.” It hurts. It makes you feel duped. It’s betrayal. And maybe in this case it all conveniently worked out, but that doesn’t make what he did ethical. It’s manipulative at best. I also did not appreciate Justin implying that Morgan should be grateful for him “staying” when she turned him down. I’m pretty sure unrequited love isn’t the same as commitment…
Yes I was feeling a little bad cause I personally didn’t think Justin’s takes was that crazy anymore then they usually are really honestly and I would consider myself to be far from misogynistic. Him talking about there “first Date” though how he lied saying he just wanted to be friends so she would go out with him gave me major ick and red flag vibes for sure. Sounded very controlling like “see I knew I was the man for you you just had to realize it and look at us now I was right” I’m sure there relationship is fine no relationship is perfect and doesn’t have its flaws but that def would make me look at my partner different if they felt they had to trick me into going out with them.
Morgan, kiddos cant consent which is why we the main caretaker advocate for them. If i know a particular activity distresses my child I wont put him into a situation where he will experience it unnecessarily.
That comment didn’t sit right with me I could go as far as to say they shouldn’t pick stories with children since they don’t have experience being caretakers.
@@melinamartinez3170 sometimes the perspective of someone who doesn't have kids is a good and fresh take but i totally agree they were way out of line in the first story.
@@melinamartinez3170 that's how I feel too I feel like most of the time they're pretty good about acknowledging that they are not parents, but they sure had a lot to say about a mother's choices regarding her two year old child.
Story 1: that is such a dad thing to do and Justin, that is such a DAD answer! Absolutely not! This sounds very scary and dangerous. The mom had to get rabies shots after her last trip!! Something awful could happen to the baby and they’re out in the middle of nowhere!!
That's my thoughts, if OP was exposed to rabbies, then it's not just a case of her not being indoorsy or 'prissy' - which btw I hate that word, idk it feels quite judgemental - it's a case of the cabin not being safe for someone with a vulnerable immune system, like a toddler. This should probably be a thing of 'no kids under X years old at the cabin', and getting it renovated, maybe even inspected to make sure that the plumbing and electricity are up to date with regulations and safety measure. It sounds like that cabin is quite old, so who knows when the electric, gas and water were last checked by a professional? It would also be a good time to get some stuff worked on there, like making sure there is always, at all times a full first aid kit, a satellite phone - since it's a remote cabin, phone service might not be super reliable, which is fine until you need a good connection in case of an emergency', check the place for animals, mites etc. Set a budget and make the place more welcoming and safe. That should take at least a couple of years, and by then, kiddo will be 6-7, and will be old enough to do more activities, and actual remember the trip
Yeah absolutely not. I think he forgot about all of her other bad experiences and was focusing just on the one with the bats. Even just that and I would be on her side. My son is 10 and is deathly afraid of wasps and bees (he’s never been stung but he’s scared he might be allergic. His friend had an allergic reaction while they were at PE and it scared him) so I would have definitely put my foot down if this was my situation. I also had to remind myself that they don’t have kids so it’s harder to put themselves in her position.
I am guy and i found his take on this so wrong. Maybe he does not know about kids. They are so fragile lol. If she lets the kid go she will regret if when the kid passes away.
The consent comment is strange but also. He is TWO. TWO years old. He was one less than a year ago. Being 4 or 5 is different. Why can’t he go there himself once a summer and do repairs and make it child friendly? Not wanting your 2 year old exposed to bat shit is valid to me lol
My family went all over Mexico when I was little. My favorite memory is at a mountain when I was 2. HOWEVER we were never too far from civilization and when I was old enough to speak well I told my mom "Let's go on that one! It's so tall!" But she said "That one has too many bats. Only people who work there climb it and they have problems breathing because of the bat poop." So we were very adventurous before I could even walk but safety still always came first. She took me everywhere she could but only after verifying it was safe and could recognize what was off limits by sight.
@@joyfulinhope1210 Rabies is not a standard vaccine in the U.S. unfortunately for humans. It’s standard for pets. Only those of us that work with wildlife, in vetmed, and with non-domesticated species are given the vaccine for free under our work contracts. People can opt for it, and they should, if they feel they have a lot of contact with bats, raccoons, and particularly stray dogs. But it’s a minimum of $1000 for the combined two doses. It is more common to get the 5-dose inoculation if one feels they have been exposed after the fact.
@@katrinascarlet5637 it is important to minimize contact with bats but actually the #1 cause of rabies transmission in humans is stray and unvaccinated dogs! Just an important bit of info that I feel like not many people know. For some reason bats get the reputation. When it is actually quite rare for one to transmit to a human unless they’re in frequent contact with many, many bats (usually cavers and wildlife rescues) It is still without question you should go to the hospital immediately if you feel you’ve had contact.
No seriously!! I was like are they seriously comparing a 2 1/2 year old to a 4 year old?? They are completely different milestone and brain development wise!
Lowkey can't believe Justin was somewhat making excuses for the guy in story 3...Like I know Justin doesn't like revenge stories so fair, but to even make an excuse like he tried to take a "little bite of the seed" of communication is WILD....he literally didn't say anything to her until after he was basically cheating on her, why is Justin giving him any benefit of the doubt lol
“A mouse bite of the C” like the C at the beginning of Communication. He was saying that there was almost no communication and the guy was already cheating.
I usually love this show, Morgan typically agrees with her guests and only ever stands her ground with Alejandra and Lauren and usually Justin except this episode MAJOR ICK . Something is going on between them and it shows .. they never usually address the comments so dont expect any acknowledgement from them
I'm sorry but Justin is wrong on the first story. The husband clearly isn't taking NECESSARY safety precautions. There's bats INSIDE causing the threat of rabies, which we know hasn't been addressed since his mom had to get rabies shots recently . He had him and his wife drink UNFILTERED LAKE WATER instead of bringing a filter or boiling the water and she got sick bc of it. This COULD be a great experience for the kid if the husband took steps to make sure it was safe, but he isn't . All of the context is in the initial post, y'all just brushed over it. I grew up fishing, camping, hunting, etc. She isn't being prissy by not wanting to get rabies or drink unfiltered, nasty lake water. 🤷♀️
They literally give the husband credit where literally there’s proof that he doesn’t take the precautions. I’m so disappointed in both of them for just blaming the mom when there’s evidence she was in danger many times and the fact she didn’t want her child to go through that means she’s a mom! Not overprotective
@@yefriarelithey're allowed to have different opinions than you. People grow up with no hot water all the time lol That's literally how everyone in Mexico grows up and we're all fine.
Right. She was changing her opinion to match his, for most of the episode. And whenever she didn’t, he would say “ok, let’s move along”. If she didn’t switch to his side, he didn’t wanna discuss it. Morgan is usually very strong in her opinions. When Alejandra presents a differing opinion, Morgan stays her ground. The vibe was just weird on this one.
I genuinely hope Morgan and the other production members of HTH listen to everyone’s comments and reflect on them, because this episode really seemed to strike a nerve with the audience for multiple reasons. As I was listening, I couldn’t help but notice how much of Justin’s views on relationship dynamics has been influenced by Jerry, in particular it seems his problematic “all bets are off until marriage” mindset. I felt this when he was dismissive of the blatant cheating, sexism and mistreatment from the boyfriend who suggested an open relationship. I found most of his opinions about the stories to be like this, but also his comments about Morgan’s behavior in the beginning of their own relationship. It’s as if he doesn’t trust her loyalty even to this day, by bringing up her not being ready to be official boyfriend/girlfriend, bringing up her saying someone else’s name in bed (while intoxicated, if i remember correctly) and still having a friends with benefits situation happening. It FELT like he is still upset that she wasn’t as obsessed with him as he was right from the start, and it still strikes insecurities in him. It didn’t resonate with his usual loving and praising attitude towards her, and made me quite uncomfortable.
I noticed the same. Was definitely struck by his many references to Jerry. I don’t watch the other podcast but now I’m curious what all goes on there. Is his comments here about it are any indication it doesn’t bode well. Morgan seemed to be fawning the whole episode.
Thank you for saying this! I came to the comments to say: Morgan, please don’t feel like you were in the wrong for not immediately wanting to be exclusive with someone when you weren’t ready for a relationship and didn’t want one. Totally not okay for you to be shamed the way you were in this episode today. This is not me being unsupportive of y’all’s relationship, we all have our off days, but wanted to voice that I think you deserve an apology because that is not the kind of behaviour I’d think either of you would be proud of. I hope you can work together and that those harmful ideas can be eliminated so you can both feel accepted as you are without shame involved ❤
They said it like it was cute but saying you just want to be friends so a girl will go to a movie with you, after having ignored you, and then grabbing her thigh just feels so gross
A big story in my family is how my dad had to sign off on my mom's tubaligation. This was around 1980. My aunt got upset with my dad and said he needed to get a vasectomy instead of my mom getting a tubal. He told her my mom could "kick off" in the next few years and if he remarries his next wife might want children. He said my aunt got visibly upset and called him names. He laughed till the day he died over that.
i’m having a really hard time getting through this episode. particularly the first story and justin aggressively defending a cheater. i don’t think i can listen anymore if he’s on tbh
I didnt finish watching this video because of how it all started with him drinking water and not responding to morgan and then his take on first story ughh
Respectfully, ya’ll gave me MAJOR ick with story 1. To the point where I’m having a hard time even wanting to finish listening to this episode, truthfully I never have that issue even if I don’t agree with a take.
I agree I'm pretty disappointed. I didn't know they were that immature. If they can't understand why a baby/young toddler shouldn't be forcefully separated from their mother...I don't know how much I trust anything else they say.
Same!! I’m physically cringing throughout this entire episode because Justin is just really getting under my skin and Morgan is just changing her takes to match his :(
It was hard to get through story one with Justin‘s and Morgan‘s take on it, but it feels real ironic after hearing Justin‘s talking point in story two 27:25 “It’s weird how some people get so bent out of shape, and so focused on one thing and it has to happen. They want it no matter what, and they don’t even care what their partner thinks. And it’s just they’re so locked in. Nope this needs to happen. We have to do this and there’s no way to get through to them. Like that’s not what I want in a partner. I don’t want that. I don’t want someone that just bulldozes their way so far forward. You can’t pull them back and they’ll never listen to your side. That’s just communication breakdown 101.” This approximate quote from Justin can easily apply to the OP’s partner from the first story but due to maybe a bias on Justin’s part he misses how bull headed OP’s partner is and rationalizes with barely related personal experiences and ignores OP’s concerns until the comment response.
Yeah he thinks he’s so “intelligent” and “woke” and “progressive” but he reeaaallllyyy isn’t. Most people aren’t consistent with their beliefs. They base their beliefs on what’s socially acceptable, not based on any sort of legitimate principle. So many double standards, so much hypocrisy. Can’t stand it.
You worded it soooo perfectly! 👏👏👏👏 I really liked Justin because he seemed like a really good guy, emotionally intelligent and understanding. But his take on the first story couldn't have been more disappointing. Completely dismissive of OP and both of them made her seem like she was overreacting. Like she had no validity in her concerns? They wouldn't have stayed in those conditions though themselves. It was such a huge let down.
It almost seemed like he got annoyed at Morgan for telling him he shouldn't drink water so fast and joking about him being thirsty that it just set him off and he didn't bother listening to the first story at all. Makes zero sense, I've never had such a visceral reaction to him in any episode
Calling the mom “prissy” and dramatic for not wanting to expose her small child to bats, non potable water, no electricity and no medical care for miles. Those all seem like valid concerns to me.
Justin making comments about a 2 year old being afraid of flys when Morgan just told everyone on Patreon that he’s deathly afraid of ticks and won’t walk in high grass because of it 😬🤣 The vibes were weird this episode ngl
@@desireebetts2332 oh definitely valid but so is a 2 year old who is scared of flies lol 🤣😭 I’m just always amused by small ironic moments like that, especially cause I’m imagining he doesn’t know she literally just told that anecdote on the last patreon ep lol
@@theopelecanos7690 yep because no diseases have ever been spread by mosquitoes… oh wait 🤦🏻♀️. I’m literally not even coming at him it’s just funny and ironic that he’d say that about a literal 2 year old afraid of flies when in the Patreon episode released right before this Morgan told us his tick thing.
Right? Like it feels like he must be so bad with kids to not understand at all what a 2 year old is like. Also when people have memories of going camping when they were "really little" that is gonna be when they were maybe 4-7 years old not 2, like wth 🤨
Story 5: OP should have zero expectancy of getting her husbands late wife’s family home. This is NOT her marital home. This is his late wife’s family home to be passed to the late wife’s daughter. It seems deluded to me that she even expected it to begin with.
She sounds like a whiny little b*tch. her husband can still live another 20+ yrs, now that she knows the truth, she needs to start preparing for her future. Go find a job, especially if you do nothing at home. That home should go to the daughter hands down. My sister gave up working to raise her kids, she stopped working for 12yrs. She started back in 2019, it wasn’t easy but it’s definitely doable. It’s almost as if this woman married this man in hopes being set up for life and now she’s realizing that’s not the case
Story# 2 is giving MASSIVE 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩dude is already saying hes gonna fight for the house, he is getting ready to divorce. I wouldn't be suprised if hes cheating. He is getting all his ducks in a row to swip her house from under her. Why would the bank offer to apprais a house FOR FREE that he doesn't even own. This girl needs to lawyer up and quick.
He was already shady. And then when OP said HE SAID he'd fight for half the house, WTF right there. How is she still trusting him?? I hope they just got divorced. I wouldn't even care if she wants to be this stupid but she's not considering her daughter enough, either, even tho that is a concern of hers she mentioned.
Story 1 - why would she need to specify that if it wasn't a dirty, bat & amoeba infested place she would be more willing to spend time there? She literally had to get RABIES treatment, that's not a good time. A house in my area was just condemned because bats live in the walls, they are a serious health threat. Wait until renovations are done or the kid is old enough to clearly communicate and follow directions, at least where it comes to safety. Story 2 - put the house into a trust for your daughter now & make sure you have a will if you don't already. If you have kids, even if they're babies, please have a will & at least enough life insurance to cover final arrangements (or make them yourself if you're financially able to).
I never finished this video and literally cannot because of Justin’s aggression toward Morgan and misogyny in general , but keep coming back days later to check the comments. Im so glad so many others felt just as off put and actually physically affected by his behavior as I did. Genuinely worried for Morgan. Justin is clearly … going through some opinion changes about women. Hope he gets away from jerry soon. Maybe spending so much time with a 70 year old man who’s never been married and who has some pretty goddamn terrible opinions about women and relationships, isn’t actually good for a young man who previously was pretty respectful and seemed to genuinely love her. Maybe moving in together isn’t a great idea while this is his current attitude. Just a long time viewers opinion though.
I had an ex boyfriend who hung out with his grandfather who had such a disdain for women that it literally, to his own admission, fucked with his view of women and our relationship. Which obvi ended.
Agree. I hope Morgan doesn't deflect criticism by calling it hate and saying she's going through a bad time (valid things, but not excuses). And I rarely watch Jerry episodes because his takes are awful.
@@morganator1 personally, i don’t like the whole “all bets are off until marriage” thing - you shouldn’t have to be married to treat your partner with respect/kindness
Story 1: She had to be treated for rabies when they last went. The kid should not be there until that, at a minimum, is taken care of, but losing power and hot water with a child there is also kind of dangerous.
I was thinking the same, they are talking like she doesn't want her kid to go camping. Two adults had to receive rabies treatment and she got poisoned by the water. I love camping and I don't wanna get near that cabin
exactly! i get him really wanting to have these memories with his kid but he has to get the cabin sorted and made safer FIRST. The wife is absolutely right to be concerned about their child
@@redbunny22 The context was completely different. In this case she left and came back but expects him not to be a father to his son, yet wants him to parent her child?! That’s not just messed up but straight up evil. Sounds like she’s using his guilt against him to make him not be close with his kid. And the dad is an asshole for accepting it.
I think Lauren or Alejandra should’ve been in this episode instead. Justin has way too many L takes and is overly defensive (sorry justin, still love u!) I think he still needs some Covid recovery time lol
He doesn’t have enough information to form an opinion BUT formulated his own “information’ and all conclusions happened to say mom was being “dramatic”.
Right, that was so weird. "We don't have enough information or context...also, the mom is clearly being overdramatic after having only ONE bad time and she's unnecessarily using the word 'threatening' because clearly she and her husband have serious problems and she's clearly not even giving the dilapidated shack a fair chance!" Um. Okay.
I think all of them need a break, the girls too (to me) felt off, like they’re tired and burnt off, maybe the whole crew needs a little time off. Morgan seems more comfortable with new guests even (might be just me idk) than the usual crew.
the way justin took the side of the red piller was really not it in my eyes. would be a big red flag siding with the red pill mindset just because she chose his brother 🙄
Idk Justin and Morgan’s love story has always felt weird and the comment Justin made at the end that Morgan called him someone else’s name was the icing on the cake for me
Morgan actually mentioned that story before. It's been awhile in the first year episodes they have. It's when they are doing it and she mentioned a different guy's name. But she explained it that she was worried that guy would hear them because they are in the room next door. I'm not exactly sure which episode so I might be wrong?
AGREED - I used to feel bad for Justin because I feel like Morgan loves to talk about the “hot tall hockey players” she used to date. She loves to tell guests this as if to say “I know I’m with bobble head now, and he’s not very cute, but THIS is what I used to date” - very strange behavior. But after this insufferable episode I think I’d do the same 😂
It's weird how you can tell what influencers relationship dynamics are if you watch them long enough. They are definitely having off-screen problems and if the audience can see it now then it's only a matter of time until something breaks.
It is very interesting and obvi we don’t rly know what’s going on and it’s none of our business. But personally I’ve been on high alert since the episode where Morgan mentioned that she had told Justin that he needed to propose or they needed to break things off. I HOPE I am remembering that correctly and I’m not spreading lies lol. Someone please tell me if you remember this.
I'm a child-free woman by choice. ABSOLUTELY NO. At two, that cabin is way too dangerous. You don't need to be parents to recognize that the mother's concerns are valid. Bats?!? Already rabies-shot incident in the past? No, just no. Story 3. LOVE THE PETTINESS. LOVE IT.
Story Three: I won't argue if the woman was right or wrong. But I find it telling that Justin was a lot harder on her than the boyfriend. It wasn't that he was "not the nicest guy", he cheated and tried to gaslight his girlfriend.
I hated that. He literally said "yea she's the A$$hole, he isn't the greatest guy" even changed tones on his voice for each line. Hers was harsher, more direct. His was lighter. He seemed to minimize it. Put all or most blame on her just because she didn't walk away instead.
I thought it was the perfect revenge. He was a huge douchebag trying to take advantage of her. He was already cheating and thought she would remain faithful because she’s wired differently.
Justin is who he is and I've always recognized we don't share the same values, but jeez I really don't like who Morgan becomes when it's just the two of them on the podcast.
I always find the main cast that comes on the podcast to have, in my opinion, more shit opinions than good ones. But like you said that’s a difference in values. I love seeing how many people are recognizing how weird this episode was compared to past ones, rather than ignoring it.
@@husky8204 i really like ale and lauren because they sometimes understand they are in the wrong but i think i have to stop watching eps where it's only morgan and justin because it feels like morgan is always walking on eggshels around him
Story 5 and I’m at the point where I’m thinking “when did Justin become a misogynist?”. How the hell is this story a miss communication? When the hell did Morgan’s backbone go? This episode is infuriating. What’s going on?
Yesss agree I just got to story 5 trying to give the whole episode a chance but I’m gonna have to click off now :( it’s like he’s somehow regressed in terms of any sort of nuanced understanding of the patriarchy and internalized misogyny. Super disappointed - I feel for Morgan, and I hope he reflects and sees that the commenters are concerned about him
I was thinking the same thing because he would jump to conclusions with the women’s behavior but play devils advocate for the men. Not to mention how he labeled a legitimately worried mother as “controlling.” Ugh 🙄
I think the first story is another instance of a man willing to put his family in danger for his own entertainment. She has clearly been there multiple times and had multiple bad experiences. This was not some prissy over protective mother. She has legit concerns and her husband sounds awful.
My fiance would die to keep me out of danger. I told him my ex was scaring me and he did everything he could to put a stop to it. If me and his mother had to have rabies shots going to a place. We wouldn't be allowed there at all. He'd want to protect us from it. This dudes head isn't on straight Mom is 100% right.
And the nerve of this man to drag his family there EVERY YEAR. Like, if you're going to make your family go to your cHiLdHoOd cAbiN every single g-d year, can you at least fix it up and make it comfortable?! And does he also prioritize taking his wife on vacations that she would enjoy (like to places with nice hotels and clean, hot water)? Or do they just have to go to this infernal bat-infested shack every year? Absolutely ridiculous.
Justin kind of pissed me off with his response to the first story honestly. Typical man to say that this mom is just being dramatic when she’s literally worried about her son’s safety.
Yep. If that were me, even if it wasn’t a safety issue, he’s still a toddler going out of the country without his mother for a week. I promise you with most toddlers, this would not go well and they would be wanting mom the entire time
The first story got me confused cause I’m genuinely wondering if Morgan and Justin would personally subject themselves to staying in that cabin for 5+ days… at the end of the day, I don’t know why anyone would want to subject their infant child to this kind of environment, even if the caretaker is “capable.” Also, this is just another instance of where Morgan and Justin are disregarding the wife’s boundaries, like in the stripper/infidelity story. Not only is the wife setting up a boundary for herself but also for her kid who she has equal responsibility with her husband. Parenthood is a team effort, you don’t make decisions without agreeing as a team.
I'm normally a Spotify listener, but I had to run here to say how WRONG Justin is about the open relationship story. (I haven't finished the whole thing just instant reaction rn) but I wanted to say. The guy ALREADY HAD A TINDER meaning even if she wasn't cool with the open relationship he would've cheated. Her going to the brother is the PERFECT reaction especially with him saying she wouldn't go to anyone else because she's just "too sweet". He is 1000% more of an asshole than her. She reacted to the situation, not the asshole. Come on Justin
I didn't really mind too much that he didn't agree with what she did, but he seemed a lot harder on her than the guy who cheated. And yes. If there was a Tinder, I call cheating.
She was definitely the asshole, she took advantage of a kid just for a petty revenge. Playing with the feelings of an uninvolved party, just for revenge, is messed up.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I don’t comment ever since I’m a Spotify listener but I needed to know I wasn’t the only one who thought Justin’s takes and comments this episode were not it.
@@3llzebub 19 is still pretty young. Just swap the genders. And she mentioned that he was uncomfortable about being a virgin and so on. That is her pov, it could very well be that he was just uncomfortable.
I think Justin missed the mark with the 1st and 3rd stories here. There are already a lot of comments about rabies, but nobody is seeming to mention that the brother also willingly participated in the 3rd story. What she did was very petty, but the younger brother still CHOSE to sleep with his own brother’s girlfriend, it takes two to tango 🤷🏼♀️
Nah, she zeroed in on a teenager, that's predatory. Justin's take on story 1 sucks, but I completely agree with him on story 3. If she wanted petty revenge, she could have slept with one of her ex's friends or maybe his dad, but she zeroed in on a teenager because he was easy pickings. If the genders were swapped we'd be horrified.
I’m glad I see some comments siding with mom in story 1. I was really surprised with Justin/Morgan response while listening in this morning 😅 Cottage doesn’t have reliable hot water & nests bats with rabies?? As a mother myself, I would be very hesitant as well… how would that be safe for anyone let alone a fragile child
Glad I glanced through the comments before fully getting into the episode. I paused it from Justin was so passionate about correcting the year their house was built. It was awkward. His energy was off from then and the comments proved it by how he discussed story 1.
Wow, a total miss by Justin on the first story 😅😅 She literally had to get multiple shots because she was exposed to bats. I wouldn’t let my child be possibly exposed to rabies. 😅 also the farm vs this shack situation is not equivalent at all.
Yeah I bet the farm has access to plenty of hot water, drinking water, reliable power, NO BATS in the living spaces, and is closer to a hospital than the cottage is.
I really hope Justin was being sarcastic. "Nice. Prepared." He had a secret Tinder and whole date planned! This was disgusting and the exact opposite of how ethical nonmonogamy should be. He's the evil one. And she's NTA. His behavior and words were fucking gross.
Is it possible Justin's REAL self showed up in this episode? And prior has been a facade? This pisdoe had me saying... "WTF" maybe y'all aren't "my people" after all
Story 1; Seriously Justin? How is it over protective to not want her sensitive toddler away to another country without her and to a messed up cabin? 🤨 She’s not dramatic, you’re just being ignorant on this.
Story 1. Mom is completely valid especially with a child under 3 and the bat problem. Not to mention not having hot water to properly bathe said child, not being able to get the child to a doctor in case of an emergency cause trust me as a mom to 2 under 2, toddlers will find something that seem safe and find a way to turn it unsafe. Not to mention there is NO CLEAN WATER, she had food poisoning cause the water comes straight from the lake. That can and absolutely would KILL a toddler which only further backs up the fact there are no nearby medical facilities. The dad needs to suck it up and wait till the child is old enough or fix up the cabin completely and make sure its up to date and baby proof it. The mom is well within reason for refusing and is not being overprotective at all.
The name of this show should be changed to "One hot take and Morgan agrees regardless of her own opinion". I had to move on from the first story because it was getting frustrating.
I think what's happened is that they've been bullied for having different opinions by viewers so it's just easier to sit back and act brainless sometimes
@@charleejo9386yeah I mean, you make a show about “hot takes” where they talk about complicated issues…they gotta accept that the audience is gonna respond
Yeah, and that typically isn’t her with anyone else. Alejandra frequently comes with differing opinions. Morgan always stands her ground. She kept changing her opinion to match Justin’s. And later, when she didn’t, Justin would be like “okay, let’s just move along”: you could tell it ticked him off when she didn’t change her opinion and agree with him.
lol. I've never liked Justin, so I'm living for the comment section on this episode. I think Morgan's takes would have been completely different if she was with one of the girls. She just kinda bent to whatever he was saying.
Their take comes from not having kids or being around other parents as much (besides their own or bro/sis). The not wanting to listen to them anymore bc of one take that disagrees with your own it’s too much 😅 people have different opinions
@@7riheart calling a woman "dramatic" over valid concerns is 100% misogynistic. Men are always trying to act like women are "hysterical" for having normal concerns and feelings. He is choosing this mans "fun" over the mother's feelings and safety of the child.
Story 1: Rabies is nearly always fatal in small children if not treated immediately. Odds are the toddler can’t tell you that a bat has bitten or scratched him. If exposed they would need a series of 4-5 painful shots over the course of several days/weeks to hopefully stop rabies from killing the child. The mother is 100% in the right. The father clearly doesn’t understand what it means to be a parent and clearly doesn’t have good a Risk vs Reward thought process. NTA
I got rabies shots at the animal center back in my home country. And before we were given shots we needed to attend animal control lecture about rabies. Girrrllll it's 100% fatal to ANYONE. Once rabies symptoms are observed you are done. You will die a painful and horrible death where your family see you lose your mind. Then the rabies virus becomes airborne. No one can even go near you on your last minutes before death. It's such a horrible virus 😢 I agree with you. The mom is 100% in the right. 2 yr olds don't have a sense of danger yet. They can't even tell someone if they got bit or scratched by a bat. Let alone encounter bat droppings. And toddlers put everythingggg in their mouth. I'm just horrified.
Im shocked about story one! Being in a room with bats is literally so dangerous. Bat bites can be so small that you don't see them and a two year old might not be able to explain if he thought he was exposed to bats. If you don't get rabies shots immediately rabies is always fatal. Once symptoms manifest you're already dead. As soon as she mentioned bats it was over for me. That child should never be there unless major changes happen.
I actually thought he seemed more comfortable being himself, casual and silly, in front of the camera, I was actually pretty happy to see him be this way…But only he knows just hope he’s good

He will think twice with the next girl at least. You just don't walk away and let them think, they were honest and fair, but it was just basically not your cup of tea. It is so easy to justify that kind of actions then. She did well. As far as she had some fun with the brother.
Story 3. DEFINITELY NOT THE ASSHOLE. I can't believe I actually disagree with justin him for once. In my opinion that dude needed this type of humbling. He was clearly a narcissist without a doubt and for him to truly believe that "oh I'll go fuck anything I want and she won't" is bullshit. I truly believe this guy would have cheated on her if she would have said no to the open relationship. Should she have just broken up with the dude? Sure. But I seriously think that she acted perfectly. That type of guy NEEDS this type of humbling moment. He clearly thought he was above any type of repercussions or not getting what he wants. I applaud her without a doubt, straight legend 🤣👌👏
I just have to comment on this lady’s pettiness. I love her! Imagine being this dude, thinking that you can go and fuck whoever and she’ll just go home and cook and clean for you. Then you find out that not only did she sleep with your brother just because she knew she could she also stole his virginity! Then she leaves you! I wanna give this woman a hi five
As a mom to a 2.5 year old, I would NEVER let my husband take our daughter for a week to a remote cabin that has so many issues. I don't think she is being dramatic at all. Even my husband KNOWS it would be a BAD idea for him to take her ANYWHERE for a week without me. He struggles on the weekends with me here because he is gone working all week. The dad is just butt hurt that his wife doesn't like it there and he isn't being practical. Plus it's in another country and it's obvious nobody is maintaining that property when they aren't there. Justin's initial reaction is probably my least favorite take of his in all the episodes.
Respectfully, Justin is WRONG on the credit card thing. I teach fraud prevention and credit card fraud by parents of minors is a HUGE issue.
I thought it’s technically okay to add them as an authorized user? To build their credit?
Just get the cottage/ cabin safe first, then bring a toddler.
how non chalant Morgan and Justin are about this story is really bothering me
@@succubitch1054it’s Morgan following Justin’s energy - bc I could tell she first was immediately going to side with the mother on this story, but when justin came out saying “oh the mom is dramatizing everything” she toned her opinion down. @@ase444i noticed this too, so frustrating because morgan was so right at first
I think Justin got hyper-fixated on the “negative” language of the mom without realizing that the shack is in fact a “negative” place.

Literally. This is one of the worst takes they’ve had. I don’t even want to finish the story or the episode at this point with them just ignoring everything she says.
I felt like Morgan should have pushed back but just ended up going with what Justin was saying
I agree so much with this. It’s valid concerns
I was so relieved to see in the comments I wasn’t the only one who thought the mom definitely had the right to be concerned. As a parent, it’s a safety issue.
same here, I was like huh??????
Exactly
I’m not a mom but I know taking a toddler to a place where the water isn’t safe and they can potentially be exposed to rabies isn’t a good idea.
Also bats aren’t puppies or kittens. 🥴
@@ciarapeabody8178yesss she totally just rode the wave of his bad take even though it was obvious she wasn’t going that direction if he didn’t

Or lack of safe water or warm water and the it being on a island with no hospital if God forbid that little boy got hurt ot drown
He was also sort of condescending and pointed in his tone when he spoke to her which was unusual and offputting!
Couldn’t agree more with what you said. I never comment either but Justin was being absolutely absurd and totally disregarding the mom’s very valid concerns and Morgan going alone with it was sad.
Totally agree! This might be one they should consider trashing. I couldn’t finish it I was so put off
agreed, I already noticed Morgan sometimes, well quite often actually, takes the opinion of the co host and goes with it, even if it directly contradicts something she stand for before or after. We have a saying for that in czech republic but i'm not sure how it will translate, but she basically leans where the wind blows at that moment
He's probably mad that she told the whole internet that she called him by another man's name during their first hook up.
Yeah, he seemed to immediately jump to calling the mom crazy. It was almost defensive and argumentative.
Oh my gosh, you seem so sweet! You're way too kind and respectful-I doubt you ever give off a hateful vibe
what i love about the first story is they just gloss over the fact that the cabin has no safe drinking water, intermittent electricity, is only accessible by boat if something did happen, and at least one person has had to get a rabies shot after being there, but apparently the word 'threatening' is the thing to be concerned about. amazing!
Exactly!!!!
Thank you! I’m sorry but no. I don’t think dad is thinking very clearly and mom is being pretty reasonable with her concerns. Sometimes some parents just don’t think a certain way because they have tunnel vision on something that is important to just them.
Let them have a baby and then revisit this story. LOL
That was the part that stuck in my mind the most.

What’s brutal about rabies is that once you start showing symptoms it’s basically a death sentence
It is 100% fatal upon symptoms! Only a few people have survived but it is not enough for us to classify it as anything other than fatal in totality.
And the symptoms are horrific.
@kshoo9491 but if they're all in the house, a toddler is a sitting duck.
It IS a death sentence.
And the child isn’t even old enough to remember the so called “fun” experience.
If they are okay with this thats literally abusive

I know more women who enjoy horror movies than men!!! Most lesbians and gay men love horror movies. I'm like the one queer person who I know that doesn't.
"That should be in the initial writing" she described getting violently ill there and being exposed to rabies. Thats a safety concern in the initial writing
Yeah they just completely glanced over her whole argument in the beginning. That’s the one thing that sucks about videos like these.
No seriously. It was a “did they even read this” moment 😭
@@Aidynohand they had a whole conversation about rabies so she can’t even use her usual excuse that they got too focused on one part of the story and forgot some of the other details
Right omg I was pissed how he minimized the mom in story 1's many visits to the cabin that ended horribly as "one bad experience" She listed them all out and he is like letme compare it to my one issue at the farm and tell Morgan how lucky she is that I continue to go back to the farm with her... like what???
justin's tone actually set off my fight or flight in this episode, i'm glad i'm not the only one who was alarmed.
Same..and the vibe while he was chugging water when she was trying to start the podcast irked me..
Ya seems like Morgan was trying to downplay it or redirect the energy. I've been getting this feeling for a few episodes he's been on.

She was for sure trying to redirect his energy. You could almost feel how awkward the filming was. Justin made this whole episode uncomfortable. I had to force myself to not flight, he was irritating me so bad 😮💨
Same I did not like this episode at all. His tone was yuck 😒.

Like they can just fix it up and wait until it’s safe bc she’s obviously had health issues that come from this place. How is this not valid?!
AND the water supply is unfiltered lake water… is there any measures in place for safe water, heat and sleeping arrangements?
I listened and I agree with their takes wholeheartedly. OP is ridiculously dramatic.
Bring your own water? Just like camping. Same solutions. It's just camping that you are describing 🤣🤣🤣
Do you know what boondocking is? It's legal in every national park in the US. Hundreds of thousands of people do it with their kids all year long and have an amazing time.
Justin was right. The kid needs to be exposed to nature. It's a part of us.
@@m.m.440Even if they didn't bring their own water, as most people do when camping or backpacking, they can makeshift a filter.
The dad GREW UP at this cabin. He made it to adulthood. The wife is dramatic and very controlling. Their marriage likely will not survive, and it won't be the husband's fault lol.
@@spaceinveda7408found someone else who didn't actually listen to the story
@@spaceinveda7408Okay what about the bat issue?
Are you guys okay? The vibe is so weird today.
I kept trying to push through and tell myself it was just bad takes or misunderstandings but he’s being super weird all the way to the end.

For real. I hated almost all of the opinions. Too much disregards over the thought process of the OPs. 'Well then they shouldnt have done this, what kind of outcome do they expect?" Is just plain bad.
I thought I was crazy for getting the ick from Justin this ep but it seems we are all in agreement
Yeasss! I thought it was just me. Glad I read this comment. I’m a newer listener and this is an old episode. I hope he redeems himself🙄 doubtful though lolll
Omgg yessss
Story 1: Damn, can’t believe not wanting to get treated for rabies a 2nd time and drinking unfiltered water from a lake is ‘prissy’ 😂
It’s like they didn’t listen to the mom’s experiences at all. Sounds like dad hasn’t made the cabin safe despite the consistent issues and dangers mom pointed out. Little shocked that Morgan and Justin are so insensitive to the fact that MULTIPLE people were exposed to rabies at this cabin.
literally
Morgan probably thinks she understands rabies just from being raised on a farm. That is pure conjecture on my part though. But many people really don’t understand how dangerous rabies is, and water parasites too. Either of them if not treated swiftly will kill you.
EXACTLYYYYYY.
My thoughts exactly!! If they were parents themselves then they would probably understand
Every time he had his "hot take" she literally seemed kind of thrown off by it & tried to save the moment by agreeing with him or re-routing the conversation
hard agree i don't think I'll watch anything with him anymore, this one was the last straw

Ok it's not just me. Cause leg touching is sooo red flag for me for a first date especially if I'm not even anticipating it was a date lol
Sounded very controlling like “see I knew I was the man for you you just had to realize it and look at us now I was right”
I’m sure there relationship is fine no relationship is perfect and doesn’t have its flaws but that def would make me look at my partner different if they felt they had to trick me into going out with them.
I am so grateful for the people in this little comment thread 🙏
Morgan, kiddos cant consent which is why we the main caretaker advocate for them. If i know a particular activity distresses my child I wont put him into a situation where he will experience it unnecessarily.
That comment didn’t sit right with me I could go as far as to say they shouldn’t pick stories with children since they don’t have experience being caretakers.
I agree, felt like they were unprepared to say the least. Especially with Justin saying not enough context right after 🤷

Hahahha yeah I had to remind myself that theyre ppl cause i was roasting justin hard for a second 😂
If she lets the kid go she will regret if when the kid passes away.
sounded like he put himself in the dad's shoes and took it personally lol
The consent comment is strange but also. He is TWO. TWO years old. He was one less than a year ago. Being 4 or 5 is different. Why can’t he go there himself once a summer and do repairs and make it child friendly? Not wanting your 2 year old exposed to bat shit is valid to me lol
Especially since rabies vaccines are given at birth. Why don’t they all just update their rabies vaccines?

Y’all’s take on the first story was terrible. I love this podcast but hearing the dismissal of the mothers legitimate concerns was just awful.
The moment OP said they were bit by a BAT?? And no hot water for 5 days?? Absolutely not. Idk how Justin thinks basic safety is overprotective
They literally give the husband credit where literally there’s proof that he doesn’t take the precautions.

It was hard to get through story one with Justin‘s and Morgan‘s take on it, but it feels real ironic after hearing Justin‘s talking point in story two 27:25
“It’s weird how some people get so bent out of shape, and so focused on one thing and it has to happen. That’s just communication breakdown 101.”
This approximate quote from Justin can easily apply to the OP’s partner from the first story but due to maybe a bias on Justin’s part he misses how bull headed OP’s partner is and rationalizes with barely related personal experiences and ignores OP’s concerns until the comment response.

I really liked Justin because he seemed like a really good guy, emotionally intelligent and understanding. But his take on the first story couldn't have been more disappointing. Completely dismissive of OP and both of them made her seem like she was overreacting. Like she had no validity in her concerns? They wouldn't have stayed in those conditions though themselves.
Not only that! Why does she assume that he's going to die before her? Anything can happen and she can possibly die before her. No one ever knows
Right. He’s preparing for a divorce it’s so obvious.
Why are Jerry's takes bad?
@@morganator1 personally, i don’t like the whole “all bets are off until marriage” thing - you shouldn’t have to be married to treat your partner with respect/kindness
Story 1: She had to be treated for rabies when they last went. The kid should not be there until that, at a minimum, is taken care of, but losing power and hot water with a child there is also kind of dangerous.
And what about the water supply being unfiltered lake water??? I got a parasite from lake water as a kid, was in and out of the hospital for months
Story 4: How does the kid remind her of the affair but the *person who had the affair* doesn't?!?
So true
I remember another story where they said "no one should ever have to except their partners afair baby"
That's why you never reconnect with cheaters. Divorce and move on
@@redbunny22 The context was completely different. In this case she left and came back but expects him not to be a father to his son, yet wants him to parent her child?! That’s not just messed up but straight up evil. Sounds like she’s using his guilt against him to make him not be close with his kid. And the dad is an asshole for accepting it.
Op is definitely the asshole. But the husband sucks too. He married Op again knowing his kid wasn’t allowed around. For six years? He is just as bad.
Literally!!!!!! Ughhhhhh
And didn't the OP mention the bats in the story? I know Justin said it was additional information but if I remember correctly the OP did mention it.
Okay.
Justin’s vibe was not it this episode. Please bring back Lauren and Alejandra for the next episodes!! 🥲
I second this. I love her !!
Yes!! I want another episode with both of them on it! They’re my favorites
I think all of them need a break, the girls too (to me) felt off, like they’re tired and burnt off, maybe the whole crew needs a little time off. Morgan seems more comfortable with new guests even (might be just me idk) than the usual crew.
I Can only watch those episodes
the way justin took the side of the red piller was really not it in my eyes. would be a big red flag siding with the red pill mindset just because she chose his brother 🙄
Idk Justin and Morgan’s love story has always felt weird and the comment Justin made at the end that Morgan called him someone else’s name was the icing on the cake for me
What about their love story is weird tho? I agree his energy was off in this ep
Yeah I’m very against what the OP did but the boyfriend was just as bad, to me it’s ESH and he was going way harder on the OP.
THISSS! I was irritated that they weren’t going in on the bf.
I was literally laughing at the story, and then they killed the vibes 😂💀
I’m having a hard time actually listening to it because I keep getting so irritated by this exact issue
Yesss agree
I just got to story 5 trying to give the whole episode a chance but I’m gonna have to click off now :( it’s like he’s somehow regressed in terms of any sort of nuanced understanding of the patriarchy and internalized misogyny. Super disappointed - I feel for Morgan, and I hope he reflects and sees that the commenters are concerned about him
@@annie6807 Try story 6, it gets even worse
i couldn’t even finish it
I was thinking the same thing because he would jump to conclusions with the women’s behavior but play devils advocate for the men.
I love you guys with my whole heart but some hiatus is needed asap at least for Justin
At least I understand now why Morgan mentioned couples therapy in episode with Alejandra 👁️👄👁️
I promise you with most toddlers, this would not go well and they would be wanting mom the entire time
I actually see his side of it… while there is a concern, the mom is communicating it in the total wrong way!
@@christyramosortiz yes I agree with that totally. But I also agree that the toddler shouldn’t go
Totally, I'm not even a mom and I wouldn't feel safe if I had a toddler going with my husband to another country in an unsafe cabin.
He's really boring, first time I watch him, i like the brunette girl ❤
The first story got me confused cause I’m genuinely wondering if Morgan and Justin would personally subject themselves to staying in that cabin for 5+ days… at the end of the day, I don’t know why anyone would want to subject their infant child to this kind of environment, even if the caretaker is “capable.”
Also, this is just another instance of where Morgan and Justin are disregarding the wife’s boundaries, like in the stripper/infidelity story. Not only is the wife setting up a boundary for herself but also for her kid who she has equal responsibility with her husband. Parenthood is a team effort, you don’t make decisions without agreeing as a team.
So glad I’m not the only one noticing Justin’s behavior… Morgan, are you okay love?
Justin is in a weird ass mood in this episode.
Hes annoying me
@@VioletclownsHis takes were hella questionable
yes! as if he doesn't want to be on the podcast
Right?!? He’s making himself seem very uneducated in this episode
@@Sun.daytravels yeah and morgan just lost her backbone the second he voiced his opinion. Annoying as hell
@stressedowl795 the brother was 19, not a kid. She didn't mess with his feelings, she was up front about what she wanted and he fully consented
@@3llzebub 19 is still pretty young. Just swap the genders. And she mentioned that he was uncomfortable about being a virgin and so on. That is her pov, it could very well be that he was just uncomfortable.
Maybe it’s just cuz I’m high but Justin had a tone change this week that scared me
Nah I continued listening it’s only getting worse. He’s really giving misogyny this week
No babe it's not because you're high 😭 it was SO hard to listen to
I think Justin missed the mark with the 1st and 3rd stories here. There are already a lot of comments about rabies, but nobody is seeming to mention that the brother also willingly participated in the 3rd story. What she did was very petty, but the younger brother still CHOSE to sleep with his own brother’s girlfriend, it takes two to tango 🤷🏼♀️
Yea but she asked if she was the asshole and yes yes she was.
@@artisseriechickendid they ever say he was a teenager?

Thank you!!! Mom is being protected.
He was definitely being sarcastic.
Yeah idk his thoughts on that story were odd 😬
He made it very clear later on that it was sarcasm
He was definitely being sarcastic lmao.
The whole last interaction between them was NOT about the stories. I hope they take the time to reconnect :(
Is it possible Justin's REAL self showed up in this episode? And prior has been a facade? This pisdoe had me saying... "WTF" maybe y'all aren't "my people" after all
I hope not 😭😭😭
i sure hope not. i am choosing to believe that he was just way off this episode
Maybe it's an off day?
I’m just going to say I’ve always gotten an odd feeling from him. But that’s just my opinion.
dawg how do you spell episode that bad
Anyone who is having issues with his episode…listen to story 6. It only gets worse 😅
Girl I was losing my mind. Hahahaha
It's weird that they're together. I don't get it. They fundamentally don't make sense
The name of this show should be changed to "One hot take and Morgan agrees regardless of her own opinion". I had to move on from the first story because it was getting frustrating.
I agree-- it doesn't seem like she ever disagrees with Justin. She'll disagree with her friends or dad, but not him. His take on story 1 was so bad

I literally can’t even finish watching the video because the take on story #1 was so incredibly rancid and misogynistic.
What does two parents disagreeing have anything to do with misogynism? Stop abusing words. Their take was not misogynistic.
@@7riheartthey’re talking about Morgan and Justin’s take not the parents.
Agreed, I never disliked a video uploaded by this channel but this one made me feel icky.
NTA
Girl it’s nearly always fatal in ANYONE! No joke at all for ANY person, but especially a child who can’t even make the choice for himself!
I usually feel so safe and happy listening to this podcast but Justin honestly made it feel hostile this episode:( I hope you’re okay Morgan ❤️
Justin’s vibe is really off this episode. He seems almost annoyed.
Ikr? I wonder what happened

I'm team girl-who-slept-with open-relation-boyfriend's-brother.
The guy was tinder-ing behind her back and this is basically giving him his own medicine.
