And well, a few months ago I was looking down at myself, thinking "I wish I was taller..." and then saw Crowley in my head, spraying water on me and yelling at my body to grow better and it made me laugh. Now, every time I feel bad about my height, I think of this :) It's stupid but it helps me.
For once a good display of how we all feel when we want to be Gardeners and be surrounded by beautiful plants we planted and grew ourselves only to end up failing because we didn't have enough knowledge about how to care for and grow plants.
It's not just knowledge, one needs more than that to succeed, at anything really. It takes a certain . . . ineffable . . . something. My mom was peerless when growing garden vegetables or herbs. But decorative flowers? They seemed to perish just to spite her!
Its already a proven scientific fact that plants grow better when they get that extra CO2 from being yelled at. It works better than speaking or whispering to them. :)

Though his Doctor performance still radiates the tenderness and delight I remember, there's now this undercurrent of . . . something darker, menacing, just beneath the surface. A hint of danger, I suppose is the best word. The feeling will fade in time, I'm sure. But it's another stunning example of his phenomenal acting skills!

I had a 20 gallon aquarium that was turned into an orchid terrarium. I bought 3 of the same orchids (bumblebee orchid) and they had the best little flowers. They never bloomed until I moved the aquarium near the stereo. They liked heavy metal and classical.
The genius part is he decides to do whatever terrible fate he has in store behind closed doors, allowing for the plants on imaginations to conjure up images far worse than the actual display might bring.
I dont know if anyone has said or thought of this before but Crowley tempted eve in eden, a garden of emense beauty perhaps the reason why he strives perfection in his plants is because he has quite frankly seen natrual perfection first hand and wishes to replicate to some degree?
