As a fnf fan i can 100% agree with you, like, i never hear fnf songs in public normaly, just remix that remove the vocals and make them part of instrumental, if you like things like that search the youtuber longestsoloever, he does alot of fnf remix in metal
I like these types of covers where its the a certain 'song' but in the soundfont of the origonal game the featured character is from or another game in the franchise the featured character is from (I think that's what a soundfont is, apologies if I'm wrong), I know of a Monochrome cover with the HGSS soundfont, a Too Slow cover with the origonal Sonic game's soundfont and now this cover.
The sound font definitely has potential but it doesn't really sound like a fight from B2W2 as is I would love to see a follow up to this down the line with that mindset though
