Hi, New sub here. This was so interesting to watch. Ive never seen a venting system before..Do people not hang washing outside? Im not being rude, just asking. Where Im from we have Dryers on the wall or floor but no venting. We open a window for ventilation. Stay Safe Im watching from Tasmania, an Island under Australia. 🖐🙏👍🤗

What up Australia!!!!! Yea, in the states, we use to put our dryers on an exterior wall however a few decades ago, we started putty "pretty" ahead of functionality! So we started putting the laundry area in the center of the home thus forcing us to figure out a way to vent the dryer... Hence the long vent ducts... Makes no sense! I really appreciate you watching AND for your thoughts!!! Unfortunately, for us in the US, many other nations have things WAYYYYYY better figured out!!!

Great video and just what I was looking for. I recently replaced my dryer and found that we have the flex hose hose in the crawlspace. The laundry room of our house is just like the one in this video. I am going to replace our vent with metal pipe like this. Your video in on point! Of course, I am sure you made it look much easier than what it really is. Thanks for the video!
