It is difficult to get a job no matter what! The only benefit of taking the California bar exam without an LLM is that you will save a lot of money and time. Finding a job will still be a challenge.
Umm I don’t know of anybody who is on a non-immigrant visa do it. However, you can start your practice and register it as an entity and have your own entity sponsor your H1B visa. Everything revolves around visa.
