I know you won't believe this, but my best friend in high school committed suicide in 1998. They played this song at his funeral and ever since I've thought of it only as his goodbye song. You did this better than the original, and the craziest part is, you released it on the 25th anniversary of his death 😭😭 thank you ❤

This drummer is one of the best in this genre. He let's the music sing and doesn't go hard but by his patterns and creativity, you know this guy throws down HARD when he wants to.

Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls easily falls into my top ten favorite songs of all time. Y’all made me fall even more in love with this song. I really love what y’all do during these covers. When you take some of the most emotional lyrics of the song and choose to scream them, it makes the song feel that much more powerful and full of intense emotion. It’s like you’re exclaiming, “Listen and hear me. I’m feeling so strongly for you”. Our Last Night, y’all bring amazing energy and raw emotions to every one of your songs and covers. You guys are absolutely amazing. All the feels and chills 💯

This song is a MASTER CLASS at how to do a cover properly!! The bridge adds so much because of how little you changed it. I wish more artists knew how to recognize when the original got it perfect, and leave it alone (or in this case a super small flourish of your own stylings).
