i love your cooking videos. unfortunately i dont have any chance to taste these delicacies in my country for now. i love how you guys are friendly when eating with the same plate. so genuine. keep up the good work!
She is a great cook and reminded me of the days i used grinding stone, food come out with its natural taste also the way the boys ate together dipping hand in only 2 bowls of soup shows so much love and reminds me of my childhood when we all eat together in one plate. Kudos to the journalist.
Chai this remained me of my mum....may her soul rest in peace, she use grinding stone for all her cooking and is very nice and delicious. nice work batta box
So nobody else thinks warri pikin is gorgeous? okay. Warri pikin u are gorgeous ooooo! Honestly BattaBox is such an amazing experience it feels like I'm experiencing it myself for real anytime I watch these shows. You guys definitely deserve more views. Editing is superb. Content is superb. Everything is just superb and I love that you guys show our culture. Thank you guys for all the work you have put in so far
I enjoy every piece of steps she made to make the soup, especially with hr organic way of grounding the pepper and oil with the use of grounding stone, kudos her. But next time she should limit and control the water limit in the soup. Thanks
Great video. She is a very good teacher. She should start her own video series. My only suggestion is to start with much less water, then add as needed so the soup is of the right thickness. Will keep on watching this channel, keep up the excellent work!!

She did a great job. I will try this method. Warri Pikin, I used to wonder how you felt when people you invite to eat take more bites than you. Now I know. LOL
The grinding stone set is called ‘Kpe and ‘ Kpevi by my people, the Ewes of Volta Region Ghana. The grinding stone set has been used in Africa for centuries. Historical evidence shows it being used by Ancient Egyptians to grind grain for bread.
Because she didn't fry the palm oil first so it didn't mix well with the soup. You have to fry the palm oil for a few mins first before adding anything else
Love the video as always but in my culture, it is the Elderly that will share it i.e the fufu or eba you shared.... it's disrespectful if you do that in my Yoruba culture..... Lets try and appreciate our culture and embrace it not "sell it" or throw it away
Too much double dipping and linking all your fingers and going back to the dish, now they all have the same germs, hope nobody was sick but the food looked delicious
lmaooooo the last time i followed warri pikini i went to buy moi-moi thinking it was nice but the smell alone made it very hard to get down and it had a strong aftertaste :VOMIT: . Would you recommend i try egusi soup LOL!
The cook needs her own cooking show, and she did an excellent job explaining everything

Haven't tried a grinding stone but I know my chopped diced veggies seem better than a cheap blender
Thanks for the video. I have a molcajete (Aztec/Mexican grinding stone) which I will be using for grinding my egusi seeds.

There's no Nigerian or African soup complete without maggi.😌👌
Maggi isn't a Afrikan creation or composition. We can't blame others for eating imported poison.
Give us their location so we can go and try the nice dish when we visit.
Hungry boys see as them dey do anyhow 😂😂
