Top Drivers are drivers that Amazon is 100% pleased with, and bottom drivers means Amazon is like 94% pleased with. It's all based of Cutomer Feedback, and basic policy following. And then Amazon gives each driver a score. Now lets say 5 customers give a review about the delivery. 4 are good 1 is bad. That driver is at 80%. But it's just 5 customers out of the 800-1000 for the week. Nobody really cares. It's basically just to tell those drivers to like hey don't do this or that. Amazon has a scoring System and anything less than 100% is unnaceptable. But you know there's things you can't control, like a customer that specifically requests a signature, but isn't home for some reason, they can write a complaint. Amazon will usually filter those ones out, because it's not the drivers fault. But it's other things like bad pictures and stupid shit. And the way Amazon does it is really messed up. There's no way they weren't ruined before they got there.
I think it was a company that made fans they had their own special box for it. But they didn't use tape. I wrote a review to them as the guy that had to deliver it, and told them to "put fucking tape on the box." So a few weeks later I got them again, and they used tape this time.
I use to do deliveries, around 100 stops, 200 miles mostly 30-60 lb boxes, 100+ once in awhile now its mostly 60-90 lb boxes with 30-40% being over 100lbs. So there's a couple of shelfs?! I thought they packed it from the back like a van. And that a pre-planned algo directed how the van is loaded with packages. The nearest items placed on the top right near the back door and the farthest items at the bottom left behind the driver.

I actually had to bring back an EDV and get a regular van for my last pick up once because I only had 40 miles left on my EDV and the last pick up was 30 miles to the pick up and 30 miles back to the station. After that I told them that I was not doing the SWA routes any more. I can do 200 stops and still be back to the station at 5-5:30 so there was no "getting done early" like they first promised.
This is actually good y’all r doing pick ups, I drive for FedEx for a contractor and I do pick ups everyday along with deliveries. Bad thing is I only get paid $140 for each day I work not hourly. Really does suck
As a business owner, I would love to be able to tap into Amazon's network of shipping. With delivery 7 days a week by Amazon drivers, it will enhance customer experience. And since Amazon is in every neighbourhood multiple times a day, I don't see whats wrong with them picking up packages, but perhaps lighten the delivery load off drivers to compensate having to make extra stops
When I was working at my old DSP they had me on a regular/heavy route then do an amazon fresh pickup after, and still expect me to be back before the 10 hr time.
It’s an old program that there bringing back back when I started with Amazon’s we used to have the option to come in on weekends to just do 3/4 hours and it would consist of 2/3 pick ups then they stopped it for a good while and now there re introducing it I guess.
Hey Chris there are lots of diff things you can do working for Amazon you don’t just have to do deliveries because the nice thing is you can transfer every 30 days if you change and it is something you don’t like. I have found that is is something for everyone.
Delivery Drivers don't work for Amazon. This may be true for Warehouse workers, because they do work for Amazon, but drivers are just drivers, they work for a separate company, whose sole job is delivering packages. The only other job a Driver can get is Dispatcher, but that's a position and one they will likely not get to. That's usually for the drivers with the most experience, who were promoted.
I've had a couple of these route called SWA route, so we only get like 50ish stops with 120 packages and we have to deliver everything before 2:30 which is our pick up time start and we have like 5-7 pick up and we get done by 6 pm which isn't bad but I rather have a regular route

Me too it’s horrible
Delivering TEMU packages nice!
Easy job. Over here in Spain all pachages are delivered in person or returned and scheduled for redelivery
You don’t see anything wrong with it cause you don’t see ppl slinging 300-500 packages a day it’s rough out here sometimes
New Jersey...?? I hate jug handle turns. They're so insanely counter-intuitive.
Lucky man! 130 stops for me is a beautiful day. It would 3 hours max to finish🤣
When I was working at my old DSP they had me on a regular/heavy route then do an amazon fresh pickup after, and still expect me to be back before the 10 hr time.
Godspeed you poor bastard, hope you arent strained
😂 I was just listening to Trippie on Thursday, 😢 I work for Fedex Ground 😭. Pick Ups are fine as long as they're already ready TO GO!
I've had a couple of these route called SWA route, so we only get like 50ish stops with 120 packages and we have to deliver everything before 2:30 which is our pick up time start and we have like 5-7 pick up and we get done by 6 pm which isn't bad but I rather have a regular route
yep. the amazon guy at the end calls them his Swa's
Best Video! 😎
The driving circles are called 'Roundabouts' btw lol.
Strange ups drivers use to do pickups back in the day, they stopped some time ago in my area, I didn't know amazon didn't do them.
I don't think I've ever seen a modded Tesla before.
12:01 you ain't reading your screen bro, that clearly says deliver 10 packages not pick up. :D
I barley do pickups from lockers I’m looking forward to the future and see how I get pickups from customers if I’ll still be staying as an Amazon delivery driver
Hi Chris, I work for Deutsche Post/DHL in Germany and wanted to ask you whether these warning lights are mandatory for Amazon workers. Amazon drivers in Germany always have their hazard lights on everywhere, which surprises me, but it may well be that this is a requirement from the USA HQ. Greetings from Europe
People, Respect All Drivers if you know what's good for you --- It's Real on the Roads...!
Hey I also work for Amazon but I do warehouse at a TNS. I am currently a PA almost 6 years now total tenor.
Awesome video Chris. Do any of your customers recognize you from your videos?
As a brand new delivery driver idk if I care at all tbh might be easier as long as they are separated
If they ever gave me 10 carts, I quit that day, move it all to my vehicle, load as much as possible, then walk out.
I’m a new driver, let’s say you gotta deliver 2 packages to the same house but under different names, the app wants you to take 2 different pics even tho it’s at the same house. Is it a way around having to do that? Even if it’s “grouped” together it still makes you take two pics.
I work for the usps and i have package pick ups plus mail plus amazon packages dont cry to me your ONLY delivering packages and now getting pick ups? sheeeeeesh
