Excellent honest review.....I admire your hustle young man. 600 per day - @ 22% Tax Rate (132.00 to Uncle Sam) = 468 per day. Ford Transit gets 18mpg on a good day. 70 miles per day / 18mpg = roughly 4 gallons of gas per day at $4 per gallon = 16 dollars of gas per day. 468-16 = 452 / 12 Hours of Work = 37 bucks per hour. PLUS your smaller van's route. I would guestimate you are making $40 bucks per Hour. Minus Insurance, truck payment ...etc.
Any Job paying 40 bucks per hour = 76,800 bucks per year....annual income. Each year your rates should go up as Gas and Cost of Living Allowance does. Each year....every hospital you service gives its employees at least a 2-4% pay increase (tied to inflation). Your rates should also reflect this. Hopefully you renegotiate each year and it is clearly stated in your service contract to do so. God bless.
Spot on breakdown. These guys provide hugh numbers and the "unknowing" are drawn to that not realizing that's gross or EBITA.
The math is correct based on what you based it. But the principals are a bit off. A lot more to consider plus when you start taking full advantage of the tax system, the results gets disrupted. Still very impressive. I appreciate it.
Contracts remain the same unless more stopd get added to the route.. but current contracts dont get renegotiated unfortunately doesnt matter if gas abd tolls go up or insurance goes up etc
@@bronz9019 some contracts do allow to renegotiate. With increasing cost of living, labor, fuel, tolls etc. You can make a good proposal explaining in detail all those factors and why a renegotiation is needed.
@Tony.Ruiz08 its definitely needed some companies dont renegotiate
I love your positive attitude and work ethic. I wish you only success!
Thank you! That Means a lot! You gotta have a strong work ethic to succeed in any business!
Salute bro i watched literally all your videos im in the process of getting my first van and all by the end of January i should be up and running. Yhanks for inspiring the dream (ps im the one that shed a tear when the red ecoline got laid to rest lol)
I know, You in the OG Squad 💪 thanks brother! I’m happy I inspire you! Continue to do your research. Research is very important. The type of van is important, if you wanna stay local, make sure there is a demand for drivers in your area, if you going OTR, look into the additional documents needed etc. research research research! It’s different in every state.
The content is crisp!! Keep inspiring! Soon join you in the field!!
Thank you brother 💪 continue to do your research as there are many ways to go around the business.

Ever since I started this TH-cam, I really got into video editing. I give out knowledge as I teach myself how to edit, it’s win win! I’m always looking for ways to improve. Thank you for the comment 💪 this is what motivates me
Man I remember when you first came on TH-cam with the red Ford van. Glad to see you're progressing. I deliver to Kearny NJ everyday and im looking for a company with routes for box trucks going to Pennsylvania. Do you know of amy companies?
How do you pay your drivers? Is it every two weeks or every week? And what is a good rate to pay them?
I pay my drivers weekly. And a fairly competitive rate. You don’t want to underpay them but if they are good, good drivers (which is gold in this industry) you incentivize them even more so they don’t leave.
@@Tony.Ruiz08 yes yes
good routes and good company 700 is good money man
So much in common😂 Look. I wake up in the morning and go pick up my cargo van from parking. The only differences is I have a MB Sprinter and I drive Nissan 370Z there😂 Could you share some info on how to get routes? Because my way of getting orders is way more messy and chaotic. Appreciate it 🙏
I drive a 370z nismo v1 that I'm thinking about selling to buy a van
370z gang in here 💪💪 I’ll smoke both of you in Mexico! Jk haha

No joke. I cross the bridge twice too!
I’m in the dmv a hour and some change from Jersey Is There any Year Requirement for van ?
Depends on the contracting company. Some have a year limit while others don’t. You should know when you start applying at places, it’ll be underlined
How do you get the contracts from the hospital? I actually work in one in the Bronx but im trying to transition to this.

Bruh thats a not a bad amount for cargo vans. I havent grossed more than $2,500/week with mine. So the fact that you are making over $3,000 is good. Thats typically box truck money lol
Greetings Tony, thank you for your content,,, to work in Miami or Florida is it also possible with a van locally??? is it profitable? How could I start??? thank you, greetings
It’s possible. Just gotta do the proper research and find out the demand for drivers/contractors. For these type of contracts, the closer you’re to a big city, the better. Location is important.
First 🔥💪🏽
What's the name of company you get those route or app
Quick question bro is using a 250 Transit low roof good as well
Of course, I know lots of guys running a low roof and profitable. I personally prefer Higher roofs to máxime my opportunities to make more money plus if local doesn’t work out, you can go OTR and a high roof is better for OTR.
@Tony.Ruiz08 thanks Tone much appreciated I'm just getting started
GOD bless 🙏
Tony I'm in California do you use a app for the contract or is this a website you applied for or what?
Hey Tony I would like to get into delivery business like this, any tips ?

There's so many scams. How do you find these companies to work with?
Hey tony, Please help me out bro. Im transitioning from the semi truck game to the cargo van game. Do you think 13k is enough to get me started in the game? I already have my bussiness LLC and everything.
Hey Vincent, yes it is. check this video out. It talks about how I got involved in this industry with just $2,500.

You didn’t tell us shit.
brick city!!
Yes sirr
During the gold rush, the miners weren’t making money, the ones that were making money were the ones telling everyone how profitable mining was while selling the equipment 😂
When your TH-cam audience that you’re inviting to Your industry starts joining you won’t be making no $700 a day anymore.
Yall ain’t learning for real. Truckers, Uber drivers, dropshippers, etc… all ran to TH-cam thinking they would get some views and make money and that didn’t happen and also the trucking and all those other industries became way over saturated and now they are crying that there’s no more money doing so they are going homeless.
I am thinking this guy is not really making $700 a day, or maybe he made it one day but he’s not making it consistently everyday. Maybe once every two weeks.
It’s only a matter of time until everyone starts buying vans to do local deliveries. Just like in 2020-2022 everyone started buying vans to Amazon deliveries and now that industry isn’t profitable anymore.
Thank you for taking some time out of your day to leave this comment. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, although you lost me when you said I was lying.
If this is the gold rush, I’m just a miner that’s sharing his mining experience. I am not selling you the tools to go mine. If I sell the info, I’m a bad person. If I give it out for free, I’m lying. Moral is, You can’t please everyone at once.
Btw, if you in the area, we can go live with my bank statements big dawg. Stay blessed.
@ I’m just letting u know to watch what’s happening with most industries. Over saturation is a thing.
And although I didn’t bother to watch the video at all just because I’m sick of these kind of videos on TH-cam, I stand on the fact that there’s a motive for why you’re sharing this so called secrets. It’s not worth it if you really found a gold mine and want long term consistent success in that industry just stay quiet and make ur money. U will never see Walmart or McDonald’s tells everyone their money making secret, let alone tell people to compete against them. Matter of fact, these big corporations go out of their ways to kill their competitions every time. Unless you plan o selling a course about how to make money doing this thing in the future, which will be ineffective because it will cause everyone to do it and oversaturate the market and no one will benefit from it, I don’t see why someone would tell the whole world that they found gold in a mine.
People don't want to touch the cargo? What does that mean? So, they want to deliver stuff, but not load or unload? SO, what do they plan to do while someone else touches the cargo, play on tik tok? Come on you lazy people. If you can drive, you can lift a small box of medication. If you can't lift the box, should you be driving?
Or, hire someone to handle the cargo. You'll "earn" less, but you're just a driver at that point.
Hey Tony, I’m also in Jersey! Any way I can message you?
Hey! My email is TonyRuizTube@gmail.com
Is this net or gross $700
I mentioned that.
Subject: SeekiHello Tony,
I hope this message finds you well. I have been following your insightful videos and would like to seek your expertise regarding my current situation in the transportation industry.
A year ago, I established an LLC in New Jersey and successfully obtained my commercial insurance, as well as my authority, including DOT# and MC#. I have also secured a BOC-3 and UCR for general freight transportation, and I primarily operate my Sprinter van for interstate transport. However, I am currently facing challenges in managing my financial obligations due to the highly competitive market, where many service providers are undervaluing their offerings.
To better align my business with the kind of work you do, I would greatly appreciate it if you could outline any additional requirements or strategies I should consider that go beyond what I currently have in place. Also, I would be interested in knowing what specific skills I need to acquire or if any additional permits or documentation are required to operate effectively in this field.
Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards,
CESAR
