They just don't leave electric on for 4 years. Someone is paying it. It could be caught up in probate. Or there could be a on going dispute between family members. Either way what you're doing is considered day time breaking and entering.

I am sorry to ask here as it is off topic from the GN. Factory GN was fastest production car in 1/4 mile when it first came out. It can take awhile to go through and settle his estate. Considering his family members have job's it would be feasible that they come there on the weekends. That could be why the electric is still on.

And when the family is finished, the place will have the ransacked appearance with all the wothless items strewn about for future explorers to video and their commenters will say things like "how disrespectful of those theives".

Most likely.. but if owners dead they need the death certificates to transfer title to them. Family or beneficiaries of him probably have the death certificates, & the titles to his house/vehicles.

Wonder if it's a real GNX, a lot of people made GNX replicas. It will have a number on the plate above the glove box and rear suspension is different. It also doesn't have the GNX on the grill. Still awesome Ive had 3 turbo regals.

Debatable whether or not it was a regular Buick GN or GNX. The GNX has obvious logos on the front grille. They are also numbered on the inside, just above the glove box.

Someone robbed it of parts already. The tail lights are long gone and they probably stole all the emblems as well those are easily removed so they probably went with the lights.

Not sure if it’s a GNX or not, it’s wierd because it’s missing the gnx badging yet it has the fender grills that only came on the GNX, it also has the rims that all GNX’s came with but they also came on regular grand nationals. Seems like a real grand national atleast, you can see the paint fade where the lip spoiler once was. Hoping it’s a fake since it would be very sad to see a GNX like this.
Also looks like this thing has the fender flares which only came on gnx, so either someone installed the fenders and the fender louvers or it’s a real GNX

Even a run down neglected one that needs a full restore is over $50,000 and probably closer to $80,000 to 100,000. Those things are super rare. Only 547 were ever made. I hope it is a GNX clone on a normal GN, otherwise that is truly sad if its a real one. (Badging could have been removed by someone) Check the plaque by the glovebox and the vin

That car is a 1987 Buick Grand National GNX. Only 527 of those cars exist. Very very rare. I’m speechless...

If any of you like the Grand National, you should look up the GMC Syclone. The Syclone was a beast of a little truck.

The lic plate is blanked to prevent people from finding the location and stealing the car.
