Ball hockey is way harder than ice hockey

No it’s not I’ve played both ball is easier in ice you have to combine skating and shooting and the puck is heavier. Ball is easier as it’s a light ball and ur not on skates

Always wear pads playing ball hockey... the rink hurts so bad when you fall
