    I need to restart my pc several times a day, and I obviously need windows to remember the size of my explorer and programs windows at restart.
    I threw in the toilet lot of precious time every time for decades due to this problem.
    Why when i close windows holding down shift makes the system remember the size of windows but on restart these sizes are not remembered anymore?
    What can I do to get out of this Windows nightmare?

    Is there any way to configure fancy zone preset shortcuts to have specific apps automatically open within each zone? That would be the killer app for me to increase productivity. For example say using the priority grid (from left to right) have File Explorer, Microsoft Edge and Discord open by clicking one fancy zone custom preset.

    I'm having trouble using FancyZones
    I have a screen Samsung 49" Curved screen S49A950, 5120x1440
    a) The installation is going well
    b) splitting the screen works fine
    c) The placement of the different windows is fine
    but I maximize one of the windows in one of the splits on the screen
    maximize this window the entire screen and not just the individual partition area.
    So how do you set so that when you maximize a window it stays within the area of the screen to which you have assigned the window and does not fill the entire screen?

    • @JamesMontemagno
      @JamesMontemagno  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I hood down shift while dragging to have the window fill the partition

    • @jdjd5113
      @jdjd5113 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JamesMontemagno It does not work, when I have maximized a window it cannot be moved, it is locked to appear all over the screen.
      Can't you tell exactly what you do to get maximum window in an area?

    I'm having an issue where when you UNsnap it from the zone, it stays that size and shape... How do you make it so it reverts back to the original shape like how normal snap does it..
    Kinda weird you didn't show any instances of it going back to its original shape

    • @kohimame

    James, Please, Can you help with a tutorial on how to Xaml bind a Viewmodel that has dependency injection in a viewmodel to a Xaml page in an Xamarin or MAUI solution.
    I have seen the dependency injection video, but when things get blow out of proportion because the viewmodel has injected input.
