1 kg basmati rice
2 pes chicken
salt to tast
little saffron water
1 spoon cumin powder
2 pes lemon juice
3 pes dry lemon
2 pes onion
little whole garam masala
2 spoon butter
some dry fruits
tomato chutney spicy
3 pes tomato
5 pes garlic
6 pes green chilli
little pasly and coriander
little charcoal for smoke
