Turmeric 1/2tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Orange Food Color or Saffron
Rice 1/2kg
Oil 1/2cup
Salt 3/4tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1/2tbs
Cloves 5
Green Cardamom 4
Bay Leaves 2
Green Chilies 3
Onion 1large

Tips for authentic Yemeni mandi
Use olive oil.
Use dry black lemon. Which takes mandi to next level.
Use chicken or mutton broth
Prick the chicken and merinade for min one hour
Use saffron.
For that mandi sauce grind together tomato green chilli zera garlic hara dhaniya salt n lemon juice.

Tomater ki chatni TU bht asan hai . Grinder main 3,4 tomater dalain sabz mirchain hasbe zaiqa . ik kali lehson or half lemon. San grind krn or namo dal lain. Tomater ki chatni ready.
