For anyone who gets the blackscreen and does not see menus or the CTRL + ALT + DELETE does nothing: Go to timestamp 1:23ish. Force Restart your machine 3+ times and a new menu will appear, this helped me uninstall recent updates that brought on the blackscreen for me.

For those who tried force shutting down 3 times and it’s not working, make sure to force shut down when the loading circle is still turning! I tried that and it finally brought me to “Preparing Automatic Repair”.

Crazy how tech can be. One day everything is working in perfect condition, no issues at all, then you go to bed and the next day... PC doesn't work anymore and you did absolutely nothing to break it. 🤷‍♂️

If you hold down shift button when turning the laptop off and then restart you will get the blue screen advanced options. Much quicker than just doing it 2 or 3 times as he suggests
