I have always loved Rottweilers, Boxers, Great Danes, English Mastiffs, English Bulldogs, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Newfies, Bullmastiffs, Greyhounds, Whippets, and every dog under the sun. I love them all.
We have had 4 Rotties and each was a beautiful calm partner to us. One was used by dog day care for testing if a new dog would fit in. The only problem is they just don’t live long enough!
That's a happy Rottie! I just recently got my second Rottie in my life. Bubs is 6 month old and is just adorable. Wouldn't hurt anyone, he's a friend to all. Behaves just like Dyce in the video! 😍
This dog is the cutest, sweetest boy. I just adore Dyce!! I liked how he perched his furry butt on the arm of the couch! LOL My chihuahua does that, too!! 🤣🤣🤣 Meeting a few other sweet Rotties absolutely changed my view of this breed. Years ago I was kind of ignorant and afraid of them. But I met a service dog Rottie at a dog rescue event, and he leaned on me as I petted him, melted my heart. Later I met a new neighbor with a big Rottie boy named Luigi (!! 😂😂) who sounded like a hound from hell when he barked on their patio, but could not have been more gentle. I've met a few others and follow several on YT. They are absolutely awesome pups. If I could I would have one, but big dogs are too much for me. But I pet them every chance I get. Give Dyce man a kiss on his cute lil eyebrows for me!!!
I lost my beautiful best friend, my six year old Rottweiler named Moose, in May of this year, to lymphoma. She was my guardian, my angel, so self aware and smart, and loving and losing her was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. We rescued her at two after she’d had a litter of puppies and the four years I got with her, I treasure them. Rotties are absolutely the best dogs- so loyal, SO adorable, bright, spirited. These videos remind me of the wonderful days I got with Moose- when I’m ready to adopt again I’ll find another Rottweiler!
I have always had “gentle” breeds and currently have a golden retriever and a mini dachshund. On vacation last year my wife and I met two Rottweilers. They were so sweet and gentle. I told the owner that they were goldens underneath. It’s how a dog is raised.😊
He is special with his family for sure and obviously very happy - Rottweilers are not generally aggressive - more protective than anything if the need arises...! I have a huge rescue GSD weighing 100 lbs - he isn't aggressive either but not very social - he still seems to think he's a puppy and doesn't know his own strength - but I love him and treasure having him in my life...!
I loved Rotties From The Very Beginning When I First Saw One On the Streets And Today A Proud Father Of Two 1 Year Pups, But Generally I Love All The Dogs Coz They Love You More Than Humans ❤❤❤
He's so cute and loving ❤ I don't see anything bad in those dogs, why do they talk so bad about Rottweilers, is this just because they're so big? Big dogs are mostly just the sweetest dogs you can have ❤❤
There aren't any bad breeds. It is people who either lack the knowledge or just plain dont care that causes a bad reputation for animals. It doesn't matter the breed or size. Proper socializing and training should always be a must, and it's obvious you have done an amazing job. It's sad that the animals are the ones to be punished because some people refuse to take proper responsibility for the animals they CHOOSE to take into their homes and abuse them through any means of that word. Such a beautiful baby you have.😊
Rottweiler dogs are wonderful - so are probably all dogs - wrong owners who mistreat - or neglect or have dogs for selfish and unkind reasons are the problems - even a chihuahua can be vicious
Dogs are all different..my best mates brother had a rottie and for whatever reason my mate couldn't and it visit without dog being put outside,,it simply didnt like him..and it showed it..
I'm sorry but you have failed miserably. Nothing here has changed my mind about Rottweilers. I still think they're awesome! (Couldn't resist being cheeky)
Don t understand your title ? I have had Rottweilers for 50 years. Your vid is pretty typical of a Rottweiler. They are the best breed on the planet honest, loyal , loving, super intelligent, and tough. I have just lost my 10th girl to the Rottweilers biggest enemy bone cancer , she was super fit and loved life loved everybody people all animals especially dogs and horses and she never hurt a fly. Lovely dog in the video X
@@DavidRoberts-j6s That shall be a proof? Perhaps that people sometimes pay for "experts", that aren't. A prove would be a statement like "There is no THE best breed. There is a best FITTING breed... to the personality of an owner." At least you don't belong to the "white paper" theorists. 1 point for you👍
@hanswurst249 You obviously have a problem? Firstly try talking in English instead of cryptic lingo ? If you are trying to be clever you have failed miserably. Now go and learn something about dogs and you will not learn it on TH-cam my friend. Have a nice day.
Wow, low level argument: language👍 Please correct your "it's". But doesn't prevent me from listening you. Or do you speak German? French? Okay, let me try google translation: "A 13-year observational study found that the most dangerous dog breed is the pit bull, with over 65% of dog bites attributed to this breed, followed by Rottweilers (10.4%) and German Shepherds (4.6%). P.S.: when" lannguage" is used, you know, that you are right. Because: no argument left.
No. Sorry. If you look at the stats on dog breeds involved in violet and often fatal attacks, the Pit Bull and Rottweiler breeds are overwhelmingly on top.
At least this Lady knows, what's up, chose the right title. I respect her for that. Seemingly a nice relationship. But bites of those kind of races nearly never go against owners. They are clearly a "critical" race. Means, they easily develop strong behaviour abnomities. I knew one, who was panically hiding, when someone came to visit. He was treated relatively well by owners, but never saw anything else than his own garden. This behaviour can change to self defense mode in seconds. Would never ever recommend this breed to any people. Therefore he requires an "expertise test" in many parts of Europe (getting more). In France: leash & muzzle in public. You want your dog go for a walk like this? Btw.: in former days, when more popular, the German Shepherd was the most underrated breed. Still in the stats. Cave canem😉
Very small dogs are typically the most aggressive and violent, but because they are so small, nobody is intimidated by them and they typically cannot do any major damage when they attack. Pit Bulls and Rotties are VERY strong, so if they unfortunately are raised by a**holes, they can be dangerous. It is never the fault of the animal, it is always the fault of the human who raised the animal.
@@hiskidkeller This old wisdom doesn't make it better and is valid for all breeds. And where I'm coming from, it makes a decisive difference, if you are hurt or dead... if your children is hurt or dead. We care about live. And I don't care, wtf was raising this lovely, loyal and protective dog, which randomly killed my kids.
I haven’t changed my mind. There’s no bad dogs only bad owners. Beauty of a dog 😊
Absolutely Right !
I have always loved Rottweilers, Boxers, Great Danes, English Mastiffs, English Bulldogs, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Newfies, Bullmastiffs, Greyhounds, Whippets, and every dog under the sun. I love them all.
Never change my mind. They are big, silly , cement headed, doofuss sweethearts!
It didn't change my mind. I've always loved Rottweilers.

What an adorable furry face.

Rotties are beautiful dogs and I have only ever met super friendly ones ..the only danger is being squashed when they want to cuddle you
These dogs are so needy for attention. They are like Velcro. Awesome dogs.

Yep! We have had Rotties for many years, we currently have three, and our girl had 9 babies 4 days ago. We love them to bits.
Owned Rotty’s since 1983, most loyal and lovable dog breeds!

With proper socialization and training any dog can be made to behave in such a manner. No bad dogs only bad owners. 😊

Perhaps not much experience with other breeds? American? The best, the greatest, the loveliest... "of all time"? 😂
Been a professional dog trainer for over 30 years . All breeds ..tells it's own story😂

because people that want dogs for attacking humans are attracted by these breeds most of all .
All dogs are angels
My 3rd male Rottie had a habit of burping and sneezing at me on purpose. I couldn’t stand it but got used to it. He’s in Heaven burping at Angels.🥲🙏
