Thank you to everyone for waiting patiently for this and future episodes. Yamata had a rough 2020 like many of you guys, though maybe not for quite the same reasons. He also stressed over this a lot, the decision to make it a multi-parter wasn’t planned, it just had to happen or it would have been a much longer wait for anything. And let me tell you, he redid several scenes several times, this finished product looks way better that the first pass, and he and I and (I assume)the staff are glad he brought the whole episode up to his new, amazing standard. He’s got meetings with voice actors and me and other people, he’s planning ahead for the next episodes already, streamlining the process so things go smoother and can be better. Yamata poured his heart into this, so let’s give it some love! ❤️
I remember the author of Dusttale saying something like "A Sans that hurts his Papyrus is no longer really Sans." It feels good to see that concept here.
StoryShift Chara really did have the right idea immediately going to holding knives to the murder time trio’s necks. One of the smartest moves ever made.
It's so sad to see that the series is now canceled, but it's for the sake of Yamata's health. Health before work is a priority. Hope he makes more projects that are successful or more like this. Thank you Yamata for the amazing series!

Man, this is a really good series, its sad to see its canceled. The voice acting was so perfect, some people for comic dubs or animations don't even bother to change up their voices for different Sans AU's. I'm going to miss watching it.

I still can’t get over the animations the fandom can make, it is truly incredible how epic the animations and animators are! I also love how the different characters go with the lyrics of the intro perfectly!

Sans literally stole Dust's bro. Plus, dust *was* sans. Listening to him he is probably just listening to his old beliefs and thoughts, before he went on his path.
I mean. I can see why dust did what he did. Unlike all the other au's he was subjected to endless genocide runs. He tried everything he could. He couldn't do anything but see what happened if he became the strongest monster. He then killed chara but they never reloaded. He was punished for trying to change things.

Ok wow. Was not expecting this at all. Blueberry dies within the first few minutes? An entire quick backstory on all the members of the BTT and not just throwing us straight into a fight? The two sides talking to each other? Insanity Sans being creepy af? Dust keeping the scarf on him? Insanities mouth moving and opening? All the scenes of different AU’s? An entire 20 minute episode with an intro and an outro? The awesome background music and voice acting? Insanity Sans being super creepy in the background? There is so much in this one episode that it took a moment for everything to settle in. All in all this episode is amazing. So worth the wait.
I can see so many reference to other animations, it’s just so awesome to see it all in one place with such high quality, waiting and checking back for 4 months was definitely worth it
-Let's not talk about how I fangirled so hard when I saw Error and SS! Chara- *Let's talk about that and how much effort there was. We all loved the whole animation, admit it.*
This was a fun project to watch. It’s sad to not see the series completed but what is here for it is great. Even if this doesn’t come back, I would like to at least see more about Homicide Sans. This was my first exposure to this particular Sans and it intrigued me to learn more about him as a character.
I doubt scoundrel sans fell for that, his Au is full of thieves so he'll be able to tell if they're lying. That could be why nightmare took control over him.
As sad as I am to see it be cancelled, I want you to be healthy since that comes first before anything. Anyway, now that that’s out of the way, let me rave on about how cool this is! Seeing unpopular characters mixed in with well known ones is so cool! Like the thought, billSans, 404Sans, etc, it’s just so cool! And that’s final line with Classic Sans going “you were supposed to be the judge, not the executioner.” It’s just so cool!

i just realised, when the opening song said "make your decision and you're gonna have a bad time" really explained the main part of this episode (while showing bad time trio and murder time trio at that segment) really nice touch there

I think it's a shame such a amazing project isn't being continued, the music, voices, animation, detail, it goes so well but I think now it shows what Yamata can do so I'm excited for future videos!

you chose good voices for dust, horror, and killer. absolutely flawless, horrors voice actor is especially amazing since horror is a big chill yet terrifying lumbering guy, so the way his voice actor portrayed him was beyond perfect, same goes for all the other voice actors in this. everything is just flawless! 😊

You really made these characters actually do what they do specially with the Murder time trio because you didn’t make them just menacing you made them actually terrifying like how their suppose to be and I hope you do the same with Error because everyone thinks Error is this hilarious guy that made a truce with ink and not the guy who actually destroys worlds with people with families and people they care about.
I can't wait for scoundrel sans knowing him he didn't join willingly. Yeah, he probably saw through their lies, he does live in AU full of thieves after all and he probably didn't go down without a fight which is probably why nightmare took control of him. I think nightmare wanted him because he's probably very crafty and powerful and would probably be useful.

Also quite interesting to see a couple of the more 'minor' AU's present, like the Thought and Underplayer. Can't wait to see how they factor into all of this.

I feel really bad for Dust. He never wanted this. The only reason he killed everyone in his au is because he was suffering and grew insane of constantly seeing his friends and family die. He just wanted it to stop. To no longer see his loved ones die. To finally live peaceful. And worst of all, his brother died again, he was forced to accept Nightmares offer and his scarf was taken by Classic. He hasnt smiled even once after the death of his phantom brother. I feel unironically bad for him.
@@yagadibooz8154 I wouldn't feel that bad for Dust if I were you. Sure, he was forced into helping Dream, but he had no qualms about killing those other Sanses if it furthered his goal of getting back to his own world. As for the deaths of his friends and family, the point of the last part of the episode is to put a mirror up to Sans and show how much of a razor edge any genocide route Sans could be away from going off the deep end. Dust killed everything and everyone he loved for a hollow victory, of his OWN will and volition, KNOWING that even if he won, he'd either be alone, or the human would reset and he'd have to kill everyone all over again. Because he failed to do the right thing, he condemned himself to the suffering that's been brought on him now and that's the same choice Classic has to make in this situation. Undertale's central themes were always Mercy and Consequences. Dust failed to show mercy, he made all the wrong choices, he broke the one rule, and now he has to face the consequences. And as for Phantom Papyrus's death in the earlier episodes, I'm afraid to say that we're de-canonizing that in Villain Sans Squad Lore, because it doesn't make sense in terms of Dust's origin for Phantom Papyrus to be a physical thing, so he's not frowning because he misses Phantom Papyrus, he's frowning because he's pissed that not only did he get his ass kicked in the earlier episodes, but now the whole savior shtick hasn't worked, explicitly because of his past actions (hey, more consequences). But I do totally agree that his circumstances are incredibly tragic.

I’ve always loved all the villain sans’ but after watching this not-an-anime-but-basically-is animation, I realise how much more awesome they are together
There's a lot of this quality work by plenty of the Undertale community. "The Choice" is one which is damn near anime, which consists of the Boss fights in Undertale including the Genocide route which before it starts there's a simgle frame in the Speedpaint of a scene where every monster, Chara and Frisk that are all in a packed Grillby's where all of the monsters save Chara and Frisk have a scribbled X over their faces like after you complete a Pacifist Run after completing a Genocide run beforehand in the game. You'll see the fights with both Undyne the Undying and the fight w/Sans where just like how the game represents it as a battle where Sans kicks Chara/Frisk's ass multiple times which also has the iconic Chara jumpscare but much more creepy.

Thus, the complete irony of Error. He wants to destroy every glitch in the Multiverse w/out addressing the elephant in the room that he himself is a glitch and if he intends to do so he'd have to off himself.
Error is odd. With many different stories. Some say he is the right hand of King multiverse. Some say he's a dirty glitch. Some say he's just an unfortunate version of Geno that got trapped in between timelines. All we know is this. He's kind of a jerk.

And even though I'm new to the fandom I wouldn't see Error being King Multiverses' right hand as Error is a glitch himself and even IF he could manage the crush every Bug or waste each glitch he'd have to off himself as he himself is a glitch. Also Error 404's power level somehow is higher than King Multiverse.
These series are fantastic. This combination of characters and situations, twists and feelings... is great. I have never seen something like this before. Thank you for it. Everything will be alright.

you chose good voices for dust, horror, and killer. absolutely flawless, horrors voice actor is especially amazing since horror is a big chill yet terrifying lumbering guy, so the way his voice actor portrayed him was beyond perfect, same goes for all the other voice actors in this. everything is just flawless! 😊

I can't wait for scoundrel sans knowing him he didn't join willingly. Yeah, he probably saw through their lies, he does live in AU full of thieves after all and he probably didn't go down without a fight which is probably why nightmare took control of him. I think nightmare wanted him because he's probably very crafty and powerful and would probably be useful.

The only reason he killed everyone in his au is because he was suffering and grew insane of constantly seeing his friends and family die.
He just wanted it to stop. To no longer see his loved ones die. To finally live peaceful. And worst of all, his brother died again, he was forced to accept Nightmares offer and his scarf was taken by Classic. He hasnt smiled even once after the death of his phantom brother. I feel unironically bad for him.

Sure, he was forced into helping Dream, but he had no qualms about killing those other Sanses if it furthered his goal of getting back to his own world. As for the deaths of his friends and family, the point of the last part of the episode is to put a mirror up to Sans and show how much of a razor edge any genocide route Sans could be away from going off the deep end. Dust killed everything and everyone he loved for a hollow victory, of his OWN will and volition, KNOWING that even if he won, he'd either be alone, or the human would reset and he'd have to kill everyone all over again. Because he failed to do the right thing, he condemned himself to the suffering that's been brought on him now and that's the same choice Classic has to make in this situation. Undertale's central themes were always Mercy and Consequences. Dust failed to show mercy, he made all the wrong choices, he broke the one rule, and now he has to face the consequences. And as for Phantom Papyrus's death in the earlier episodes, I'm afraid to say that we're de-canonizing that in Villain Sans Squad Lore, because it doesn't make sense in terms of Dust's origin for Phantom Papyrus to be a physical thing, so he's not frowning because he misses Phantom Papyrus, he's frowning because he's pissed that not only did he get his ass kicked in the earlier episodes, but now the whole savior shtick hasn't worked, explicitly because of his past actions (hey, more consequences). But I do totally agree that his circumstances are incredibly tragic.

I’ve always loved all the villain sans’ but after watching this not-an-anime-but-basically-is animation, I realise how much more awesome they are together
There's a lot of this quality work by plenty of the Undertale community. "The Choice" is one which is damn near anime, which consists of the Boss fights in Undertale including the Genocide route which before it starts there's a simgle frame in the Speedpaint of a scene where every monster, Chara and Frisk that are all in a packed Grillby's where all of the monsters save Chara and Frisk have a scribbled X over their faces like after you complete a Pacifist Run after completing a Genocide run beforehand in the game. You'll see the fights with both Undyne the Undying and the fight w/Sans where just like how the game represents it as a battle where Sans kicks Chara/Frisk's ass multiple times which also has the iconic Chara jumpscare but much more creepy.
