I did ask in a previous video if you were gonna take a look at the mains/crank and hey presto. Should of known Lance wouldn't disappoint. Great series 👍

Lance, can you guide me on a rebuild book for my TO30 Continental Z129 Gas engine? You refer to checking the book, I just don't know how to obtain the proper book. Any help would be appreciated. My compression check is about 84 dry, and 100 wet. I did not have the engine up to operating temperature when I did the compression checks. God Bless your family and pray your G'baby is doing great!

We dont have the Z129 here but the only thing I could suggest is either Steiner Tractor Parts or Yesterdays tractors possibly.

Disappointed you did not drop the crankshaft and renew the main bearings

Well in an in frame rebuild you usually dont and the idea of this series is to show what can be done in frame.

@@BundyBearsShed I have recently begun restoring a 1950 TEA20 and find your videos most helpful, I have just replaced the thrust washers as your guide, I also found I could replace the main shells in frame as well, bit of a jiggle and needs an extra long 7/16 spanner but doable.
