The comments are are crazy. This is a very good video and for sone reason people watching it so far are absolutely bonkers. Let's hope they'll calm down.

Always enjoy your videos and this one in particular was full of great information. I think I would visit even just to see the cave dwellings, but then there's so much more! Thanks, Tuula!

Thanks for the info. What about doctors, dentists, salons, petrol stations, post offices, banks? Where do you do these things in your village? Thanks again.

Are the property purchases mostly in cash? I’ve learned that the property purchases in other countries like MX and Italy require large cash down payments. Like 40-50% of total.

Hello, I don’t believe they have to be in cash. My experience is that it’s 10% down.

@@Hippy2021 Of course, there are condominium fees that are intended for the regular maintenance of the building (cleaning, elevator repair, façade renovation, etc.). All of this is managed either by "le syndic de copropriété" and payments are sometimes made monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.

Please, stop asking the question whether French people can be off-putting. A French person would get tired of hearing that in every video about themselves: "So, are French people bla bla bla.
Every nation has a particular trait anyway.

If you want to live in France: SPEAK FRENCH ! You don’t need to be fluent. But at least to understand french. Otherwise you’ll be on an alien planet. Imagine a foreigner moving to Kansas and not speaking english!!
