This video does a great job explaining the topic of BCG Matrices. The explanation of each quadrant of the matrix and how they differ was particularly beneficial. The in-depth discussion of the action that is associated with each quadrant was helpful to know how to deal with products that are associated with each of these categories. The topic was explained very thoroughly, however, I would have gained a complete and applicable understanding with the addition of a real world example so I could associate the terms with products I knew. Thank you for your helpful video!

Hey mate, your video is extremely helpful and thank you! I am just enquiring if you could provide me with an example? Have an exam coming up and am completely oblivious to how anything related to marketing :(. So if for example Apple or any company of your liking was ,using the BGC growth share matrix how would they implement it? Dont really know how to word the question but thanks for your help!
Amazing and down to the point video, with no much complicated you hit the nail on the head, however, I'd like to ask that on the real ground it's not easy to decide which position is your product line at now? It needs a lot of work and research in order to identify your position well so you can adopt the related strategy, So from your point of view How we can coup with these challenges? even for deciding your market share relative to the whole market, How can I say the market is "X" and my market share is "Y'? how can we define that info as well. sorry for the long comment and thank you after all.

Hey! Thanks for such a good explanation. I have a question here. How the market is competitive even it is not growing anymore? like you just mentioned in 'Dog'. Confused at this point.
hello mate, Bcg does not talk about about market share as variable but relative market share. which is ratio of your business's market share to that of market share of largest rival or competitor.
1 day before exam, finally i get the explanation! Thank you!
ghinafiliana Glad I could help! Hope your exam went well.
