    Ji, the ancestral house was constructed by jointly my grandfather, my father and his 2 brothers jointly. The said house was completed in year 1984. Then in year 1988 it's partion deed done for 3 pieces of same and one portion came in my father ownership. Now as my father is no more, it came to my ownership . This portion I sold to a person for example for 100/- and next month bought a new house for 25/- . So what would be the tax implications approximately?

That land area 8 decimal was purchased at the cost of Rs 1000/- in the year 1930 and th e house was built on it in 1931-32.     Sir, my dad had a house in Haipur which he bought in 1994. He died last year in March 2023 without any will. My mother/sisters/brothers signed a Release Deed to my name.
    Now if I sell the house, do I pay taxes as per Long Term capital gain Or Short term capital gain?

    Hello sir. Thanks for the great information. If the gained amount is reinvested to another property wil i be taxed? Also, is there a provision that i need to keep the gain in a capital gain account for 2 or 3 years and use after that to avoid tax? Is it possible?

      you can take the exemptions as given under section 54 to section 54F under Income tax law.

    Sir eak DDA flat मेरे फादर के नाम लिया था, परंतु eak साल में उनकी डेथ हो गई उसकी सारी इंस्टॉलमेंट मैने जमा की।अब वो प्रॉपर्टी मेरे नाम है। एक प्रॉपर्टी मेरी और है में दोनो को बेच कर नई प्रॉपर्टी खरीदना चाहता हु।इस में मुझे गाइड करे

    Son inherited house property after death of father. Now where should i report this information in ITR-3. Report this particular house information report in Schedule HP in ITR-3. Is it necessary report the valuation of this house property in Schedule EI in ITR-3 as a exempted income. Please suggest me.

    मैंने विगत माह फरवरी में एग्रीकल्चर भूमि २८ लाख में बेची है उससे मैं रहने के लिए फ्लैट लेना चाहता हूं क्योंकि मैं अभी किराए के मकान में रह रहा हूं नौकरी दौरान केवल बच्चों को ही शिक्षा दे पाया अबकी बार आईटीआर में रजिस्ट्री की फोटो कॉपी प्रस्तुत करूंगा क्या मुझे टैक्स भी भरना पड़ेगा मैं जानना चाहता हूं

    1996 me one lac ka plot liya 2022 me 30 lac ka 2 storey pakka house bech diya in one class city construction 1998 me ki kitne construction cost laga sakte ha jis se capital gain zero ho jaye agar normal income nil ho to capital gain normal income me jad kar exempition pa sakte ha

    Bhaiji.. Pita job men the abhi pension pe hai. Job chhoti hi thi. itni salary nahi thi ki sirf usi ke bal par jamin kharid sake . Do bache bahar chhoti moti job karke koochh kama rahe the. So kheti ki kafi upaj bach jaati thi. Jo bech kar kooch lakh jama ho jaate the+ pita ji ki chhoti job se bhi koochh lakh save ho jaate the. In sabko mila ke pita ji bade bhai+bhabhi ke naam new khet(last 20 saal men har dusre tisre saal 2-3 bigha zamin liye ji ab total 13 bigha ho gaya hai) le li chupke se. Ab jaake mujhe(chhota beta) pata chala. Main kya kar sakta hun as per law. Relatives ki bhi baat pita nahi samajh/maan rahe hain. Bolte hain i don't know how ur elder brother did all these stuffs.Elder brother koi job nahi karte. Kya title suit file karne pe aur income source nahi dikha pane pe mere bade bhai ko jail ho sakti hai. Main sirf apna hak chahta hun naki bade bhai ke liye jail. Koochh guide kijiye sir.
