- Watch how Major Kristin Wolfe throws this F-35A Lightning II around and performs a falling leaf maneuver at 3:15 ( do you call that the falling leaf?) not sure really, but this is probably one of the best displays I'v seen from Wolfe! and the moisture in the air surly did help.
Little Rock AFB Thunder Over the Rock Air Show, this weekend 2 Oct - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
Truly, one of the most spectacular displays I have ever seen.
The mastery of the F-35 by her, Major Wolfe, is absolute!
A perfect shooting by Elwin, with the camera!
SECOND!
Holy Cow… I retired from the USAF in 1999. I have never seen a more awesome demonstration. Amazing aircraft.
I agree.
Come on dude the entire routine was preloaded into the machine before it ever left the ground. A pilot is passenger and is a system manager not a pilot.
Until you've seen a TR-3B do a 180 at 4 figures mph...oh,wait ,that doesn't exist..."cough" 😊
Right earthling...you could have experienced this just like any old human would. LOL @@1911Earthling

That would have to be the best F-35 display I have come across. She’s an incredible pilot and an absolutely mind-blowing aircraft.
i will stop watching now you said that
@@aussieman8738Good for you.
Why the hell did you say you would stop watching...is it because they said she 💀
It’s junk NO match for Russian aircraft! It was damaged in Syria since then it doesn’t appear anywhere 😂
that's a chick flying that?
Brilliant camera work! Thanks for making your amazing coverage available to others!
Our pleasure! and thank you
How does one even record this? In a plane train or automobile? Sorry for the pun lol for real though. It's stunning
What impresses me more than anything here is the physical condition of Major Wolfe. To be flying like that, for that long…she is nothing short of an absolute stud…amazing!

Just AWESOME maneuvering Major Wolfe!!! Breathtaking!!!!!!
Pilots do that every day. She gets extra pats on the back for being a woman?
That was an awesome performance from Major Kristin Wolfe. Equally matched by your awesome camera work .Thank you for sharing this excellent video.
Is she the one that dropped the F-35 off the carrier in the South China Sea? The one where our Navy had to scramble to retrieve it from the sea floor before the Chinese got it.
No idea what your talking about, but you seem to know the answer.
@@TheGraeme61 An F-35 was lost due to pilot error in the South China Sea. These are extremely expensive aircraft that we tax payers are getting stuck with the bill. It's an overly complicated plane that costs way to much and being flown by a military more concerned with virtue signalling than putting the best person forward. That's what I'm talking about. It's not directed against you but against those that are leading our forces.
Ahh ,okay got you now .
I called the Pentagon multiple times to try to find out the pilot's name on that crash. To my knowledge, they have never released the name. I was told over the phone they do not release the names of the service members. Strange as I could tell the lady the names of the officers of that aircraft carrier! But they couldn't tell the name of any lower level service members. I smelled a woke cover up! @@olliefoxx7165
Maj. Wolfe on being a female fighter pilot: “The jet doesn’t discriminate. The jet doesn’t know who is flying it, and it will always behave the exact same way,” Wolfe emphasized. “The fighter community is an extremely performance-focused field that’s based purely on merits and tactics. I don’t consider myself a female pilot, but a pilot that happens to be a female. I’m here to do a job, and that is to make this team the best out there, inspire people to be better, and to fly the F-35 as hard as I can.”
Damn. That’s cold! Good for her!

Badass 😮
Is this for real, mind blowing!!
The manoeuvrability is insane. What a machine.
The Plane can do much much more when it comes to maneuvering us humans just can't take it to the limit without passing out.
Manoeuvrability or maneuverability.
@@Neog2 Wait for Drone version... 🙂
You mean the camera? 😉
Are you serious?? Have you seen The SU-35 son?
I simply wouldn't be able to handle the g-force involved in some of these maneuvers. Great flying by Major Wolfe, and a great airplane.
More than anything, the ability of the F-35 to regain speed after and/or retain energy through multiple violent manuevers is unreal. Thing just has a staggering amount of thrust in the subsonic regime.
I'm glad someone else noticed this. I was at the show and this video doesn't fully capture how quickly it accelerated out of that low-speed, high-AoA pass. I was seriously impressed.
P&W F135 engine, 43,000 lbf (191 kN) with afterburner, 28,000 lbf (125 kN) military thrust
All I see is my tax dollars being set on fire to fund the industrial military complex. I think you are hallucinating, there is nothing impressive about this. We could have used these tax dollars to feed and send to college some hungry kid, or we can burn it in jet fuel and maintenance and try to impress him with loud noises.
That’s the power of vector control.

F-22 ftw
Another outstanding display from Kristin, Vegas last year was equally amazing! Brilliant video work again Elwyn.
Glad you enjoyed it🤟
Outstanding flying skills and the video is probably the best I've seen. Excellent.
Wow, thanks!
Like I said on the other comment, the F35 is super simple to fly, because the pilots have a ton of sensor and weapon responsibilities. And they don’t have a weapons systems guy in the back. These pilots are no better than any other US military pilots. There’s probably better F16, F15, F14 pilots
I was on the program for 8 years
@@jimsteinway695That's even better! I'd prefer our air force spend their time getting better at fighting, rather than just trying to learn how to stay up in the air! It will help them to do better if/when actual combat calls!
A few thoughts come to mind after seeing this....
1) WOW, that brought tears to my eyes.
2)The ability of pilot and machine seemingly as one. Pure art!
3) If shes a Major now, wait til she is a Colonel!
4) Ive waited all my life to say this one.... DAM I LOVE WHAT MY TAX DOLLARS ARE BUYING!
Absolutely love this video, and better yet.... what I saw!
FLAWLESS performance!
Finally, a demonstration video that doesn't disappoint. Some of those maneuvers were truly spectacular.
My respect goes out to the pilots. What a talent they have
I worked on the F35 program for 8 years. The plane is easier to fly than a Cessna 150. Why? The pilots have so many sensor weapons responsibilities it has to be. Don’t think these guys are any better than any other of our military pilots.

Don't question something that could protect and save your ass one day. If you think that all people on Earth love the U.S., your either stoned, stupid or both.
The maneuvers in this video remind me of the few times I've had students and passengers puke in light aircraft.
All during flight attitudes, maneuvers, and Gs not close to approaching those in this video.
Thanks for the upload.
I was taken by surprise by the very unusual sensation of momentary 'weightlessness' or very mild negative G (similar to the sensation you experience when driving over a humpedback road bridge at speed) when it was my first ride in a glider. It was a winch launch, and once the glider reaches the correct altitude, the pilot (my instructor) dips the nose in order to release the hook attached to the winch cable. It is during this nose dip that I experienced the unusual sensation of a very mild negative G. Very mild, but an unusual sensation nonetheless, and I was not expecting it! I did not feel nauseous, thankfully. Of course, the seasoned and expert glider pilots don't give it a second thought- they're very used to all the movements, G forces, turbulence, etc.
During upset recovery training in an aerobatic aircraft, for me and many friends, negative Gs were the toughest learning curve for our body.
By flight 2 or 3, most people are able to use their brain to tell their body during aileron rolls....
"Dear Body,
No biggie, we're safe.
No need to break into a sweat, and puke all over the windshield and Com panel"
...like one of my friends did on flight 1 :)
@@garycard1456
You haven't experienced all life has to offer until you've had a student puke before he got his oxygen mask off....(ex T-37 instructor).
Perfect weather for an airshow. The clouds give perspective on how fast the plane is flying. The transonic passes with a pullup were very cool.
That was the best performance I have seen at an air show... Amazing!
It was. I was right there. I couldn't believe what I was seeing with my own eyes! The crowd in my area went wild.

Hey dirtwizard. I must have seen your dad in action at some point of his glorious career. For 12 years in a row I was fortunate enough in the late 60's and early 70's to see the Blue Angels in action at the Abbotsford Airshow. A small town near the Canada/US border in British Columbia. Those pilots at that time were my dads and my hero's. My father passed away 6 years ago and was also my hero. Could be right now that he and your dad are flying in the same formation of angels. My condolences for your loss.

Absolutely unbelievable. I am at a loss for words as to how these things stay in the air like that, especially during the falling leaf!! Like what!?
Science and engineering at its best 😄
Can only imagine what the F35 operating systems is crunching to keep it airborne.
Very simple to fly and heavily computerized. They get F35 guys right out of flight school. They’re no better than any other US military pilots . The f35 pilot has to worry about weapons and sensors. They can’t have to worry about being superior pilots too. Smart kids but regular military pilots. I was on the F35 program for 8 years

Greatest current flying war machine?
Thanks for the great video, awesome quality! When playing with this thing in MSFS you get moments when you think "right, this can't be real" and then you see this video footage and it feels even more unreal. Like that controlled "fall" or the very low speed, high angle of attack climb other planes would stalled already seconds ago... Light, nimble, powerful and this edgerunning flight control system to allow almost anything. Wild.
That falling leaf maneuver is insane. So much power and grace.
Thanks for this video keeping Beo's demos alive on here! Best of times!

Sensational! It seems the F-35 pilots are able to get more and more performance out of this aircraft. Beautiful flying, and the video wasn't bad either!
Lessons from the Raptor. 😊
Even with the "g-suit", incredible forces on the pilot. Well done!
SHE is not using a g-suit.
Awesome! It's also cool to see the B model take off in just a few feet, hover & land vertically! In 20 years of aviation maintenance, working on the F-35 for the last 5 years is the greatest job I've had! Occasionally, when driving to work next to the airport (Naval Air Station) there will be an F-35 doing it's thing. If I can, and not be late, I'll pull over, park, and watch this incredible aircraft do what it was born to do. Sometimes I get inside & my co-workers say "I saw you bird-watching outside!" Magnificent bird! Wish it didn't have all it's problems and controversy, and cost less, though! Fantastic video!
I work for Lockheed. We call it a Super Computer with wings. The computer power of this bird is second to none and it's not even close!

Lovely demo, lovely shooting. I think the square loop has to be my favourite manoeuvre and she nailed it. The flock of Brown pelicans could've made for an interesting finish! The best 7 minutes of aviation on TH-cam
Very cool footage of the F-35, and confirms just how nimble they are from my own observations. I'm in VT, and the Vermont Air National Guard has an air wing of F-35's. I was out in the middle of the woods doing some land surveying and kept hearing jet engines repeatedly circling over my head. I looked up and saw some fighter planes practicing the "falling leaf" maneuver over and over. It was so cool, I had my own personal air show. They were high enough where I couldn't positively identify them, but low enough where I could enjoy the show. I wondered if they might have been F-22's because they were flying over National Forest lands (we definitely have fighters from other states that come to train in VT), and I had no idea if the F-35 was capable of those kind of maneuvers...I'd say your footage confirms that yes, they were most likely the F-35's.
If you've watched both fighters enough, the Raptor's capabilities are more obvious, even from afar. That said, it's very cool that you got your own personal airshow!
@@ThePoorBoy Thanks! Yeah, my assumption would be the F-22 would definitely have the leg up in both maneuverability and speed. Haven't had the fortune of seeing one in action, I doubt they make it up to VT much, if at all...maybe for an air show, but we haven't had one in quite a few years. The F-35's are still relatively new to VT, the Air Guard got them only back in 2019. Over the years I got much more familiar with seeing the F-16's they replaced, so the F-35's capabilities are still a learning experience.
Great flying skills, would hate to go into battle against that pilot! Awesome camera work too, really enjoyed it!
