No one takes this passage into consideration whenever speaking of Divorce and remarriage. Please do, if not thousands will be destroyed for lack of proper research. Divorce is simply because of the hardness of hearts nothing more nothing less. Remarriage is only legal whenever a spouse dies, since death alone severs that one-flesh bond. Yes Yah divorced Israel, but did he remarry other people? No! Yah forbid, he still calls them his people, that's why he is coming back for them.
Please read this..... full text below or go to the link to verify........
    www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Jeremiah+3&version=KJV
They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the Lord.
2 Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.
3 Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore's forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed.
4 Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?
5 Will he reserve his anger for ever? will he keep it to the end? Behold, thou hast spoken and done evil things as thou couldest.
6 The Lord said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen that which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.
7 And I said after she had done all these things, Turn thou unto me. But she returned not. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it.
8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.
9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.
10 And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith the Lord.
11 And the Lord said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger for ever.
13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the Lord thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the Lord.
14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the Lord; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:
15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
16 And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the Lord, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the Lord: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.
17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the Lord; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.
18 In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.
19 But I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of nations? and I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from me.
20 Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith the Lord.
21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the Lord their God.
22 Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the Lord our God.
23 Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.
24 For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
25 We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the Lord our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God.

Shalom my sister! Awesome teaching. My husband and I are going through a really rough patch and I can't get him to open up to me about anything. I don't know what he wants to do in our marriage. When I ask him he replies "what do I want to do" that really frustrates me to no end. It seems like he wants me to make the choice. I'm tired and fed up with our non-communication skills. He's barley keeping and sabbaths and I'm trying my best to keep it. don't want a divorce but I do think we need to separate for some time to get our focus back. I'm really lost in all of this😞. Please keep us in your prayers

Great lesson sis. I recently divorced my wife after battling with the thought of doing so for a few years. #1 we have children together and, #2 we had been together for about 14 years and it was hard to imagine myself without her, even though she was like Lot's wife who "loved the world".
Many people don't understand Paul and what he said in that 1 Corinthians Text you quoted and I got a lot of backlash for divorcing her.
I definitely understand that this Walk is hard and is not for the faint of heart, so I understand why it is so hard for her but I chose to Serve the Father and my house *will not* be divided. I spent a lot of time Praying that He Open her eyes and ears to this Truth and still do til this day. I am just thankful that He saw fit to do that for me.
All Praises to the Father and I am glad He is using you and your husband to push this Truth. I live in the Bay Area and Father Willing I will be able to come down to fresno to fellowship with the Remnant some time.
Anyway, Shabboth Shalom and Todah for you guys' service!

(Richard Native) If your spouse commits adultery, you do the same thing that Yah did to His people. He called them to repentance. If they repent the offended party is suppose to restore the relationship. If they don't and continue on in adultery then you still have to remain unmarried and pray to Yah for a remedy. Yah will correct the situation by His timing, but you have to make sure you are right with Yah, or you can hinder your own prayers regarding your marriage. Read what I have previously written in several of the comments I made.

Loyal T .......The entire story of how our Messiah treats Israel IS scriptural. "Husbands love your wives even as the Most High Loves The church(Israel)". Is Israel the "bride"? Yes. Is the Most High the Husband? YES. Did the bride commit Adultery? Yes. Did the Most high divorce his people? YES. Is the Most high going to return to reconcile with his previously adulterous Nation? Yes. So a husband should love his wife and follow the same mold. Same goes for Women. My PEOPLE, marriage is until death. I believe Huldah and Moreh's marriage is adulterous and thats why they are defending it.

I stayed married to the wrong man for 7 years because I didn't want to leave and be disobedient to God. In the end He literally let me know that He was tearing us asunder because He had not put us together. Not that He didn't want the marriage to succeed, marriage is if God and it is good, but when it became obvious that my husband was not going to honor the marriage vows, it was time for it to end. But I would not let it for fear of breaking covenant and also not being allowed to remarry. All this happened long before I found out the truth. It has been 4 years since my divorce and I am relieved to know I can marry again. Thanks for the clarification.

@@chaya77israelite32 it still seem we have residue of idolatry in our hearts when is comes to marriage. I personally do not believe that remarriage is YAH will when a previous spouse is living. However i have been challenging myself in that if i marry and it ends in divorce, why is remarriage so important to me. Why would the fear of being single and alone, devoted and consecrated to Yah be seen as SECONDARY to marriage in that many keep to an unequal union fearing divorce more than Yah. Married people who are lukewarm and compromised will not find their names in the lamb books of life. We need to contiunally examine ourself againt Torah. As our choices and fears often show that we do not love the creator our YAH with all our HEARTS WILL AND MIND, which is one of the 10 COMMANDMENTS.

      @beeaboutabbabusiness8738 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

in the spirit of self examination that should be present in the life of every one who professes to be a follower of YAH idolatry to marriage is rampant. It was prophesised that many will be given in marriage untill the flood takes them away in NOAH days. I feel this is the era 2019 of some fulffilment of that prophesy.
Yeshua stated anyone who marries someone who is divorced commits adultery. Thats scripture. The last commandment of the 10 states thou shall not covet your neighbour wife, animal etc. Paul stated DEATH PHYSICAL lossens a man or woman from the LAW of marriage. I could go on and on but , i presume you have already studied every scriptiure on marriage remarriage old and new testament. And seen if it confirms the 10 commandments or contradcts them. IDOLATRY IS IDOLATRY AND IF FEAR OF DIVORCE IS KEEPING PEOPLE UNEQUALLY YOKED THEY ARE ABIBDING UNDER A CURSE IDOLATRY. Check out Duet, Ezra and the other scriptures do a google search to find what Yah says a bout taking strange wives. UNEQUALLY YOKED . And it becomes clear DIVORCE is not the big enemy christainty makes it out to be , REMARRIAGE is one of the subtle compromises and anti christ agendas .Since it really shows that people are lovers of themselves and their own pleasures rartehr than lovers of YAH and his uncompromised word which is a sword. Its the bible opinion and Yeshua opinion that remarriage is adultery after all if a person has had 2 or 3 wives all alive why dont we just go back to polygamy .

    But What about:

    Luke 16:18
It’s funny because when I was in Christianity people married, divorced and remarried all the time it.
I’m going through a situation right now where as I have come to the truth that I am an Hebrew Israelite and I follow The Torah. I have been observing the Shabbat for a year and a half. This walk has been a struggle not for me but for my husband he is not in agreement with mainly the Sabbath and expects me to cook pork for him. He also wants me to celebrate Christmas because that’s his family’s favorite holiday. He says my new walk is ruining our marriage. We have gotten into huge arguments and he have threatened to divorce.
I have held fast to the scriptures stated above and have come to the conclusion that if he divorce me I will have to remain single and your lesson today have given me hope even though I still feel strong about the scriptures I shared.

      And the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father [was] an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish [woman] and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;
You can read the rest on your own. There is plenty of verses of Hebrew men having children with women of other nations and the children called Israel. See our brother Jacob multiple wives and all the wives where not Hebrew. I gave you one of a women. I'm not a liar, sister just believe the truth. My question to you is what is wrong with one law for native born and the stranger that dwells with them. I'm not worried about another man or women marriage. See Moses married to a Egyptian woman and Moses sister mariam talking about her and YAH struck Maryiam with leprosy. We have simple commands to follow YAH. I suggest concentrating on those for salvation sake. Shalom

Sex constitutes marriage in biblical text. For once a man "knows" his wife which means to have sexual intercourse the soul tie is created, which means the spiritual bond has been created. If the woman takes the seed the spirit of the man is taken into her.

Shalom ahkot. I'm currently trying to keep Torah. However, both my wife and I both were in previous marriages. Her previous spouse did not "put her away". I did put my 1st wife away due to infidelity. There are lots of moving parts involved but It's been an ongoing source of guilt for her...and increasingly for me. She feels she is an adulteress...because he still lives and wanted it to work out. Any advice?

Dequan Washington Hello brother, according to Yeshua, if a man divorces his wife and marries another, he commits adultery and vice versa. As long as your first spouse is alive, they remain your spouse in God's eyes. Read all scriptures pertaining to divorce and remarriage. The Messiah was very clear that remarriage is adultery.

After your marriages did y'all start walking to commandments or before. If y'all did it after. You both became new creatures and made a new covenant with each other. Stop dwelling on those dead people in the past. And start walking in spirit and truth. Shalom my LOVE family.

YAH THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. This is something I have heard so many times from people and it is so wrong. Those who do not know the law and don't keep them are sinners because they live contrary to God's law. Unless you want to assert that they are not sinners. God's way remains though you were in ignorance hence why we stop our sin and obey Him when we do find the truth. That being said, if one was married, divorced and thought they can remarry prior to the knowledge of the truth, their state is what Yeshua calls adultery. When they find the truth, it's still adultery because their first spouse is alive.

Truth Loves How? Those that have stones throw at them, but before you throw remember the Messiah prayer. Simple put!!! The Messiah remember their sin no more if they die and become a New creature. 2 Samuel 12 Did YAH forgive David of Adultery; Murder; Covetness. Yes or No? If they walking in righteous who are your black ass to judge? We teach the commandments but this brother and sister say they are ALREADY left prior relationship from past and are married to each other now. Period! We help them now and tomorrow yesterday gone and YAH will punish according to his will. Some of you black hearted Hebrews so focus on the letter and ignore YAH mercy!!! We all sinners and who ever say he or she is not is a liar and the truth is not in him. Again this couple is ALREADY married ALREADY been divorced from the people in the world. We are commanded to stop looking back and walk in righteous. I am making a comment directly to the ones im talking to.

Fornication and Adultery are two altogether different things.
"Fornication" is committed before marriage, and only by an unmarried person. "Adultery" is unfaithfulness to a husband or wife.
A man or woman is not barred from marriage for life because of fornication. Although it is a sin, and very serious in Yah's sight, it is a sin that can be forgiven upon repentance. The person committed acts of a married person, but was not actually properly married. That person then needs to have their own spouse, or live in restraint to sexual activities as stated in the scriptures.
Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid FORNICATION, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:1-2

justoce of the peace were not ordained by the MH, they were ordained by satan himself. and s\also because the way that government has marriage set up is against the MH. Nowhere does it tell you to go and get a certificate from our natural born enemy that tells us that we are married. The government regulated marriage is an institution that says that the government owns you, your marriage and your children that come from that said marriage. you are actually married to the sate in which you were married in and so is the other party involved. most people that has been married by the government chose their spouses and that is not even lawful because most of the poeple that were ignorant to the MH's law, so called married people that the MH would have never even chose for them. marriage in the bible was set up by families and bloodlines unless someone went outside of the law and married other races.

thambone30 The entire story of how our Messiah treats Israel IS scriptural.

Often how we think about something is projected onto that person. sit down and write down all those negative things and then burn them. Next go to the Father and ask him what he he thinks of your husband. Those should be your thoughts. Once you have removed the mind space of negativity about him then move into asking Yah to highlight the things that he wants you to change and work on those things. In that process of Yah working on you make a point to stay mindful of your words and actions and your growth will either be a motivator to him or he will remove himself. Also don't compare him to yourself and your growth or anyone else because comparison is the thief of the little victories you will see in the process.

Why are you casting stumbling blocks before the children of Israel....?
If you are mixed and are not from the PRIESThood lineage you should not be teaching, all Prophets/messengers of the Most High came from Levi linage, the laws were given to Levi to give to others...... you have not the full understanding belove that is given to the called out chosen ones...not by learning so called Hebrew, righteousness of the Most High is in your BLOOD the DNA make up....if it is mixed you will be, speak and act like what Paul spoke about mixing of light and darkness...LEAVEN...Also what is spoken of in Revelations 2 about being LUKE WARM--MIXING- of hot and cold...Youre appreciated to a certain extent but you are not authorized to teach the children of Israel...so if you will reframe from this position..
Read the whole context of Deuteronomy 24:1-4
    Then:
    Jeremiah 3:1
    Along with Matthew 19:7-10
7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the BEGINNING it was NOT SO.
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.
10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.
Verse 11 shows that you don't receive it, because the laws were not given to you, it's not in your genetic make up.
11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given

If so, how can she live in peace in her home with him when he perceives her as wicked because she is not following him in the ways of the camp?

    • @MindSetOnWealth
      @MindSetOnWealth 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

+LaLa Major thanks for your response. Can you offer a scripture to support your statement? I ask this because a lot of women are in this situation feeling stuck, not knowing what to do because many men are using scripture to support their own agenda to keep women bound, manipulated, and abused. I personally don't believe this type of situation is the will of TMH but I havn't come across any scriptures supporting women otherwise, when the man wants to keep her. I know scripture says (I am paraphrasing) if an unbeliever wants to go let him. The problem is many men in these camps don't believe in divorce so they abuse their power, manipulate scripture, and women are left not knowing what to do for the fear of disappointing TMH and being destroyed by him for divorcing their husband who did not want to put them away.

    • @MindSetOnWealth
      @MindSetOnWealth 8 ปีที่แล้ว

+neciama I appreciate you replying. Maybe I was not clear enough in my original post but let me be clearer now. What is happening in most marriages are men and women are marrying, whether legally, or in a verbal agreement/covenant. Most women I come across are legally married to a man and have made a covenant/agreed to be with only that man, with him agreeing also to be with only that woman. Somewhere down the line the man has been mis-introduced to the scripture and has decided, what he thinks, is other options, to go against the original agreement/covenant he has made with that woman, and conduct himself in other ways outside Torah. My original post had nothing to do with sex being marriage or people marrying people without asking the necessary questions to seek the information they need to make an informed decision to marry the other person. Although, I know this happens in numbers as well, I was not speaking or asking a question concerning that.

No it wasn't part of our married agreement and he stopped taking care of me 5 months ago also he left me stranded in the dessert and was putting hands on me he fell off he was in truth then he fell off....I tryed doing my widely duties and he did not want me anymore he took everything . He actually wanted me to give up the Nt part of the Bible and I asked him why could he explain he said it was infiltrated by the Romans and that we should only stay with Torah. Also he would study the white man philosophies and sat that TMH told him to and he wanted me and others to. I prayed to TMH and fasted and TMH showed me scripture and told me to keep doing my wifely duties and so I did he told me that he was stopping his husband duties and I wanted to mentioned that he told me after the almost 10years that he looked at me as a investor and he provides the ideas and that's it not the money part or anything else then before he left me he said that he wanted to build a nation and so I asked him doesn't that start at home with me? and he said yes so I told then when he ready I'm ready sister when I say that there was a demonic influence in him that I never saw before he told me in a evil voice that he would never have a child with me he said what would he go and to that for ......I asked him so you want to start a nation why do you keep dropping your seed when we have sex before truth 3years ago he wasn't dropping anything I had an IUD so I guess everything was find to him as soon as I was shown a scripture on it I disgusted with my husband and told him I must obey Yah and get this taken out could go with me to the doctors and he said yes but he didn't say anything about not having children with me at all he changed up on his own while talking about polygony...he was trying to force me to agree with it without trying with me first we would have this discussion and he would say that I was out of order and that it says to shut the Fuc! up all thru the bible and until I can understand the he is to rule over me and that I am supposed to do what is told by him also that I needed to get discipline
by him Sister I would apologize to him just to keep him happy because I love him and valued our marriage. ....but it seems that a spirit got in him and he started causing confusion she was falsely accusing also there were people there from the beginning that witness him acting out of his character. his Bible that he was reading was a new world translation and I mention to him that we need it to get us both new Bibles because I was reading from KJV not the 1611 KJV that I've had for years and he was reading from a Bible that was given to him before truth from jail. he said in his Bible there is a scripture that men can hit on women and that women are to be disappointed when they don't listen. also he always like to be in the dark where we lived was in the desert and he never did like light he actually wood pray supposedly to Abba butt it was to the Sun even though he was against Sunday worshipping he was going down to the Sun I can go on I'm going to stop there but my question again is am I free? And yes he left me and took me to court he tried to also kill me before he left while wearing tassels that's how I knew that he had a spirit in him. Sister I still love him he had no reason to leave he just wanted me for money as long as I was investing in what he wanted on the land and the dream everything was fine but then once he realize that whatever he wanted wasn't going fast enough . He destroyed everything that we had I'm homeless now all I rely on now is ABBA to take care of me and be my cover. I asked Yah to show me before all this happened what kind of woman am I and how can I be a better wife to my husband. I walked to a mountain by myself while fasting and praying. Abba Yah gave me a scripture proverbs 31 vs 10 and I read it I was already doing what it said and I took it back to my husband and showed him and he read it and he said that explains it he didn't go into detail why he said that reply and then I told him that I'm working to become proverbs 31 and 10 fully the only part that was missing was making of the bread and I was in process of sewing on fringes and doing all that but something in him changed he said that how he provides in this family is he gives the ideas and I'm just the investor he didn't say anything about us growing together in other words for 9 to 10 years he's been using me and lying and had other plans without even discussing it but yet using the Bible to defend how he was acting I just had to go to Abba Yah and pray. Now I'm in Abba Yah hands now it's been 5 months I have nothing but Yah and I pray for my husband's soul his family soul my Family Soul. I'm the only one around still walking in truth after all of this .All I can remember now is the last words that was said by my husband before he left that is that he was praying me out of his life.. Now I just study hard to show thyself approve and I share truth to others I don't desire any man unless Abba Yah says different....Abba knows my heart and he knows his heart. I was just another good woman that got cast away by a man that didn't know that he had a good one. I will pray for him and his soul. I am praying for a refuge for me to go to now so I can learn from people that are walking in this truth.......Abba Yah is protecting even thou my husband refuse....

So why didn't you complete your teaching with this passage?:
The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so. And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery. His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.
    Matthew 19:3‭-‬11 KJV
Your message is incomplete. You quoted Torah, but didn't mention your own lord's say so on the matter. He corrected what was ALLOWED in Torah. The same way polygyny was ALLOWED, but NOT God's will.
Jesus clearly said He does not want us divorcing at all, unless it's for the righteous reason of the betrothed wife committing harlotry.
In verse 9 He literally blatantly said if a woman who is put away remarries SHE IS IN ADULTERY STILL BEING BOUND TO THE FIRST HUSBAND, AND SO IS THE NEW MAN.

If man has been divorced by his wife then can the man remarry? Or does he have to wait til she dies? I was wondering about that. A man courting me was divorced by his wife. I was wondering if that makes me an adulterer if he marries me??

    • @georgeramosjr6764
      @georgeramosjr6764 7 ปีที่แล้ว

It’s all contingent upon the nature of the marriage. If it’s done from an appropriate scriptural stance, then yes. However, if it’s done from an ascriptural stance, then no. If a divorce is done accurately according to the scriptures, then the man can remarry immediately. There r monogamists who can remarry immediately, & polygamists who already have (a) wife(ves) that can remarry. I hope that this helps you. Shalom ahkotee!

Paul is the anti-Messiah he taught a message contrary to YHVH's Words.
    Daniel 11: 3-4
Then a mighty king shall arise, who shall rule with great dominion and DO AS HE WILLS.
    1 Corinthians 10:23-24
“ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL,” but NOT ALL THINGS ARE HELPFUL. “ ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL,” but NOT ALL THINGS BUILD UP.
    1 Corinthians 6:12 (KJV)
ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL UNTO ME, BUT ALL THINGS ARE NOT EXPEDIENT: ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL FOR ME, but I WILL NOT BE BROUGHT UNDER THE POWER OF ANY.
Here is an example and Paul’s statement in Roman’s 4:5 if true would make Yahusha an abomination to YHVH
    Romans 4:5
"But to him that worketh not,
    BUT BELIEVES on HIM THAT
    JUSTIFIES THE UNGODLY,
his faith is counted for righteousness.
Clearly YHVH says He WILL NOT JUSTIFIY THE UNGODLY in Exodus 23:7
"I WILL NOT JUSTIFY the UNGODLY."
Even worse he considers this an abomination
    Proverbs 17:15
"HE that JUSTIFIETH the UNGODLY, and HE that CONDEMNETH THE RIGHTEOUS,
even they BOTH are an ABOMINATION to YHVH“
SO I ASK YOU CAN A BELIEVING HUSBAND OR WIFE MAKE THE UNBELIEVING SPOUSE HOLY?
    1 Corinthians 7
14 For the unbelieving husband is made holy because of his wife, and the unbelieving wife is made holy because of her husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. 15 But if the unbelieving partner separates, let it be so. In such cases the brother or sister is not enslaved. God has called you to peace. 16 For how do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?
    Deuteronomy 24:16
    Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents;
EACH WILL DIE FOR THEIR OWN SIN.
    Ezekiel 18:19-23
“Yet you say, ‘Why should not the son suffer for the iniquity of the father?’ When the son has done what is just and right, and has been careful to observe all my statutes, he shall surely live.
THE SOUL WHO SINS SHALL DIE.
THE SON SHALL NOT SUFFER FOR THE INIQUITY OF THE FATHER, NOR THE FATHER FOR THE INIQUITY OF THE SON. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL BE UPON HIMSELF, AND THE WICKEDNESS OF THE WICKED SHALL BE UPON HIMSELF.
“But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him; for the righteousness that he has done he shall live. Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord God, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?

MARRIAGE IS FOREVER!: unless it for the Specific reasons the Lord provided as biblical outs.
Matthew 5:31-33“ BUT I SAY”. Jesus clears up any misconceptions!
"BUT IT WAS NOT THIS WAY FROM THE BEGINNING" Matthew 9:8
Jesus made it clear that this act of divorce was NOT something that was HIS design from the beginning. So, for "CHRISTIANS" ; I'm speaking to "CHRISTIANS", if they TRULY desire to be pleasing to the Lord, then they would not look to go the way of the loop hole even IF It were permissible. KNOWING that the allowance for the letter of divorce was given because of the hardness of men's hearts, "CHRISTIANS" should press toward honoring Christ original intent. God STILL hates divorce! HE does not change ! God says in HIS word " it is better for you to never ever have known my ways , rather to have known my ways and turned away. 2 Peter 2:21
Iniquity abounds in this world today , but Jesus is coming soon to set every crooked thing straight . And not all who cries Lord Lord will enter the kingdom but those that do the will of HIS Father... Matthew 7:21
There was an original intention regarding the permanency of marriage...... 1 Corinthians 7:15 means separation NOT divorce.
Scripture tells “CHRISTIANS” to be reconciled to their spouses.
    Mark 10:8 7For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;
8And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are NO MORE TWINE , but one flesh.
Those who honor it GOD will honor them .
The problem is people create an excuse and say " (for example) " he said good morning to me the wrong way " and use that as an excuse for divorce. They'll call it verbal abuse and proceed to use that misinterpreted scripture Paul is explaining concerning separation.
    THE WOMANS CONSEQUENCE:
Biblically there is a consequence for a man not treating his wife softly ,gently and as the weaker vessel and also ,not living with her according to knowledge. The consequence is God will not hear his prayers.
1 Peter 3:7 “Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered."
    Woman have consequences as well.
    Ezekiel 16:38
    Judgment on Jerusalem
( listen to the parallels RE: a woman that breaks wedlock)
35Wherefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD: 36Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thy filthiness was poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers, and with all the idols of thy abominations, and by the blood of thy children, which thou didst give unto them; 37Behold, therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that thou hast loved, with all them that thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness. 38And I will judge thee, as women that break wedlock and shed blood are judged; and I will give thee blood in fury and jealousy.
(Separate) if you must for a time with prayer ; ( which is dangerous! )but be reconciled unto thy spouse.

@@thescenarios5934 In older times that would not have been proper. For example, in the new testament, John the baptist was known for telling the Governor Herod that he was living in an adulterous relationship with his brothers ex-wife Herodias.
She divorced her ex-husband in order to marry Herod because he was in politics. And John the Baptist knows that a woman doesn't have authority to file for divorce like this and just move to a different guy. Only the husband can file, and the woman is allowed to remarry only out of mercy for her sake. Because she was put in a bad situation out of her control in the divorce.
So at face value your new relationship is adulterous according to John the baptist.
You have 3 options at this point.
      1. Reconcile with your first husband
      2. Contact him and ask him for forgiveness and to "release" you. For example if he doesn't want to take you back then you are free to be with the new guy. But if he was begging you to come back and you didn't listen, in that case its a great sin and you are living in state-approved adultery with the new guy.
      3. Recognize you did all this in ignorance and just try to make the second relationship work. But of course this 3rd option is for people who are too weak in faith to pursue absolute holiness and purity before God. But at the very least, a good woman tries to make things work with the husband shes with.
Also there is a final secret thing. Technically a woman's father has to give his consent for his daughter to enter a marriage. If by chance your father disagreed with your first marriage, it helps to nullify it. But if he was approving of it and you just couldnt work it out with the husband, then your case is more ugly.

The contention comes when grace is not extended and that disturbs the peace in the home. Now yes we should reflect to the law but Christ raised the bar on a few things! so let's deal with that Mark9:5-7 And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee(mashiach), and one for Moses(law), and one for Elias(prophets).
6For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid.
7And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: 👉hear him.👈 so we can't just not bring out these verses my sistah now if you don't believe in Christ cool go circumcise your self and be judged by the whole law, but if you following Jesus (Yahawashi hamashiac) then bare your cross sisters because that shows where your faith lies. I get it trust me I know it's some wicked ninjas divorcing for naught and not following hamashiac but two wrongs don't make a right seek out YOUR own salvation with fear and trembling! now, I said my peace so shalom.

Did you listen to the whole video? I think you stopped at the Paul portion because I talked extensively about the entire purpose of the video being about the Messiah and Yah's redemption.

For the record...There is absolutely NO difference between the words that were spoken in TORAH and what HaMashiac said in the Brit Chadesha (New Testament) you literally just repeated Dueteronomy to me. I don't believe in book divisions or that there is ANYTHING NEW in the "New Testament".

Avery Ness absolutely she skipped what the Messiah says about divorce which trumps what paul says. Paul writings is why many people are still in Christianity. Paul writings is Christianity.

I agree Paul is a stumbling block for many but I understand Paul just fine and why he was a chosen vessel, to prove the hearts of many and only they who are truly learned in the law will understand him Paul wasn't teaching against the law that's why he took the Nazarite vow to show he was still keeping the law because even back then folks was stumbling on Paul it's a good teaching on Paul from Bible unlocked by brother Yarahshalam it is called the trap of Paul's epistles

hold up, hold up, hold up, Nah, Nah. that's all fine and dandy I was rocking with this lesson however you skipped what Christ taught and went straight to Paul as though Paul taught contrary to Christ. not the case. now let's throw in Matthew 5 to get full understanding vs 32 But I say unto you whosoever put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, a cause her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. Now yes we should reflect to the law but Christ raised the bar on a few things so let's understand that Mark9:5-7 And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee(mashiach), and one for Moses(law), and one for Elias(prophets).

Paul and Yeshua teachings are different because it's all about different situations. Yeshua was taking about divorce for any reason and Paul about divorce in very difficult circumstances. Yah is wise and His word is like sword: destroy what's wrong but heal after that.

Taquah Jameel I'm praying for you. I'm in a very similar situation. I haven't seen my husband in 6 months. He contacted me via email month asking for a divorce. I don't have a clue where he but he sent taking care of me. I have had to start completely over. I have been homeless and I'm just now getting on my feet. I do believe he is an unbeliever because there is no way you can love Yahweh and treat your way like dirt. So when I finished watching this video, I had so much peace and clarity. I don't advocate for divorce but his lawlessness is a hindrance to my walk with Yahuah. I pray you get the answers you are seeking. Shalom

she not speaking bible because the word if a unbelieving wants to continue with the believer the believer should not put away the unbeliever. there is no stipulation in the bible other than adultery. the believer is to remain with the unbelieve unless the unbeliever wants to go.

TravelingDiva2018 .......The entire story of how our Messiah treats Israel IS scriptural.

First of all you lying heathen, I'm sure you know that Jeremiah 3 is using the example an adulterous woman in an analogy about Israel and Judah praising false idols- see Jeremiah 3:1 They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.
The bill of divorce(as you know) is metaphoric for The Most High turning away from Israel and Judah.
Al'so, let's hear in, no unclear terms, what Our Father has to say concerning divorce:
Malachi 2:16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away[divorcing]: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.

@Leceisha Brown and what does Torah say about an abusive man? And what if said man refuses to release his wife as commanded?
