Direct State(not Autonomous)switch over to CG through technical resignation then the past service with leave due would be carry forward

One more question --- if a person vis on EL / CCL/ Maternity leave on the day of increment then when his increment shall apply? If 1 july is the date of increment & employee is on E leave from 1 july to 15 july,then will he get increased income for this time period? In the same month or later as arrears?

Sir agar Monday to Saturday EOL apply kiya hai toh
Kya both sides ke Sunday ki EOL bhi deduct ki jayegi?
Ya ek side ka Sunday?
Ya Sundays will be excluded?

सर मेरा ट्रांसफर सेंट्रल गोवरमेंट डिपार्टमेंट (परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग) से इंडस्ट्रियल ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग) में हुआ मेरा लीव एनकेशमेंट कर दिया गया(292EL) वो 13 वर्ष बाद पुराने बेसिक से किया और अब इंडस्ट्रियल विभाग में 210 EL व 124 hpl बन चुका है क्या मुझे रिटारमेंट पर फैक्ट्री एक्ट से EL का एनकेशमेंट मिलेगा क्या प्लीज् हेल्प मी
