Sooooo, your planning and journal videos are soooo impressive and aesthetically pleasing. I was like WOW I like her system…so calm and everything. Then when I heard you mention children on a video I said OH she is a mama-HOW does she do all of her fun planner stuff AND take care of these children…then I heard you say HUSBAND and I was like WHOA…I need to step my game up.
I said all that to say-I LOVEDDDDDD this video bc this is my life in a nutshell. This video was TOTALLY relatable and I really like seeing REAL LIFE, a NON super mom day, but still getting stuff done. Regular workout clothes and regular bedroom setup was a plus! The hair part…I.GET.IT. I have been “washing my hair” since mid May-don’t judge me…the detangling, pre-poo, deep conditioning and styling is just something I have to be mentally prepared for…and I am not ready just yet 😆 I also loved seeing your desk…my desk often looks like that too even though I have a nice office setup.

My friend needs to have a rest day. I think it is in the air. I didn’t do my workout, woke up late, no Donner plans and feeling a little blah. There is always tomorrow
You are so right! I usually try to catch it before my body lets me know it’s time to rest but unfortunately not this time. Like you said, there is always tomorrow!
If you are suffering from migrains you can get specific medication for them. I'm in the UK and have a prescription for sumatriptan. Anything else is aboutas effective as a chocolate teacup! It sounds like you are also experiencing postdrome - can be headache, body aches, brain fog etc - that you can experience after the first part of the migraine. No fun at all! I found It's definately worth while getting medication specifically for them. The frequency of mine went through the roof when perimenopause began.
I thoroughly enjoyed your vlog. I hate when i lose a day to illness as i tend to overplan and think i'm Wonder Woman!
Your comment reminded me that I have a prescription for Rizatriptan 🫣 I always seem to forget about it! Postdrome is exactly what I was experiencing. I just looked it up and it’s spot on, especially the impaired sight. It’s super helpful to have a name for it. Thank you!
