That looks awesome. I love the twist in this one. The pecans and ancho chile sound awesome. I did a muddy buddy version with nutella and coffee but it was a little on the sweet side. This chow looks incredible.
I made Puppy Chow for the first time 2 weeks ago. I put powder sugar in it right away. It never got soggy but felt wet. I'll wait next time before I put the powder sugar in. thanks for the tip.
You could probably make this vegan too by swapping out the butter for something like sunflower or coconut oil, but I happen to _like_ butter :) Glad you dig the chow!
