My grandfather, who was in the ICA, was on his way to work on his bicycle when he heard about the hanging on Kevin Barry. He was physically sick to hear this and was not able to go to work that day after hearing this news.
Dream on ...its more divided now than ever ....maybe when a bunch of people from another country live here ...they will get on ...but in my experience. ...people hate there own family friends and neighbours here just as much here as anywhere ...at least in North and south Korea they are divided ...we all live beside one another and the passive aggression is palpable.
Chara sometimes when I see your face in the videos it seems to me that your more involved in the telling of Our History than someone who is just telling a History lesson for the sake of it and thats what makes it so real. You don't know how much it really means to us with facts and songs that you bring to the masses. 🙏☘🇮🇪
It's a pity that the movie about Michael Collins was directed by the son of a British Army General. Collins was a genius and when he was assassination by the British. Ireland was lost. And their descendants of the black & tans still rule Ireland to this day. Keep these coming. Great channel 👏
