CSX I031 lead locomotive after hitting a Cement truck

- This is part 2 of the lead locomotive that on morning of 9/21/23,CSX I031 would hit a concrete truck on Big Oak Rd at CP TL in Bucks County, PA. A fire had erupted but firefighters were able to put out the blaze.At this time there are no reports of any injury’s.
It's crazy just how tough these locomotives are even after such a hard impact such like hitting a concrete truck the locomotive was still able to function properly. Hats off to whoever built these locomotives! 👍

Is this train running on its own power? I see the wheels rolling but can't tell if it is from the engine's own power. And video doesn't show if there is anything behind it pushing it.

Yes and all of the 3060s are gone
3050, 3052, and 3053 are slated to become heritage units
Hitting a cement truck n not having any damage when will people learn that a train will always win against a car or truck 🤦🤦🤦
It is some damage on the stairs it might take a couple minutes to fix it

I searched train hits cement truck to learn more about this collision. I was surprised bu how many accidents there have been with trains hitting cement mixers. Considered what percentage of vehicles are cement mixers it seems like a high number of such accidents.
Pretty sure it hit a cement truck(powdered cement), not a concrete truck (powdered cement mixed with water, sand and gravel)

They are,the truck driver and train crew are okay
Ugh time for this unit to be a heritage unit latterly no repaint
I think it will be sent to Selkirk to be fixed

Yes it’s there until probably 404 will pick it up to take it to Selkirk,not confirmed but that’s possibly what could happen
